This is my second time visiting Bolt-on motors.First time was for a transmission and now for a complete engine. Can't find another place around with the three-month warranty as long as you have your core.

If you need an engine or transmission this is the place to go, Good prices and the best part it's their warranty. Talk to Samuel, Rudy or Manuel. They are very knowledgeable.

Very great experience I had with these folks. I was looking for a 2000 Pontiac Grand Am GT 3.4L California Engine. They did all effort they could to find me one. Unfortunately they couldn t find one. I will go back for any other engine needs! They make you feel comfortable.

I found Bolt-On when I was helping a neighbor replace the engine in his work truck. Great prices, very friendly, and the used engine I got was in great shape and fired up on the very first crank. They gave me a gracious amount of time to return the core, and when I took it back they wanted to know if I'd already installed the replacement and whether or not there were any issues with getting it running. If you need an engine or a transmission, call this place before calling anyone else.

Great place. The owner is very knowledgeable and actually cares about what he s doing. I got a motor from here and he was really patient while I picked one out. They have a ton of inventory so there s a lot of options.When I brought the core back again the owner was genuinely interested in how the project was going and if the motor was working properly. I d definitely recommend them for good used parts and will definitely be coming back for my own projects.

I called this number by accident and hung up. Someone called me back in return and accidently hung up on me. It was great customer service. The person that answered the phone n hung up called me back to apologize for mistakenly hung up. The service was great and I never purchased anything from them. So thoughtful. Thank you.

The best. I needed a transmission and found these guys online. I called them up and got a fair quote. I showed up 30 min later and picked it up. They say you can tell the integrity of a company by how they handle problems. Well the transmission I bought had a bent pin that no one noticed. I took it back and they worked with me and we found a solution. Then we had problems with the credit card processor...and we worked through that. I would rather no problems at all but we don't live in a perfect world. They handled everything very personally. I have no hesitation referring anyone to them.

I have had to deal with a lot shopping here buying there and this company Bolt On takes all confusion out of anything u need. If u want to ls swap they got u. Factory replacement they got u any questions about any car, motor, transmission They got you. Buy with confidence. Thank u bolt on your my go to from here on out

Excellent price on motors James is great to work with, plus the mechanic that did my job does excellent work -Billy Cook jr at Go 2 Auto Solutions in arlington.. well worth the drive. These guys stand by their warranty they back it up and they will absolutely take care of you

Upon making contact with this business, immediately I was provided friendly customer service and of course a decent price for a used motor. To make a long story short Mr. Rudy was patient in the chaos I experienced before the sale was complete on 02/13/2020. I am now on my way to getting back on the road completely. Just a quick review for anyone that may be hesitant of working with or purchasing from Bolt-On motors. Rudy is a genuine guy who does care about the situation you may be in. My daughters 11" Altima lost the transmission and she did not have the money. Not only did Rudy have the trans, he saved me big bucks by referring, and having one of his preferred garages do the work. If you don't want to go broke but still need a running car, trust Rudy and his staff. Big shout out to "El Mundo's" for changing the transmission and taking care of my daughters car when she needed a lift.

We bought a 5.0 from these guys. They gave us a stellar price and had it ready in hours for pickup. I installed it myself and the engine is as advertised and in great shape. Only minor issue I had was that some sensors had been broken and a valve cover was damaged. Not sure if that was from them pulling it or that it came from a wrecked truck. All in all I will be using them for my next purchase. Thanks guys

I purchased a transmission from Bolt on. The price changed after I got there. You, guessed it. It, was $100 more then I was quoted over the phone. We, found out it wasn't the transmission. BOLT ON MOTORS then stated NO REFUNDS STORE CREDIT ONLY. They, had the part that I need. But, they want to charge me $200 more then EVERYWHERE ELSE. To eat up my now store credit. I, should have looked at the reviews prior to purchasing. The, was that the company posted to the customers shows that they don't care about the customers. I will be contacting Fox 4 and posting on all blogs

I've been doing business with Sam at Bolt on motors for a few months now and have to say its been great. I do alot of motor jobs and found a permanent supplier for my needs with Bolt on motors. Great customer service and support. Highly recommended.

I had them rebuild a transmission in a Z71 Avalanche. Everything went great! They put me in touch with an installer. Everything went great there, too. They even installed a new rear main seal gasket to stop an oil leak. Thumbs up! 5 Star! Etc.Stephen-Lewisville, TX

The place to go for motors and transmissions. Purchased a 5.3 complete with transmission, harness, ecm etc.. and it runs beautifully. I am extremely happy with it. Don t go anywhere else without calling them first.

Worst place to buy!!!!!!!! They sold me a motor that did not work at all and they did not even give me the guaranteed they promised. It is not fun to spend a lot of money for nothing.Update: replying to the comment below Your response is very unprofessional (STUPIDITY) I guess forgot to tell everybody the lack of customer service y ll got; but now everybody can see it.

I was looking for someone to help me purchase my husband a birthday gift! He alsways wanted an LS motor in his 1986 Chevy truck. I found Samuel and not only did he help me figure out the perfect 5.3 motor for my husband, he even delivered it on his birthday! Thats going above and beyond.

Everyone was so helpful. I don't know much about cars so I had provided them the wrong information but the staff was so helpful and they were able to assist me in what I needed; and they prevented me from spending extra money on the wrong engine. I'm always worried about being taken advantage of especially cuz I don't know about car stuff. But they were up front and honest with me n explained things out to me.

The best place to get quality used parts, very friendly staff, this place is clean and organized, i get a cvt transmission for a 2007 nissan murano and works like new, my costumer are really happy. This is the ONLY place i trust to get used parts for my shop. Thank you guys!
