I've bought a few cars in my life, but this was by far the best experience. They made everything so smooth, explained in detail what was needed and how the process worked. Tim made sure we had the Carfax on the car right away, and even told us to bring our car seats and stroller to make sure they fit after I explained we needed more room for our family. We will definitely come back when we are ready for something new. Thank you!!

Had a wonderful experience with Brogs Auto! They allowed me to take my time no pressure, take car home to test drive and even addressed my silly concerns! Very personable and friendly but most of all helpful. Huge thank you to Tim, Edgar and Felipe the owner for being so kind and helpful with this process. Highly recommend!

They treated me courteously, they were up-front with information (Tim--the sales rep--gave me a CAR FAX before I even asked for it) and they gave me a great price on a great car. This is not some giant dealership with a dramatic, glass-fronted building, which high-pressures you into "negotiations" and where the sales rep keeps leaving the office to "make sure the manager will approve" the deal. Instead, these are down-home folks. They treat you right. They treat you fair. Thank you, Brogs Auto.

Had a great experience working with Mr. Jim Michael he was very upfront about cost and numbers on paper not like other dealers that won't show you numbers. Recommended a great finance option. Despite the holiday weekend Mr. Mike still worked diligently through it for me and waited late night for me to take delivery. Very satisfied with my SRT8 Challenger I purchased from Brogs Auto.

Just picked up a 2015 Armada from them, vehicle was in good condition and clean, owner was very helpful with getting paperwork and finances sorted. And also is a funny chap with good stories

Tim and Mr. Felipe were amazing!!!! The process was smooth, and the vehicle looked exactly like the pictures!!!!! Awesome service and Tim was very knowledgeable of everything and this was the 1st time I've been given a copy of the carfax without even asking!!!!! Thanks for a great experience and I'd definitely recommend Brogs Auto to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle!!!!! I had to do an update!!! Due to a small lighting issue and me having to wait a little longer, Mr Tim came and offered Gas Money for the inconvenience!!!! That's superior customer service!!!

This was literally the best car buying experience I've ever had! Tim Michael and Mr Felipe genuinely care about their customers. I will never buy from a big dealership again. Tim was extremely responsive, no high pressure sales and impeccable customer service. I would 110% recommend purchasing your next car here.

My son bought a Dodge Challenger from Broggs. We had an awesome experience there. Would recommend anyone shop there! They have a nice variety of hot rods and jeeps if you re in the market, you should definitely check there.

Mr. Tim is the man there, was honest and very knowledgeable on the auto industry and no peer pressure he straight to the point. Even offer me tips how I can pay my interest down and stay ahead of my notes so I don t get another repo which I thank him for that. Most importantly help me get approved and even waited for me to come from Ohio all the way to Dallas and stay in the office until 10pm finalizing all paperwork so I can drive off the lot the same that night. Also he was able to get me a 2 year warranty and gap insurance on my Mustang while still keeping my note affordable. Just to let people know I had a past repo and Mr Tim was able to help me get approved. My score was 641 at the time of the loan but they work with all credits. Definitely buy ya car with these guys causes prices are affordable and if you have bad credit they ll get you approve. I m extremely happy and if anyone wants to know more about my experience are how my car is holding after purchase it s doing really good no breakdowns drives like a champ not even at 95k miles yet. Just reply on here and I ll definitely get back to you. Thanks again MR Tim!!

Very good customer service, everyone was friendly and helpful. I was given turn by turn directions to find the dealership initially and everyone was polite. I got home and realized a seatbelt in the rear of the Jeep I bought was broken and they replaced it free of charge. All the vehicles are kept indoors and out of the elements while in their inventory and they are kept really clean. Definitely would shop here again.

Best experience I have ever had at a dealer. They have outstanding leadership who ensure things go smoothly during your deal. They communicate clearly and are real, humble folks. Buying and selling is stressful but not with these kind folks... Give them a visit and see what they're about, I'm sure you won't regret it.

We bought a 2008 Lincoln Navigator. We've had it for less than a week and we've already had problems. The check engine light came on almost immediately. They told us to bring it back and we did. They said they fixed it and we picked it up. The check engine light came back on the first day. It was a Saturday evening so we called and left a message. They were closed Sunday so we didn't hear from them that day but we're expecting to hear from them first thing Monday morning. No. Five messages later and still can't return our phone calls. My mechanic said that it's only a $300 fix but since we haven't had it for 1 full day without it running properly and can't even get our messages returned I feel cheated.

Actually able to tell me the final price before I arrived. I had a VERY good buying experience. Finally got some new tires too! My mechanic went thru the truck to check it out, and was VERY impressed!

No actually you said your father had been driving it for a few months and decided to sell it. You said nothing about no inspections being done or not done and you weren't so transparent. Also no service contract was ever mentioned to us. It was sold as-is. I understand some normal wear and tear but not the amount of repairs that were needed at the price we paid for the vehicle. The repairs I mentioned were parts only.We bought my son a 2003 Mazda 6. Was told had a hole in the exhaust which isn't a big deal. Also asked about oil found under the car and was told it wasn't from this car. Got it home found out it was leaking oil from the oil pan which was siliconed to keep it from leaking more as well as leaking from the valve covers. Started looking at the exhaust and found out that the catalytic converter was altered as well as the exhaust manifold which it's illegal in Texas to sell a car with an altered catalytic converter. Also as soon as we got the car home the check engine light came on. Apparently they unplugged the battery to reset the codes and once ran for more than 10 minutes it came back on. After putting more than a grand in repairs alone we will never recommend this dealer to anyone.

I was car shopping in Ohio where I live. I continued to look when we were visiting family in Dallas Thanksgiving week. I found Brogs Auto and the exact vehicle I wanted. Brigs could not have been any more accomodating in making my purchase happen and getting the car to Ohio. Excellent, excellent business. I highly recommend Brogs!

Mr. Michael met us with carfax report in hand and gave us all the time we needed to learn about the car and answered all questions without hesitation. Accommodation was made for a test drive. He even took the time, while we were driving the car, to look up "how to" regarding a particular concern expressed about transporting a sizable musical instrument. There was no pressure.

The sale man was very confusing and misleading. While asking him to negotiate the price of a vehicle we were looking at. He pulls up carfax to show us other car prices and dealers in the surrounding area. We proceed to tell him we're asking about your car not others. I don't know if he didnt want to sale to us or if he didnt want to negotiate the price. Either way it was a lost cause.

Spoke with Daniel on Friday and made an appt for Saturday. When I arrive I'm stopped at the door and told Daniel was busy and the car I was coming to see was sold. I DROVE 45 MINS. and no one bothered to call me to cancel the appt or alert me that the vehicle I was looking for was no longer available. I asked to look around because no offered to show me anything else, only to see the car I was looking for sitting there. Maybe my business wasn't good enough. Horrible customer experience!

Awesome place, had a great experience with the sales associate and everything was complete fast and smooth and this is the second vehicle I buy here A++!! Highly recommend this dealership with their low prices they have on their vehicles and 3 month warranty!!
