After a miserable 6 months of nothing but issues with a different brand I was convinced to make the switch to BMW.Robin, helped me out tremendously in the sales department, I told him what I wanted and he took it and ran with it. He quickly gave me options with more on the way. He was very transparent throughout the whole process.My boyfriend, who went through the process with me, loved how smoothly and quickly the process was able to go and had decided this dealership and Robin will be his next stop for a new car when he s ready.Samantha made the finance process easy and made sure I understood everything and answered every single question I had.I will definitely continue doing business with this dealership and look forward to getting my next BMW with Robin s help in a few years!If you need a car, I absolutely recommend Robin in sales to help you! He was by far the best salesman I had ever worked with. He ll get you into the perfect car for you!

We have purchased a couple vehicles from here (Gary A. in sales is fantastic!)Recently we had an issue with one of our vehicles which was pretty significant. The dealership made it right and helped us out tremendously but getting us into a new vehicle. Customer service was incredible, I imagined having to argue back and forth but it was all handled quickly and without any headaches.Thanks BMW Dallas - I would recommend them and if you go, ask for Gary A.

We had such a great experience leasing an x1, that we went back within a week and leased an X3 as well. Hands-down wonderful customer service and an all around great experience. Nickolas and Andre both assisted us as Sales Representatives with the x1 and Mike T. helped us with the X3. For both purchases, Cris (sales Manager) worked with us and he was outstanding! My wife and I would definitely recommend to friends and family.

Fernando and his team were wonderful, from the phone call representative to the every friendly face in the dealership. My car issues were fixed and I was able to get back home ( 3hrs away) safely. The whole eclipse event had altered many plans like a Rent-a -car. I was able to make an appointment next day, first thing in the morning and they accommodate my school event schedule that I could not miss. Fernando is professional, knowledgeable, and helped me get in and out in an appropriate time.

I dropped off my vehicle off for repairs around Xmas of 23. It took almost 5 months to get it fixed. Not entirely the dealership s fault as they were waiting on a part being shipped from Germany. Aside from that, my Experience with BMW Dallas was great! I would follow up with Brandi on weekly basis for a status on my vehicle and she was great at responding in a timely manner. She let me know the ETA of the part would be and I followed up then. Once the part arrived my car started to get worked on and Brandi let me know that the car would be ready in a couple of days. On 4/9/24 I received a call from (I believe) her manager, letting me know that the car was ready! I would put his name but I don t remember as it was a quick over the phone conversation. When I arrived to pick up my vehicle, everyone was awesome at helping me get my vehicle, even the valets were attentive and fast.

Always amazing service when I come to get my car serviced. I want to give a very amazing 10 stars shout out to my service advisor Dean for always taking great care of me even when I m overwhelmed or busy with work he gets me in for service on my car and take great care of my car needs. He breaks down everything with no surprises on any of my payments. He always exceed my expectations within every car services and I m just very greatly greatly appreciated Every time I come to BMW. I was thrilled with the professionalism, and how I was treated from the very start when I called into the customer service line and throughout the time my car was being fixed. Trevor was incredible, and made sure that I was taken care of, and updated me with everything that needed to be fixed. Trevor was absolutely wonderful with all the details about my car. He even arranged do you have someone pick me up to get my car when it was finished? Trevor treated me like a good friend!! Many thanks for everything!

I had a fantastic experience purchasing my 2016 BMW M4 from BMW Dallas, and it was largely thanks to the outstanding service provided by Gray, the sales representative.First and foremost, Gray was incredibly knowledgeable about the BMW brand and, in particular, the M4 model. He patiently answered all of my questions and provided me with detailed information about the car's features, performance, and history. It was evident that he had a genuine passion for BMW vehicles, which made the buying process enjoyable and informative.Gray was also exceptionally professional and courteous throughout the entire transaction. He was never pushy or overly aggressive, which I greatly appreciated, and he made me feel comfortable every step of the way.Additionally, the dealership itself was top-notch. The showroom was clean and well-maintained, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. I was satisfied overall with the sales experience I had here with Zara. There was a large scratch on the car i bought (did not show in advertisement) and Zara immediately scheduled an appt. to have the scratch fixed. GREAT SERVICE.

I first visited MINI/BMW of Dallas in late December 2023 and finally purchased my BMW i3 on February 29th. During the two month interim Zu Garcia patiently worked with me and provided me with the support I needed to purchase my first car. The service I received from her and Pierre in finance was both professional and genuine. I highly recommend this location if you're looking to buy a car.

Had the BEST experience buying my mini! I don t care for car salesmen but I absolutely loved Kevin Choi. Very knowledgeable personable honest & direct. My husband has purchased two BMWs from two different dealerships & at both had an unpleasant experience so i really didn t have high hopes for this dealership but i was pleasantly wrong ..I m sure my husband s next BMW will be purchased with Kevin. This man loves car knowledge & won t put you in any thing to just sell you a car. He will find or try to find a good fit! Kevin also didn t play games with us which I totally appreciate. We also dealt w John who was equally as pleasant John made the process smooth and painless (actually fun). Thank you Kevin for making my new mini taste that much sweeter

I highly recommend getting tire coverage. It s one of the coverages I got, and my representative Fernando made it super smooth for me. I got a loaner for the day, and by the end of day I had my car back. He added the notes I requested to the service, everything great!

While traveling to Dallas, we had an unexpected tire issue. BMW of Dallas quickly repaired the tire and provided us with a loaner vehicle while the repair was being made. Our service advisor, Tanner, was extremely helpful. We would definitely recommend BMW of Dallas!

Amazing service as always. Professional, friendly and knowledgeable staff that take care of your car needs correctly and expeditiously. I ve had many high end brand cars from Audi, Tesla, Lamborghini and Mercedes. None with a better service staff and experience than BMW Dallas. This is why I still have my i8 now!

Zu was extremely helpful and patient with us buying two mini s! We drove from Houston with our two year old and 2 month old. She made sure we had plenty of pictures of the cars before we made the drive. She also walked us through numbers. Loving the new cars and grateful they had the ones we wanted.

BMW of Dallas, and more importantly, Gary Aggas, were fantastic! Gary listened, heard what I wanted, brought what they had plus a couple of options - just in case. Service was amazing, price was on point and the whole experience was enjoyable!!! Niko helped me through the process of purchasing my new bmw X7 . Smooth & Easy process. The only reason for the 4 stars is the day I purchased the car it was raining hard and they pulled the car up to dealership so I can transfer my items. No help with getting my items , no umbrella, or pulling the vehicle under a space where I can transfer items and stay dry. Other than that it went well.

Francisco did a great job updating me on my x3, I will definitely be bringing my car back to him and have work performed by the same technician. I brought my BMW in to have the brakes replaced, and my advisor, Victor, provided a wonderful service. It was so easy and quick to get a loan car, get a quote, and have the parts replaced. I d definitely be coming back for any repairs, and I d definitely recommend this place.

Sometimes we, the consumer, believe we know exactly what we need. Oscar and the excellent technicians did a masterful job of looking the car over, shot videos, and told me precisely what was needed to make my son s car safe. Was it more $$$ than I expected? It was however with coupons and specials it made the costs more reasonable. My son drove the car off and I felt comfortable that he would be safe.
