Corey is the man! Got my 95 Dyna up and running again after over 2 years of sitting. Installed my S&S Super E carb and my new headlight, went through the bike and got her dialed. David and Corey are good dudes! Browns Cycle is the place to go!

I want to send a Big Shout Out to all the Folks at Brown's Cycle. David (Brown), Jake, Corey and Lizz are The Best. When you want to get it Done Right, the First Time, this is where you go. I'm confidant when I leave there on my bike, I could drive across the country with no worries! I don't go there because I can get it done cheaper (altho I can, because of their efficiency), I go there because the quality and dependability of the workmanship is The Best.

Let me start this review off by saying I ve worked in the motorcycle industry 10+ years.I ve been everywhere from Harley-Davidson shops, to independent shops, and European boutiques. I ve never once encountered a shop that GENUINELY gives of a true BIKE SHOP vibe until I met David, Jake, and Lizz at Brown s Cycles! These guys attention to detail, and professionalism with my bike made me feel like I was working with family members, and not someone who was just out to get the job done. The feedback I ve received from Jake was precise, and in great time. Although the news wasn t the best, it was delivered like a true professional.I hope to learn from these guys to apply this stuff to my shop in the European world.Thank y all, and consider me a customer for life.Services: Steering & suspension repair, Wheel alignment, Brake service & repair

If you need your Bike fixed, especially an older one, Brown's is above all! I took my '83 Harley in for a few issues. Through professional care and consistent updates from the mechanic Jake and Brown's, I got my bike fixed and running great. And they saved me about $600 as well!! I must repeat that Browns kept me up to date, as in when the work was started, every quote for any repair they found, and fixed items instead of significant repair or replacing needs. This was simply done on a good, old fashioned hand shake. Jake, the mechanic assigned to my bike, was beyond professional. I expect whoever works on your "pride and joy" will give you the same attention. This is my second experience with Browns. 100% the same, after ten years. Best in DFW!!Services: Carburetor cleaning, Electrical repair, Engine repair

Ordered a belt adjusters for the rear tire 96 Ultra Classic. on March the 9th they call me up. It was already ready there it only took 2 days. so today I went over there and picked it up. It was already on the counter waiting for me great bunch of people over there I highly recommend this place. easy to get to. If you have any problem with your motorcycle. You could probably get it fixed over here. or find the part you're looking for. wear your face mask if you want to.

I have bought many parts from them in the past but Brown's Cycle has my old girl rolling again. Just like the reviews that I read, they assign a mechanic to your bike. They stay in constant contact with you about what they're doing and what your bike needs. Nothing gets done without your permission or knowledge. I do believe that in the future I will forever take my bike to Brown's cycle because they treat you fairly, honestly and get the job done and short manner. Thank you Brown's Cycle.

This shop will have a loyal customer for parts after having the part for my bike no one else had. Not even the Harley dealership. They seemed like a great shop as well. Treated me very professionally.

I just got a a completely customized 1976 Shovelhead from my father a couple months ago. He got this thing when I was 9 years old 45 years ago. Means the world to my father and to me. I have ridden most of my life but this vintage bike is unlike anything I have ever experienced. After the clutch cable snapped I was finally referred to Brown's Cycles. I cannot express the level of appreciation and gratitude i have for every mechanic I spoke with. Corey was the primary mechanic. He communicated throughout detailing suggestions and justifying recommendations. It was very clear that I was out of my element with this bike and many shops would use that to their advantage. Corey immediately put me at ease with information, assurances and ongoing maintenance schedule for this Vintage Bike. I highly recommend this team of professional, diligent and skillful mechanics. My experience was unlike anything I anticipated. I look forward to working with them moving forward. This bike is like new and flawless - ready and safe to ride!! Thank you, Corey!! mattServices: Carburetor cleaning, Tires, Oil change

Heard about this shop and decided to go check it out. The moment I went in I was welcomed like a person and not just a walking paycheck. Corey worked on my bike and kept me posted on everything he found and explained everything in a cool and collected manner, unlike other shops that just throw word stew at you thinking you have no idea what any of it means lolEverybody was very cool and friendly. I ve never felt so chill in any sort of establishment and I knew 100% my bike was going to be taken care of the way I would take care of it.They definitely showed me that this is my go to shop for all needs.I appreciate you all and thanks for hyping me up when I ripped outta there Jake. Over charged us for just replacing battery and drive belt on our Harley, $650 is outrageous. Then after riding it for 3 days or so drive belt almost broke. They were going to charge us another $500Service: BatteryService: Battery

David, Scott and team are honest hardworking and genuine. They also get the work done properly and in good time. Used their help twice now and will continue to do so.Probably the best non Harley motorcycle repair shop in Dallas. They also charge you very reasonably in Terms of labor hours.

Went there Saturday and got parts to fix a fuel injection problem my bike. These folks go out of their way to help you and make sure you get what you need. They even gave me tips on what to do during the repairs. The dip the end of the fuel line in boiling water tip worked great. You re not gonna get advise like that from a dealership. This was the second time that I ve been to Brown s, the first time in 1985. Service hasn t changed. When you first get there they greet you like they know you.I ll definitely be back.

The best & most honest guys in the business. I have been going there for about 15 years for service on my various bikes over the years. David and the Brown family (now, David, Jake, and Red Eye) have always treated my bike like it was their bike and are true craftsmen in their field. I always feel safe, and they take their time, and know what they are doing when it comes to any era Harley (V Twin) motorcycle. I could not give a higher recommendation.

I ve been going to Browns for parts and service for over 25 years, they have always done a great job and had fair prices. David is always happy to answer any technical questions I might have and help with a diagnosis on a problem I may be having. Brown s will always be my go to shop for anything I need when it comes to Harleys....

Went in and talked with David. Went to see him about Brake parts and forward controls for a 1980 FXS Lowrider. Extremely knowledgeable and willing to help. He got me sorted out quickly. Something he said definitely stuck with me. Said got him hooked, he will be back. This is a very true statement. You got a motorcycle and you want it done right you will go here. Thank you David for the help. It's been a rough road finding it.Services: Engine repair, Brake service & repair

Brown s Cycle is the top Harley shop in North Texas. Their expertise, abilities, and service experience is impossible to beat. David keeps a large inventory of new and used parts, and if he doesn t have it in stock he can quickly get whatever you need. If you ve never been there and you re in the Dallas area, stop by the shop and check it out. You won t be disappointed.

I just recently started using David at Browns I have had it with so called want a b mechanics. I am a female with a 2008 Harley sportster 1200 custom I have been riding going on 6 years I had backseated since I was 16 I am 58 now. I am loading my bike this morning to take her I. For the first time. I have bought tires and parts from David and he is good people. I have been taking advantage of being a lady at two other shops yes I realize I am a woman in a mans world but we don t deserve to be takin advantage of as it stands right now I was a rolling fireball from work another shop did when they did some electrical work on my baby. Y all it makes me sick to know what was spent on them to fix it right. Anyway David knows and has seen photos of the problem I have had. I am sure browns will be the place I will take white angel to from now on. No more other shops. Have a great day ride safe. Snapdragon.
