My vehicle went in to this shop at the beginning of November and it is still there 2 months later. We were initially told that it would be an 8 day repair. As someone who has worked in this industry, I am familiar with normal timelines and I am sure that my vehicle has been left sitting for weeks with no work being done. I can understand parts delays but we were given incorrect information about the progress even after parts arrived. I am being given the excuse that it was such a big job but, as you can see from the photos, my car was damaged but still drivable. As someone who has referred multiple vehicles to Caliber in the past, I can now confidently say that I will not do this in the future. I spoke to Jason today. He is in charge of the repair and this is the first time I have spoken to him since my vehicle has been there. He seemed irritated that I even called. The customer service that we have received was far below the standard that we expected and I'm glad that I learned this first hand.

My experience with caliber collision was seamlessly perfect. Mario C. took care of me and my car through out my entire service with them. Dropped off my car on a Wednesday and before I knew it my car was ready in less than week, my car was even delivered to me directly. Made my entire experience personal and professional. I truly appreciate Mario s work on my car and the continuous communication. I have a 2018 challenger Sxt plus and was left good as new. If you ever need any repairs Mario will definitely take care of you!

This was my first time visiting this place. (Caliber)..The environment was pleasant and very approachable. I was kept updated as to what was going on with my car daily. I was informed when it was completed .The guys were all NICE and polite.Truly I would recommend this Company.

I am completely satisfied with the work your team did on my Silverado. I have zero complaints. First off I m impressed with the way the paint and clear look, you can t even tell if the hood was replaced. The job is perfect. Your team went above and beyond by the way the truck looks, they even cleaned the inside and out of my truck and vacuumed it. Your representative Chris was professional and courteous and honest. He was attentive to all my questions and made the insurance claim process smooth. Also kept me updated on all the procedures. If I could give a rating to this team it would be 100!! Excellent service ! Friendly staff that is responsive, adaptable, and efficient. My husband and I got in wrecks within a week of each other ( rear-ended and got backed into while I was parked) and we both got our vechiles fixed here . For mone they received and had to send back several car doors until they got a good one because they previous didn't meet their quality level (were banged up a bit). I think they even fixed my fob for me! I would completely recommend.

You never want to be in the situation where you need mechanical work, but caliber made my two recent workups pretty seamless. Everyone is very friendly and professional - I highly recommend Mario.

I wouldn t trust my car to another repair center. Justin was extremely helpful and walked me through the process. The young lady(sorry I forgot her name) was professional and made me super comfortable, reassuring me I ve came to the right place. The entire stay was easy to talk to, took time to answer all my questions and actually finished the job fasted than anticipated. Thank you Caliber Collision on 635, you guys are the best ever. I will always use your center in my time of need.

They verified the work needing to be done multiple times before starting the job. They communicated electronically and efficiently throughout the process. Made rental car pick up & drop off extremely easy. Worked smoothly with my insurance company. I felt like things were handled professionally from day 1 and I could focus on work without being worried about my vehicle. Would use again and highly recommend.

I picked up my vehicle today, and I am amazed at the fantastic repair job Jason and his team did for me. My car was ready ahead of schedule, and I was informed of the status throughout the process. Not only did they fix my vehicle, but they also washed and vacuumed it. After calling multiple caliber collision s, this was the only one that had availability to fix my truck. They replaced and fix my front bumper and did a excellent job. They did it really quick and they return my vehicle in perfect condition and also cleaned and spotless. Thank you so much!! Paul and the team went above and beyond on my repair. My challenger had a grapefruit sized dent on the body line and you d never know it was ever there now, and I m a body guy myself I know how difficult the job was but they somehow restored the panel 100%

The used to be a Herb's now they are Caliber Collision. They were recommended to me by my insurance to fix German cars. Since I had to pay out of pocket until the company that hit my car on the bumper, hasn't paied up yet. After I dropped off the car. They took me home so I didn't have to pay for a Lyft. They told me they were willing to work with me with payments. Which was great. They have a text message feature to keep me updated about my repairs. When it was done they had ask if I need a lift they. I had told them I may not be able to because I get off of work late. They told me they were will to stay open late just to get my car back. As soon as I got there my car looked perfect. The amazing thing I notice. I had scratches and scuffs all over my front rims. They freaking sanded and buffed my rims. They didn't have to nor was it part of the repair. That's attention to detail. Unless my car get damaged again, Caliber is a great place that I hope I Never get to see again.

I had the misfortune of being rear ended while at a stoplight about 18 months ago. Herb's made sure that I had everything taken care of and worked directly with my insurance agent. The entire process was without a single hassle or hangup and I was very pleased with the service provided. Additionally, Herb's has also been there for my wife when she received side-mirror damage in a parking garage. They were very kind and respectful. I can only give them my highest recommendation.

UPDATE: I got a personal call from the manager Kevin with a well-stated apology and a thank you for giving him an opportunity to coach his team to do better. He said normal procedures were not followed, but they would do better.*****Repairs look like they were done well but communication was poor. I gave the staff an updated phone number multiple times but they reverted to an old number so I missed key updates and didn t know when my car was ready. No one wanted to take responsibility for that either, implying that I was to blame.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Everyone was very polite and worked diligently to get my car fixed correctly and as soon as possible. Hope to never need them again but if I do they are the only collision specialists I will call.

My overall experience was shakey at first. I won't go into detail. I will say Kudo's to the General Mgr Kevin & his staff. When I presented some issues. There was no blow back. Kevin & his staff took charge & corrected everything that needed adjustments. While I did get a bit frustrated. Kevin & Crew pushed forward & got me squared away. Outstanding work Caliber Collision Team Garland Location I belive.Respectfully,Elbert

I took my truck in for Collision Repair. My truck was dirty with dust from polish or dirt when I went and picked up. Hood was replaced and painted but it looked like the paint had scratches and swirl marks. I also had to get two wheels replaced and they took almost three weeks to find the wheels only to find out after I picked up my truck that they were not the correct wheels. I could deal with the paint swirls and scratches but I needed them to match the wheels. I talked to the manager one time and he said they would take care of the problem and get me the correct wheels. It has been over three months now and I have left messages and even emailed them about status on my wheels. I have not received a response and they don't want to return my phone calls. I have tried to let the insurance know of the situation and the shop still doesn't care. The problem is that they got their money from my insurance and know they dont want to deal with me anymore. I would never recommend the caliber Collison in Garland off 12101 Self Plaza Drive. Terrible treatment of the customer and very bad service. I'm highly disappointed at this place.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

This was my first accident and they were so kind in explaining the whole repair process and what I would have to do. They got me in for repairs ASAP and kept me informed throughout the whole repair process. Guisel and Mario were so helpful and were always happy to answer any questions I had about my car. I would highly recommend going to Caliber Collision. Hopefully I don t have to take it back but if I do I will for sure come back here!Services: Painting, Body & Trim
