Get my 2019 Mercedes E63 serviced here all the time, I've had regular maintenance done all the way to major work like suspension and engine work done for many years. Highly recommend these guys.

First of all, they did a great job on my car, however the experience was trash. I was recommended this place by one of the workers. I was under the assumption he would be working on my car, but he didn't. I was quoted one price just to be told that I would pay more for a misunderstanding between the employees. Also broke a piece of my car and wouldn't take liability for it. If you're a woman they'll take advantage for sure. This was MY experience so it may not be the same for you. Just take caution.

This place is trash. I tried getting my inspection here, it didn t go as planned and they refused to give me my money back.

HORRIBLE!! They had my Mercedes for over 5 months and never repaired it. Every time I'd called to check the status of the repairs, I was always told they're waiting on a part. They finally told me that they didn't know how to repair it, after assuring me that they could. If you want your car fixed the right way, avoid this place!! Now, I'm just going to wait for the owner to respond.Service: General repairs & maintenance

The price was comparable for the size tire I needed. What said it over the top was the professional and courteous manner that I received over the phone. When a local competitor has what was the quote so far, and was willing to under charge to entice me to buy my set of tires from them, the customer service I received, even before I have bought anything, was worth the extra 20 bucks.

I purchased a vehicle, paid on the vehicle 7 months, and the transmission went out. I didn't pay my note for the month not driving it. Not to mention I have yet to receive my registration. I still have temp tags 7 months later. The owner wants me to pay for the transmission. There is no warranty neither was there one offered. I did not sign a contract or any paperwork. I'm greatly disappointed I don't have a vehicle at this time.

Went to this place a few years ago and got ripped off by a Cuban mechanic and the owner so I stopped going there. Last week I went back to the same shop because I thought there was a new owner. I was wrong. The same crocked owner was there. The same Cuban mechanic was there too. They gave me a diagnosis of the problem so I asked them to fix it. After a few days they said it was gonna be a different problem and they were going to charge me an additional $185. So they ordered the parts to fix my car. When I went back to question the mechanic about the exact nature of the additional work he was going to do because his first computer diagnosis said I had 1 issue with my car, all of a sudden he was trying to do more work for more money . He was upset that I was so inquisitive and told me he didn't wanna work on my car so I took my car from their shop. That owner with the help of that Cuban mechanic have been ripping off poor people in this community for years. It's a shame that some of these victims don't know how to complain and help shut this shop down. This shop is a disgrace to good and decent shops everywhere .

Just luv the mechanic Mike very good man. He is patient explains and details whats going on with your vehicle honest and very reasonable. Mike takes very good car of all my vehicle needs. Very pleased

This guy charge me $85 to change out 1 lug stud! He paid $2.10 for the part and it took a total of about 15 minutes. I was there for a hour and during that time I waited for the mechanic to look at it and wait for the peice to be delivered AND he worked on 2 other cars in the meantime. He ripped me off. The auto zone across the street said she I was the third person in 2 days to complain about it. Can you imagine how many more people he rips off?!?!

I had a blowout on I30 and was able to get there and get a replacement tire. Customer service was good and so glad they were near my accident location as I was far away from home.

Took my dodge dakota there for a suspension work thinking it was going to rack up to $600 or more. they were very honest with what needed to be finished and told me it was just a control arm. I fixed it and this truck is driving very smooth, bill the mechanic did and amazing job and i will definitely be going back to deal with the owner (david) and his son (haitham). Yall deserve this review, im not the one to usually leave reviews but this time i was more than happy to do it.

First and last time customer.DO NOT go to Big D Automotive for tires. I purchased a tire that was flat the very next morning. Stranded again. When I asked for a refund, I was told that they check for leaks before mounting and there are no refunds. Who doesn't give at least a 5 - 30 day warranty. The more I argued with them the more they acted like they didn't understand what I was talking about!Total Rip Off!!!My mistake for not driving the extra couple miles to Hamm's Tires on Carroll Ave. Old faithful!

This guy is the biggest crock in the automotive business. I dropped my car off to get an engine mount changed and instead of changing it he put a tiedown strap from the motor to the engine frame!don t do business with this guy you will get ripped off !!!!!

I have to say, as an aircraft technician that their troubleshooting techniques were out of order and the excuses they have me didn't make sense. Never going back or never referring anybody to them.
