Being without your vehicle is never easy. The anticipation of having it fixed and returned to you in tip top condition is overwhelming; but CARSTAR Big Tex Collision went above and beyond to complete the repairs and even went to buy a new car battery for it when the car didn t start. Staying with me after closing to make sure I was able to drive it off the lot. I slept so well that night. I was also told I could call on them if I needed repairs in the future. Loyalty and care beyond requirement is what will keep me going back every time. I highly recommend this repair shop. In today s world you don t find that kind of care and quality. Thank you Carstar Big Tex Collision repair for making a horrible situation as painless as possible. You Rock!!

BIG TEX COLLISION is a five star repair shop they repaired my Maserati Ghibli like a pro.Excellent customer service, care and support. In my very personal experience, i would suggest you NOT to take your vehicle here. You will bring your car for ONE thing and come out with ALOT of things. I had to bring my car back twice and yet my car is not the same bringing down the value! Not to mention they kept my car for a little over TWO MONTHS. These pictures are how my car was returned. All these details weren t there before.

Great experience from beginning to completion. Stopped by this shop to check out services & obtain estimate. The staff was so welcoming, professional, patient and kind. The waiting area was immaculate and inviting. I was able to get my car in for door damage repair and Carstar worked with me to get my car back in less than two days!! Yes!! Two days!! The cost was beyond reasonable and they did a fantastic job. Looks like damage never happened. Ten stars & . Thank you again for a great experience!

This is the best place ever. My car looks fabulous, fantastic even more beautiful than ever. I only had my car for month before it was hit and looking at it you can t tell it was even hit. They are the friendliest, nicest people you ever one to meet especially Angie , she very patient with me because I called every Thursday to check on my car and she nice when talking to , snd me at ease , I appreciated that . So if you ever need to have your car repaired go to CARSTAR Big Tex Collision

This was the BEST experience I've had with getting my SUV fixed! They're SO SUPER NICE and their dogs are WONDERFUL! If you're looking for a GREAT place to take your vehicle this is it!! BRAVO CARSTAR!! BRAVO!! =)

This place was fast and efficient with my car and kept me up to date when it would be ready! It was ready a whole 5 days from what they said. Which is great! The front office are nice and very good customer service! I will be def referring them to any and everyone who needs work done

Unfortunately I own a Kia Soul that has been broken into numerous times. And this was my second time having to use Carstar Big Tex Collison. Their prices were reasonable and affordable. Great customer service. I LOVED receiving text messages and phone calls that kept me updated on my car progress. They not only provide Collison services. But other mechanic services as well. I informed them of another issue I was having with my car. And they found that my radiator had a cracked in it. Which was also reasonably priced and replaced. And if you're financially strapped the also have financing. The office members are kind, funny and knowledgeable. And they also have two CUTE dogs on site. The whole team, office members, and mechanics are GREAT!!!

My husband and I are absolutely ecstatic with Big Tex Collision, the repairs on our vehicle which was totaled are emaculate. Bob, Zee, and the staff has been helpful and knowledgeable with assisting with this process. Absolutely recommend if you re paying out of pocket or through insurance. They re very reasonable. Thanks again!!!

Carsstar big Tex has the best customer service , there work is excellent, there office is clean and cozy, restrooms is very clean, wile you waiting you enjoy the verity of coffee , snacks, and the big smile from the girls at the front desk.I think they deserve more than five starsYou need to take your car there if neededThe work is excellentMy best wishes and happy new year for big Tex

Amazing shop. Staff was completely helpful and went above and beyond to help me with my vehicle and even went as far as to extend their hospitality when had issues with a rental company and helped me get situated. Definitely recommend!

The service was exceptional. I was on a tight deadline to have repairs completed before I left town. They did everything in their power to finish the job in the necessary timeframe, including staying open late to finish the job. Such an amazing and fair place, they really care about their customers! I had an accident, they took care of my body work, ended up going back to get my A/C repaired (unrelated to the accident) the price was extremely fair, just all around great people! I am glad to have found a mechanic shop I can trust! Insurance messed up the towing of my vehicle, and they even spent time to help me locate my vehicle, just amazing service, once again they CARE!

This team is the best. Not only were they timely and made it look like nothing ever happened, they offered rides to and from the office for drop off a pickup, they also did a full wash vacuum and detail. The car looks amazing. The entire staff was so friendly and helpful, really just can't recommend them enough.

Their staff is professional and well knowledgeable on the services they provide. My car was fixed in a timely manner and I have no complaints. They fixed my car and it look great. Like it did before the crash. Took my car in right away when other places requiered a 1 month wait. However the mechanical issues was not fixed. I took my car back about 2 times after to get it checked out. And they said it was just a sensor that needed to be replaced and it would remove all these codes that came up after the crash. The insurance approved to get it fixed. Then after they told me everything was good. No codes anymore. As soon as I drove off. All the codes came back on immediately. Then they said they cannot fix anything else because those codes were there prior to the accident. When my car was perfectly fine. I had no issues AT ALL. NO ENGINE LIGHTS. NOTHING... and the insurance was very cooperative. willing to fix my vehicle. Ill just have to take it elsewhere and see whats the issue. Since the mechanic could not fix it. Or did not know

Highly recommend working with the team at Big Tex. Very clear communications and expectations were consistently set and met . They fixed our car faster than expected and it looks great. Horrible customer service. Took my Suburban for a side mirror replacement by my insurance and they told me will be order and be ready to install in 5 days.. after 2 months of calling them and just excuses my side mirror was ready. Ooh but surprise surprise they got me a old bad painted mirror that i HAD to install it MYSELF what a bad place to bring your truck or car to get it fix. Never will bring my cars to this place. Sorry lame people works at this place.
