Caliber Collision is 100% in my book. My rental car was towed to them because I locked the keys in the trunk and there was no inside access to the trunk from the inside.Brandon Jolly was the tech who handled the car. He noted that the car was damaged by the tow company when it was delivered and took photos for documentation. He had to research online how to bypass to open the trunk (not a straight forward fix) AND noticing that my laptop was in the trunk with my other belongings, he locked my bag safely for the night. The next morning, he called me and arranged to deliver my belongings to me where I was working and did so.Amazing customer service like this is rare these days and I appreciate this type of service.I will absolutely recommend Caliber Auto Care highly.

kind, friendly, efficient service. fixed my car within 2 days of me dropping it off and cleaned the inside and outside of the care prior to returning it to me. worked well with the rental car company as well while i did not have my own car. very pleased with their service, communication and work.

The customer service at Herbs were very timely and helpful. The updates they provided kept me in the loop and the work done on my car made it look new again!Mark Spencer was the technician/analyst working on my vehicle and he took great care of my car. I don't often post google reviews and wasn't asked/encouraged to post one, but the whole process was hassle-free for me at Herbs. I would definitely encourage my friends to take their cars here.

Friendly, attentive staff Even drove me home abd picked me up to retrieve my car.The told me 3 - 4 says, but it was ready after two days.The paint was blended in perfectly (which isn't easy with a six year old gold car).I used Herb's #1 store back in the early 1980's, was very satisfied then and their #2 store has held up the tradition.I highly recommend them for service, repairs and cost.

Herb s was very professional and efficient in fixing our car. It only took 1 week for them to finish with our car and get it back to us. The work was really well done and looked as if nothing had ever happened to the car. The only reason this is not a 5 star review is due Herbs not having staff answer their phone on Saturday when they are open. They send all calls to an answering service that tells the customer they are closed on Saturdays when in fact they are open.

Herb's treated my car like it was their own. My tech, Eli, kept me updated on the progress of my repairs and reviewed the repairs with me when I picked up my car. I will definitely use Herb's again, if needed, and would recommend this location to my family and friends.

This location is FANTASTIC. I brought my car in yesterday after I hit a high curb and was extremely stressed out. Drew was kind, friendly and I felt like I was talking to a family friend. Armando got my car fixed in no time and it looks good as new. These guys are the best in town!!

Herb's took great care of me and my car. Matt helped me from the beginning to the end. They took my wrecked car and made it look brand new. Awesome customer service and awesome work quality. I highly recommend Herb's for your car repair needs.

Herb's #2 is quite frankly the best place to take your vehicle for repairs in DFW. Without a doubt there is no other place out there with better service and workmanship. From the very first call, everyone was sincerely polite and provided great customer service. They even picked up/dropped off my car just a few miles away. Even though I stated I would pick up the vehicle, they insisted that it was no problem at all. Now that's what I call service! They really do go above and beyond. My car looks incredible, no one can even tell it was ever in a wreck. It might even look better now than it did before the accident. I highly recommend them to anyone.

I went here based off of a recommendation from my boyfriend who had used them before saying they do good work and they stand behind it. I cannot say enough good things about my experience, they had great customer service, helped me with my rental and when I got my car back it looks brand new. I would recommend to a friend.

Herb's performs high-quality work in a timely manner. The staff is very helpful, particularly at this location. They also have a great relationship with Enterprise, conveniently just a mile or two away. Matt has been especially helpful with my most recent repairs, which were a combination of an insurance claim and separate items that I wanted to fix.

Took my car here to get repaired after an accident. There was horrible communication between the shop and myself. I had to call them every time I wanted an update. When I went to pick up the car there were multiple things broken that were not broken when I dropped of the car(headlight that wasn't affected in The accident, hood prop) The car battery was completely dead and the tires did not have the correct air pressure in them. The car was not vacuumed out like they stated it would be and the alignment of the new parts were not up to par. A few weeks of driving it everything seemed fine until someone almost cut me off while driving, I went to use the horn and found that is was not working. I took it back to the shop and they told me that the technician forgot to plug it in after working on the front end. I would caution anyone from bringing there car here to get fixed. It was not a pleasant experience.

Brought them a late model Audi with bumper damage that had busted several sensors in the car; they did great work and even handled sending the car to Audi for the sensor work.Very easy to work with, always answered any questions I had, would definitely recommend.

No attention to detail. Terrible from the start. Me and my wife made an appointment. Received an email with confirmation. But they sent the WRONG address.11530 Emerald Street, Carrollton, TX 75229. The only thing wrong was the Carrollton part but who TF sends the wrong address to their potential customers. It sent me to somebody s house. Spoke with the General Manager. Didn t even ask about my appointment or any customer information for rescheduling to make sure we get in for repairs. Seemed apologetic but almost like he really didn t give AF. Bottom line find a repair center with more attention to detail. I have photo proof of the email if anybody needs to see btw.

I got in an accident, and was really frightened about what was going to happen in the aftermath. I brought my car to Caliber in Farmers branch, and from the jump they had me comfortable and confiedent everything would go well. and it went wonderfully! thank you!

Called twice both times the person answering the phone sounded like they hated there job and was rude. One hung up on me after I asked if they could work on teslas. "Who are you calling on the behave of?"..... Me the customer? Click!

Stopped in for an estimate, just a ballpark on a dented fender and their too corp. No one ca. Give a straight answer without 3 forms filled out. Stay away, there are 10 better options all around them

My Dodge challenger driver door has to be slammed shut, just to close. Went back they half adjusted with a attitude like it's my fault. Now I am stuck driving a 2016 challenger with a half witted adjustment. Smh. One star is too many

They did okay on the bodywork repairs on my Acura, but I had to take it back a second time for them to fix some of the poorer repairs. I wouldn't go back there again.
