I came by Caliber a few weeks back to get my inspection updated. The service was soo excellent that I decided to switch from my usual oil change provider and give them a try. Gina and her team were amazing! I recommend anyone reading this to go by and give them a try! You will not regret it

I simply cannot say enough about the customer service that I received on the phone and in person from the two girls at the front desk. They are the epitome of customer service. Gina went above and beyond and even stayed late to make sure that I got my car when I needed it. Ladies, the help that I received from both of you was very much appreciated and I hope your supervisor reads this review and appreciates your value!

UPDATE: I highly recommend this Caliber location for all of your auto needs. I have since gotten my oil changed, tires rotated, and brake and coolant fluids flushed with the same excellent service. They are friendly, efficient, proficient, and reasonably priced.This is a great location to visit if you need a state inspection for registration renewal. My service advisor, Nick, was very friendly. The tech in the express garage greeted me right away and escorted me to the lobby while they inspected my car. I was there for 15-20 minutes maximum. Everyone was very nice. They have a comfortable and modern seating area, good coffee, and a large screen TV with popular cable shows.

Great place with lots of nice perks...bottled water, coffee while you wait, indoor playscape for young kids, and comfy chairs. Had a great promotion of 50% off oil changes, but did have to wait 45 mins. I wish techs would have told me there were 3 cars ahead of me.If you have the extra time to wait, then this is the place...if you want a stay-in-the-car quick experience, this won't work for you.

The customer service here is amazing. Staff are wonderful and make the whole process extremely simple from in-depth diagnostics to reasonable pricing. Will definitely use them again for my vehicle repair. Bailey was great both times I ve had to have the truck in the shop!

Excellent service and helped me dodge a bullet by going the extra mile inspecting more of my car and filling my tires. I was only there for an inspection and they noticed that my coolant tank had a leak in it and there was no more coolant. Planned a trip to Austin the next day and am so glad I went to them instead of the faster inspectors. I would have been stranded with overheating. 10/10 highly recommend.

Caliber staff (Bailey) were really good about estimate transparency and real time photos and written explanations in an email format. They did a nice break job and alignment for me and we also made a plan for future repairs that were not urgent. My vehicle is a 2008 Toyota so it has a lot of wear and tear. Thumbs up for Caliber!

I took my 2012 Mustang to Caliber after being very disappointed with service from another shop. They did a thorough analysis & I drove out feeling very satisfied with their work. I particularly appreciated that someone rode in the car with me before I paid & left to make sure I was satisfied. They also provided detailed documentation of work done & recommendations for future maintenance, but did not push me to have more work done.

I dropped my car off on Thursday morning for service and before lunch time my car had been completely checked over, services complete, and invoice sent to my email. Extremely prompt and excellent service from the team at Caliber Auto Care!

I had a check engine problem and had no clue what was wrong. Bayley was amazing and helped me through the whole process and even went above and beyond by haggling with the claims company to get my claim approved and my car fixed in a short amount of time. I will definitely be coming back whenever I have a problem with my vehicle.

I don t leave reviews but Bailey was impeccable!!!! I was a nervous wreck on time because my son s birthday was the day after Christmas and unfortunately it got broken into and due to the holidays I couldn t give it to him on time. Despite that, Bailey was patient and kind. He always kept me up to date. I asked him not to upsell me but I trusted and agreed with everything he said I needed to get done. There was another girl who works up there. A black girl and I only got to meet her once but she was also a darling. Whole team was amazing!! Thank you!

Caliber Helotes did state inspection on 2014 Honda Civic and found a number of problems ... tail light, brakes. Very thorough and professional work! Pleasant waiting area with TV, internet and coffee/chai machine!

I will start my review off by saying maybe Louisiana has spoiled me on customer service. I called this establishment due to the amazing service I received during my TX inspection. I needed some other repairs performed. Instead of going to the dealership I decided to come back to this location. I arranged to have my car repaired and a shuttle back home. I informed Bailey on yesterday I will be working so I may have to wait on the shuttle until I freed up. Moving forward, i made it into the lobby and there was another customer at the counter. Quick observation, Bailey was assisting and another employee was sitting in the chair. No issue because I assumed he was a tech. The manager comes out for the customer in front of me and he said little to nothing. This man is understanding of the delay and leaves his contact information. I then look up as he s leaving sure that I am next due to no one else being in the lobby. You would think, right? During this wait I saw 4 employees and one was coming back in from the outside. They start discussing the repairs for his friend s vehicle that was allegedly being repaired. Maybe it s me but I call to pre arrange a drop off, let you know I will be working, it s cold out. There was no greeting beside the acknowledgement of me coming ( only by Bayleigh), the manager was so caught up over someone not being called in or something if that matter, the other two as I stated before must have been techs. I leave and of course I receive a call. The call could have been avoided if you were attentive to your lobby area. Thank you for doing my inspection but our business is void!

Even though they were not able to help me with my issue (because only the Dodge stealership can do a flash update of my TCM), I just had to commend Caliber for the friendly and earnestly helpful tone over the phone.I am tired of calling around and dealing with cranky jerks who clearly have better things to do than speak to prospective customers. I'll be seeing Caliber next time I need something done.

I don t recommend this mechanic shop at all, they made me to pay only for diagnoses $413 and eventually they asked to replace the engine for $2600 , they charges me $119 diagnosing fee. plus $256 the fees of open the valve cover for keep diagnosing which does not make sense to me. I asked them not to do anything and when I picked up my car it was worse and the check engine light was on.

Caliber Auto Care in Helotes was amazing! They took care of me so well, every person I encountered was so kind to me. Even an associate over the phone helped with a part for my vehicle. Otherwise, I would have had to wait a few more days for delivery. Thank you all for being an awesome experience!!

Damaged my truck during repairs and won't respond to my emails. I wouldn't recommend them for any repairs. The repair had taken over a week to finish and they blamed it on another company. I had to find alternative transportation. When I got it back there was damage to my car doors because they worked on my interior between the lift posts and the doors were rubbing on them causing the paint to come off. I m taking them to court for the $2500 worth of damages

I would like to share my experience with Caliber Auto Care very unprofessional I take make care for repair they take almost 3 months to fix my care and when I call for update they keep me on hold for almost 40 minutes or they hang the phone and when they give my updates they lied they told me that they waiting on my insurance to respond but I call my insurance and they inform me that they never call to get and when a call them back the excuse was that they do not have enough staff. after taking my car with they I have to return my care twice. an the last time I left my care and the hail storm happen when the car was under their car they never call me and let me know what happen to my car until I get the car 4 days after storm and when I call corporation they never return my call they just told me to file a claim to my insurance very unhappy worse experience.

Best auto shop I ve ever worked with! The people who work here were extremely kind and helpful, they communicated throughout the process, and were honest about which repairs were necessary versus necessary instead of trying to push a sale on us. They even picked me up with their shuttle service when my car was done. Will be using them regularly going forward!Services: General repairs & maintenance, Brakes

I'm from Illinois, but visiting family in Dallas. I ended up stuck on the side of the road, due to bad Alternator. I was able to get towed to this shop, and they truly went the extra miles to help me. I can not thank these guys enough.I left my grill in my car, and they even brought it back to me at my hotel just before closing hours! If ever I'm in this situation again, I would run to this place again

I would like to share my experience with Caliber Auto Care. I had a headlight replacement bulb installed that I pre-purchased and was satisfied with the service and the customer service. I was charged $39.90 total. This amount was half the amount quoted at another smaller and less professional establishment. Did I mention the customer service was quite good?

Whereas they were not able to fix my problem as I have a newer car that needs dealership attention, these guys really were Awesome! Every single one of them had amazing customer service skills! I felt so welcome and accommodated as much as they could. Cameron was the gentleman that helped me out and I know he went above and beyond to help me.. such a polite young man! I may not have been able to use their services this time but I know I m the future that I will 100% come back to these guys to take care of me. I know that I will have top service and welcoming smiling faces! Thank you Caliber! And thank you Cameron!

When I took my sons truck in due to a battery light I was very impressed with the facility as well as the staff. Paul the GM took it to another level with communication and was willing to take the car to the dealership as it was still under warranty. I will definitely become a loyal customer due to the customer service.
