HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! This place is awesome. I needed some minor paint repair on my 2024 X6 and these guys not only did a great job but did not even charge me since I brought my own paint stick I purchased from BMW. They were very friendly and thorough - and since they had a great waiting area (even with a video game!) I was even able to get some work done while they did the repairs. I will be back for all my future servicing!

1. Got body work done with a hood, fender, and bumper replacement. Amazingly done, can t tell the difference.2. Got service for new gaskets, oil pan, and a few other items. Cross shopped and couldn t find a better deal or expertise.

UPDATE: Bimmers Only made it right by refunding my entire cost. That was more than expected. I appreciate their good customer service.I had a mixed experience at Bimmers Only.I took my car there to have the MMI Prime CarPlay Module installed in my BMW 650i. I purchased the equipment from BimmerTech.com and Bimmers Only is an "authorized installer". I took my car to them on a Tuesday Morning at 9 AM. Before I dropped the car off, 10 minutes prior, I took video of the interior of my car doors, dash, console, seats, etc. since they were going to have to remove some of the trim in order to install the CarPlay module. The reason I did this is because I had an incident at BMW of Dallas where their technician cracked a plastic piece on my driver's side door a year ago and I hadn't taken before photos, so this time, I made sure to do that.BimmersOnly called and told me that they should have charged me more for the installation because the didn't realize that my car was different from other BMW models when installing the module and that it would be another day before it was ready. They said they would honor the price that they quoted me for installation anyway, which I found to be good customer service since it wasn't my fault they underbid and didn't pay attention to the requirements (even though I sent them the specific instructions for my specific car from the CarPlay manufacturer when they quoted me).Unfortunately, after installing it they were unable to make it work and couldn't figure out the reasons why. So they ended up keeping my car for a total of a week before they finally figured out that they had set the dip switches wrong.When I went to pick up my car, they showed me how it worked and how to use it/etc. and were friendly and helpful.This part of my experience with Bimmers Only was great and I would have given them a high rating if what happened subsequent to this hadn't happened.I live about a 10 minute drive from their shop and as I was driving I noticed there were scratches all around the driver's door handle and a scratch/dent in my iDrive "Menu" button that wasn't there before. I immediately took video and photos of the damage and then looked back at the video I took a week earlier when I dropped it off and the scratches on the door were NOT there previously and the Menu button dent/scratch was not there either.So I contacted Freddy at Bimmers Only and told him that they must have damaged my car and how did they want to remedy this. He stated that "We're not about that, we take care of cars in our care" and denied that the damage was their fault. The exact same thing BMW of Dallas did to me a year before - but this time I had proof. I sent to him an email and told him I had proof of the damage and that they should remedy this somehow or I'd file a small claims court case against them and tell the truth about my experience on social media. He never responded again.IF they had simply fixed the scratches I would have been ok with that but they stopped responding to my requests.So, although they seem to know what they're doing in terms of BMWs and technology and had good customer service to begin with, I wouldn't trust my car with Bimmer's Only because they will damage it and say it wasn't their fault even when there's irrefutable proof that it was.Go somewhere else.

As a first time customer, I am in the process of getting my 5 Series repaired for body work at Bimmers Only and am pleased with the effort Kayla and Freddy. I am very excited to receive my car once work is complete because Freddy has been giving great progress updates to ensure all work is done correctly. Bimmers Only was able to begin body work on my car 3 months sooner than the dealer which was a huge plus.Service: Auto body & trim repair

Knowledgable, honest staff, and quick turn around. Used them before to replace cracked radiator. Went back this time with issue that would intermittently put the car in limp mode. They quickly diagnosed the issue, replaced a sensor and had me back on the road. They informed me of other critical issues they recommended be addressed like cracked fuel supply unit causing gas leak! Bimmers Only is a shop I trust and would definitely recommend to others.

I ve been a customer for the past 5 years and I ve yet to receive anything less than the best service and turnaround time with my cars. The owner and his staff is always detailed explaining all of my concerns in detail then the best with proving options to accommodate my at times budgets. They create an experience from start to finish. Thank you very much

I just want to say if want a Profesional Work and be sure your car is not going to leave on the road you might want to take it to the Real G in the industry of Bimmers .Bimmers Only Dallas Thanks For All Your Hard Work

Just came in last week for 16 m235i to go stage 2. They got my VRSF chargepipe and downpipe on and in less than 3 hours my car was back in my hands. Installation was great, and they even let me tune with their battery charger right in house so I could do some data logging. Will DEFINITELY be back for the intercooler, and pure stage turbo! Y all are legitimate, wish I would have found out about you guys earlier instead of blowing 2 chargepipes Lol.Daniel B.Service: Auto body & trim repair

I have been a customer of Bimmers Only for the past 4 years and i can proudly say, they have NEVER disappointed me. Customer service is top notch, just like their customer service. I have compared quotes in the past and i realized they have always given me the BEST offer, beating others by almost $500 difference at max. I've recommended my friends and they were very satisfied and happy on how they perform their services. When it comes to fix BMW, you shouldn't look elsewhere and let them service your car, honestly you won't be disappointed. Freddy always ensures to take care of his customers and will go above and beyond to fix the issue until you're satisfied. I can't say much about their work. But I can speak on work ethics and accountability. I would question the integrity and honesty of the staff because it has been lost on my behalf. With that said, question their opinions and suggestions when it comes to you getting service here. I brought my car their to get diagnosed on engine damage. My thing is, if I'm paying you to do certain things to my car then I expect that. I asked them to further investigate to determine the cause of fail. Which is to drop the oil pan. They wouldn't do it because they felt that it was a waste. Whether or not you thought so, it was a tasked that I asked to eliminate other possibilities. It didn't matter the cost. That's why it's called diagnostics. Not only that, you're relaying messages through the receptionist and not actually talking to a mechanic, which I found to be a total disconnect off top. Ultimately I didn't get any work done to my car. I told the receptionist to relay to the mechanic to leave my keys under the driver's seat with the receipt. My job requires me to be away for a good amount of time so therefore I couldn't pick it up right away. It was almost two weeks that I was able to get back to town to tow my vehicle. When I got there, my car was going parked facing the wrong way on the street and the keys put into the cupholder where anyone could see. No receipt was found and my tools stolen out the back. Now, anyone with common decency and sense would know not to situate a car facing the wrong way on the street. That would prompt the city or county that that the car is "abandoned", and it would be towed. That was so irresponsible of them and careless. I asked about my tools that I highly suspect that they took but can't prove. But any thief would take a car and its keys, especially if the keys are exposed, rather than just some measly tool set. Only one door was unlocked, expected, and no windows were broken or no damage to the car. But the tools were taken. Ya....the thief would rather have the tool set and not the car. Ya okay. But the guy said he would keep a look out for it. Really? That's how I knew. But because of this incident, I wouldn't dare use them again. Such a nightmare.****UPDATE****Since writing this post, the owner contacted me to see what they could do to make it right. And also to clear up some confusion and explain how they could handle the job. For doing that, I'll change the star rating. He was very helpful and brought some insight to certain things on the matter. Very helpful for me to make a decision regarding my situation. Thanks for contacting me.

Decent work, and quick turn around. My only critique is the pricing. Work was done as planned and noticed something else that needed to be addressed. Cost was fair so no complaints. Didn't meet the owner, mgr, or any mechanics, only the lady who took appointment and payment. Unusual, but ok I guess.

I've been to this place at least 5 times over the past 3-4 years for different issues each time. Every time I go there I'm impressed with their honesty, knowledge, and integrity. They will tell you what stuff is necessary and which stuff you can wait to get repaired. After I found this place I never went back to the dealership for repairs. Quick side note - once my car broke down in Abilene TX on my way to Big Bend. I looked at getting it repaired over there. I ended up shipping my broken down car from Abilene to Bimmers Only in Dallas, flying back to Dallas, and getting it fixed at Bimmers Only. All of that -- combined -- was still cheaper than getting it repaired in Abilene. Oh, and it got fixed in two days versus the Abilene shop's estimate of a week!Thank you for the awesome service over the years. My X1 wouldn't start so I had my insurance company tow it to Bimmers Only. Jesse was super nice on the phone and conducted the rest of the service via text which was SUPER convenient for me. My car was ready in no time with the problem solved (very dead battery). Great price and great service. Hopefully I don't run into any more problems - who am I kidding? It's a BMW so you know i will! - but when I do, I will be happy to come back to Jesse at Bimmers Only.

Bimmers Only gets 5 stars for sure! Jesse is awesome!!! He is very knowledgable, courteous, honest, and great at communicating. I brought my 328i in for a touch up and fixing up a few other things. He made recommendations that would be much cheaper than taking it elsewhere. He also ensured that everything done to the best of their ability. My car now looks great! Definitely will be taking my car back there whenever I need their services next time. Ask for Jesse!

I needed my eccentric shaft replaced on my 340i xDrive. Rare problem on B58 s and this was most likely the first one done outside of warranty. Freddy reached out to me and did a great job. It took awhile for the tools and parts to arrive, however the repair was done correctly! His follow-up customer service was also great. I live 2.5 hours away and would not hesitate to bring my vehicle back for all major repairs and performance upgrades.

Called them twice and the guy kept telling us they will get back to us. We waited for two days w/o any responses...phone call and texts. I guess they are too busy to even care about taking on more cases. Here is a suggestion: If you can't do it or don't want to do it, just make it clear on the call next time, so everyone can move on..

Excellent customer service from beginning to end! They found the problem with my car and got it back up in running in no time. Jesse was very helpful with getting my 3 Series taken care of. He was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. I will definitely be going back and highly recommend them.

I called Bimmers Only in the morning and had my brake fluid flush done same day in the afternoon. Service was quick and professional, plus the price was better than that of the Dallas dealership. I had to have a starter put on my BMW along with a blower motor on the air conditioner. The guys did the job at a fair price in a pretty reasonable time frame.I love the fact that I received a little more than 3% discount for paying cash.My only wish would be if they had washed and detailed the vehicle before returning it to me.That aside, I was happy with the job performed.

I've had my '08 335i repaired twice at Bimmer Motor Werks, and although I ran into some issues with the first repair, the owner made sure that the repairs were completed to my satisfaction. Overall I'm happy with the service, their prices, and their communication (Lenny/Freddy treated me very well). I never felt like I was being overcharged for phony work, as some other shops would do.

Needed to get my spark plugs changed as well as all 6 coils plus oil filter changed. Diana was super helpful and courteous over the phone and in person. I had my car worked on and finished on the same day in just a few hours. Would highly recommend to anyone on the fence wanting to get their car worked on
