The Genesis dealer had told me that I needed to get a 4 wheel alignment for a lot of money. Christian Brothers offered a better price so I booked an appointment. After looking at my car they said it only needed a minor adjustment and proceeded to do it for free. I offered to pay but they insisted it wasn t a big deal. I m very impressed by both their honesty and their willingness to help for free.

I had a fantastic experience. My car displayed an engine light and I dropped my car the next day after located them through a Google search. The convenience of their shuttle service to my job and the pick-up after my car was completed was truly exceptional. The staff exhibited excellent customer service, being not only friendly but also very polite. It s refreshing to receive such top-notch service in the auto care industry. Highly recommended for their efficiency and customer-focused approach.

After Ford dealership refused to put a new clutch on my 98 Mustang - they said they couldn t get parts -Christian Bros. did it. They found the parts! CB Customer service team was great. I drove away a happy customer switching gears. Thanks for everything CB. Thanks for nothing Ford dealership.

The service and professionalism are absolutely excellent. They communicated well and performed the diagnostics and work quickly and efficiently. I will return to CB but may find one with better parking and access. The parking and access are nerve wracking. They are too busy to have one long narrow drive. Maybe when the construction in the area is done access will be easier.

The entire experience. Reed was very accommodating from the beginning, helping me get to the shop when I could not reach the tow company, arriving very quickly, getting me an estimate quickly and same-day service. They took me to work and then picked me up when my vehicle was finished. The entire process was seamless. I have never had a better experience with any auto-repair shop in 30 years. 10/10 highly recommend.

My experience was amazing. I called stressed out about my car and the first thing the sales rep told me was don't worry, dealing with cars are stressful enough, we're here to help. The care that I was shown was way a way different experience than I would've had at a dealership or most auto repair shops. To add to that their prices a competitive and cheap. 5/5 stars

Took my 2015 Genesis 3.8 sedan into CBA Midway for diagnosis of a sudden multiple sensor warning light issue. It seems impossible to get into Hyundai dealership for service without waiting 4 to 6 weeks. They quickly diagnosed the issue and had my car repaired by the end of the day. Their complimentary shuttle services made it extremely convenient to simply drop off my car and then pick it up the next afternoon. Friendly, honest management and service personnel have earned my trust and future business!

I had to do my State Inspection, and I ended up with Christian Brothers Auto - Midway because it's the closest to where I live. My first impression is positively out of my expectation. The customer services great, and I was offered with beverage. Waiting area is clean and neat. Overall, my experience is strongly positive with them.

I will never go to Christian Brothers again. My friend recommended them when I was having issues with my car not starting. I also told them id like everything else looked over before I head out of town for a trip. They checked everything and said my brake pads needed immediate attention since they were at 3mm and 3mm is when they need to be changed. They were going to charge me $700 for that and to change the brake fluid. I took it to Brakes Plus where I have a warranty and they said my pads did not need to be changed at all. They were at 8 mm not 3. Which made since because I just had them replaced last year. Christian Brothers tried to screw me over and didn't even look over the primary reason I took it in. I had to ask them to make sure that was checked and to make sure nothing else was going on after they said my car inspection was done.I give them one star because they were nice and offer rides to and from your home while you wait for your car.

Service was great for the vehicle. The Customer service was exceptional!! I was asked if it was okay to staple the receipt to the invoice!!! Noone asks permission anymore. I told the Associate I was impressed

I had a coolant hose break in my vehicle which spilled coolant all over the ground. I called two dealerships and they said it would be 4 days until diagnostic could be done. I called Christian Brothers and they said to bring the car over and they can get a diagnostic done next day. They answered the phone quickly each time and gave me clear instructions for dropping off the vehicle after hours. The next day they were communicative about what the issue was and provided transparency on pricing and made sure to gain my approval before starting any work. The repair was completed sooner than the timeline they gave me, and they were able to come pick me up from my house and bring me to the store to come get my vehicle once it was completed. There is also a handy texting system where they respond promptly via text. During checkout I had several additional questions and they took plenty of time to explain everything to me clearly. It was a pricey repair but I think the experience working with the team at this location was pretty outstanding.

Friendly, efficient and honest! I had my car towed here after it wouldn t accelerate on the highway. They were able to get it looked at the same day and call me with the problem, which ended up being a recall issue with the manufacturer. I really appreciated them telling me what it was, the recall, their recommendations, and them not charging me for the diagnostics because of the recall. Second time here and my car is here for only an oil change. I LOVE this shop! The staff is amazing and they actually have the desk know and explain what the mechanics did. This is my second review for this place and I never leave reviews unless I m amazed by service or product. Great job guys!!

Oil change, rotor/brake change state inspectionClear estimate, very informative and responsive to questions, and a price that's worth the experience.Also, depending on the time of day they have a shuttle to help you out if you need to leave your car for an extended period.Edit: been back twice in a 6 month period and the quality persists.Service: Oil change

The staff was friendly. I believe they provided efficient services. However prices are higher than most service shops. $185 for diagnosis. $800 to replace spark plugs on a 4-cylinder car. If prices was reasonable for my budget I would use their services.

Took my car in because the car engine overheated and smoking. Everything soaked in antifreeze under the hood of the car. They found a torn radiator hose. Spent $830 for a radiator hose. Drove it home from work to have the car engine overheat again with no antifreeze. Brought it back the next morning. They could not find a leak anywhere. They said it was low on antifreeze and filled up the tank then told me it was normal for the antifreeze to disappear after driving and should return to the reserve tank. That did not happen. Drove it out of town for Christmas to have the engine get hot again. Had the car towed to the nearest mechanic and they found a blown head gasket and cylinder head. My warranty had expired and I don t have $3,200 to repair it. So I am without a car. I do not recommend this place to anyone and if you have the same issues like I had. Don t expect it to be resolved.

I recently needed a new alternator, battery and a serpentine belt on my Lexus. I'm new to Texas so it can be stressful trying to find a new reliable mechanic. I found Christian Brothers online and decided to have them do the service. They did a phenomenal job, we're very helpful, friendly and answered all of my questions in a professional manner. I would definitely recommend them to anyone. Thank you Christian Brothers!

We felt their concern for our safety. They provided loaner when car wasn't found safe. And they refunded money when they found one part could be saved vs. Replaced. Super honest action!

Didn t have to wait three weeks for them to look at my vehicle (like the dealership). They correctly diagnosed what the problem was, and made the needed repairs without demanding to replace more items (like the dealership) within the time span they promised. Courteous. Professional. Better than going to the dealership. I have a 2022 mustang and I ve been taking my vehicle to get oil changes since it was new at this location. The owner and manager are extremely knowledgeable and they take care of their customers.
