They might be ok for tires but DO NOT GET EXHAUST HERE, gonna try to charge me $480 for a 30 min job! When the lake June location charged me $200 for actual custom work. GO TO THE LAKE JUNE LOCATION!!! He said welding is expensive no it s not I was the first customer that s it

Came here yesterday to put 1 new tire in my car and this is what the new tire looks like. I paid $120 for a tire that I thought was brand new. Look at the picture and give me your feedback on this. This looks like a used tire and the tire looks ugly. Even used tires don't look like this. The guy claimed to me that it is a new tire that has 40,000 miles on it and to look at the long colored strip on it that indicates new.I'm a woman and I feel he took advantage of me. I asked why is it so ashy and grey instead of black new and he said I can put oil on it to make it look new. I asked if he can put the oil on it or wet my tires or something to get rid of all that dust and he said no he can't. DO NOT COME HERE. Go to discount tires instead. Discount tires have quality tires. My other tires are from there and never had this problem. I came here because discount tires is closed on Sundays. I REGRET coming here.

If I could leave no stars I would. This tire shop is a scam! They over price on used tires and the customer service was very useless and unhelpful. As a single mom I really believe they like to take advantage of women and definitely over priced me for a USED tire. I'm so glad I went with my gut and didn't pay them after going else here and finding out I could get my tire replaced for less than DOUBLE THE AMOUNT these idiots tried to charge me!!!! Guys like these are scammers and a bad representation of REAL MEN!! Pinches jotos culeros.

This place is absolutely brilliant! It's like they have a magic touch! While every other tire shop in town (except for Firestone) was taking a Sunday siesta, C & M Discount Tire was buzzing with activity. I kid you not, they performed tire surgery and handed us a brand new - well to us anyway - tire in just 20 minutes flat! Incredible service that left us in awe!

I loved these guys when I first went here - fast service, inexpensive tires, and easy.After the 3rd time tho they strip my lug nuts on one tire such that they couldn't be taken off. I thought that was a fluke perhaps. After this happened a 2nd time and I had to get new stems because the shop I took it to couldn't get the lug nuts off...I was done!Yeah it's cheap and easy but NO attention to detail! Stick with Discount Tires!

Just a heads up .ASK HOW MUCH before getting service. I just paid $40 to rotate the tires front to back. Took 20 minutes. That s a $200/hour shop rate. Nice enough guys and they re quick. But man I won t be back.

Came here with a friend for a tire change. Paid money and as soon as we drove off the parking lot, the ABS light came on. Immediately turned on to come back and they acted as if they did nothing to the car. Continued to walk past us for 10 minutes and not make it right. We asked them to just take the tire off and put it right back on and the guy had an attitude and refused to do it. Not try to make the customer feel comfortable or reassured nothing happened during the tire change. The guy got an attitude with us like we had no ideal what we were talking about. We won t be back for either one of our cars!

there s a sign on the truck sitting outside that says 19.99 oil change however for a tire patch and an oil change i paid 70$ only because i had to walk across the street to get cash bc their machine wasn t working originally it was 74.99 for a conventional oil change.? icould have went yo take 5 and stayed in my car. i also was BIT Several times while sitting on their filthy couch. over priced don t recommend going there .

Reminder that these guys stole money from my car when I was getting an oil-change. It was barely $15 but that s besides the point. I used to take my vehicle here for years, cause it s so hard to find trustworthy people to work on your car. When I brought it up to the manager he didn t do anything. After arguing for a while he said well why would you leave money there in the open. If they re willing to steal $15 then what else are they willing to do? (This was a while ago, posted as soon as it happened on another account but it bears repeating so people don t get stolen from). Don t let them in your car without you being near by.

It was a relief that C&M could help me. I had just gotten off work & a coworker pointed out I had a flat. Saw 1 nail, and after a quick stop to air up the tire, drove over there. Not only was my tire fixed within 7 minutes, the guy said I had 2 nails in my tire causing the leak.They charged me $25 to fix my tire.I will absolutely be coming here again if I ever need to fix my tire again.

Tires from here are really bad. I specifically told them the tire they put on my car was too big and had way too much air as my tires only hold 35 yet these were at 46 and climbing. The guy completely ignored what I was saying and on the way to discount tires for them to remove some air as this shop refused the tire blew out at 48. My car was already driving funny as I was leaving their shop due to how big this tire was compared to the others yet they didn't care. They're selling you tires that barely have tread and charging $100.

I just needed a patch on my tire.I work in Lewisville and tried to stop here since it was close to my house. Showed up 30 minutes before 7 and they refused to service me because they said they closed at 6. I understand showing up 30 minutes before close is a little inconvenient, but some people have to work until 6. When you work 30 minutes away from where you live, you don't really get a choice.Told me to come back early the next day and no one was there! Didn't have time to wait around because I have work! Clearly they go by their own schedule, not the one that's posted online.

This has been the worst tire shop! Do not take your car here for a tire change. They will overprice you for the change and won t even balance it. Please be careful and mindful of taking it here. And to the owner or workers - you should really be considerate of the type of job you do for a customer. You never know if you re risking someone s life or your shop by not doing a job properly.

Don t go here!! Called to get a price on a used tire and they said around $40. Showed up and they quoted me $250 for a tire. Guy said he could put a patch into my tire. Charged me double what he said cause said he used 2 patches and a week later it s already flat

I called several used tire shops, and C&M had the tire I needed at the best price. When I got there staff was friendly. They promptly started working on my tire. They discovered I had a bad valve stem. When I was told about it and that it would cost $10 to replace I said I wanted to see it first. When I came around the corner to look at it I got there just in time to see them pull it off. I was a little upset I didn't get to inspect the stem myself before it was pulled. The man in charge saw I was upset and told them not to even charge me for it! They were done with everything in less than 10 minutes! I would recommend this place to anyone. They are fast, friendly, and affordable!

Got a flat late Saturday night, and my usual tire shop across the street is closed on Sundays. My mechanic had recommended C&M, so I decided to give them a shot, and they were great! They have very accessible hours, had both new and used tires of my size in stock for a competitive price, and got my car and me back on the road in no time, so I don t have to miss my important work commitment on Monday!5/5 pricing, availability, and most importantly, the work they did (at least with tires!)

I went in early in the morning to get tire rotation while they were still opening the shop but was attended to very fast. The reason for the 5 stars is because the guy at the front desk was super honest with me and told me what i really needed , had it been another shop they would have probably took the money did the tire rotation and sais nothing. I will honestly recommend this establishment just based on him being honest he also offered me a good deal on new tires which is what the issue with my truck .

Terrific service. I live in Lake Highlands and this business looks a bit shady. Indeed, they are slightly unorganized - there was no one at the desk and I had to tell 3 different employees that I needed a state inspection. But the service was speedy and what I asked for: They found a nail in my tire and repaired the tire and did not try to sell me a new tire. Got the tire fixed and state inspection in 25 minutes from when I parked my car! Sure beats waiting 3 hours at Costco.

Buyer beware!!! I have been a customer for over 20 years, and have always been treated with honesty and respect. Now that Juan is running the show when George is out, I have been officially ripped off. Over charged for cheap tires. Then since I am a woman, I was lied to about how I wasn't over charged. Well this woman is very verse around a car, I am my own mechanic. Go lie and rip someone else off, cuz you have lost a long time customer.

Always a great experience. Quick inspections, they will fix a flat or a nail in a tire super fast. Love the hustle. Just pull in and they will ask what you need, or just start working on it if they can see it.

This quaint, friendly, and efficient neighborhood tire shop does something special when it comes to tires. They fix them FAST! Like a Nascar pit crew fast.I use them all the time.

Horrible customer service!I stood at the front office for 5min while 3 cars pull up. Service rep walked past me, ignored me to help the others who obviously were not next and just pulled up.I made eye contact with 2 of the employees while waiting, they know. I left and went next door )express care for better service.

Good techs, very talented mechanics. Staff is friendly and willing to work with you on creative repairs to your car. They work on everything so don't worry about the weird car that you drive. They do mostly oil changes and batteries and tires, but they can also do mechanical repairs as well.
