The prices are exaggeratingly high. Somehow one plug became two and I was charged an extra twenty-five dollars to open up the security lug nut which most tire shops have the master opener for. Service was fast but a forty five dollars charge for a flat tire is too much. I would look for a different shop if I need a tire plugged if I were you.

Bad customer service showed up at 7:30 and They don t close till 8 o clock and they wouldn t take a service. Drove an hour for nothing

DO NOT COME HERE!! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND HAVE NO CLUE WHAT THEY ARE DOING! They didn't have the expertise or skill to take off a simple center cap to take off the wheel. In their botched attempt, they ended up damaging my cap. Once they realized they had failed the manager/owner called me to tell me he didn't have the skills to take off my tire! lol. Absolute amateur hour! The worst part is, I had given this terrible company numerous amounts of business and they didn't show any patronage or even remember us as customers. The person who ran this before was actually really good and understood patronage, this new guy will run this company right into the ground!When I addressed the damaged center cap, he took no accountability and just denied that he had did anything wrong. Not to mention, this was after I gave him $100 depo and ordered my tires. (which i did get back) I took my car straight to JC Tire up the road they had all my tires switched out in 1 hour and gave me the whole set for $150 cheaper! My cover for my center cap was damaged beyond repair and fell off! Bottom line these amateurs will damage your car, take no responsibility and charge you more! AVOID THIS PLACE!!!

If you need a new or used tire, you might want to check out this place. It has a good setup and a lot of customers, which means they have a lot of inventory and experience. The staff is very helpful and efficient, and they will make sure you get the best service possible. They are also very honest and transparent about the quality and condition of the tires they sell. Bought a used tire and they sold me a bad tire i have been putting air on it every few days and finally had a day off to drop my wife of at work and take it back to them to see what's going on. They found a couple of spots were its leaking air but their response is that there is nothing they can do I need a new tire but definitely not from here again good luck buying used tires from this place

Waited til the last minute to get a tire patched, and it was about to storm smh. As always, they took good care of me and got it done fairly quickly while my car was sitting in the pouring rain storm. I always appreciate any great, hard-working people and had to make sure I left a good tip.

Bought new tires Monday never saw any lights come on or sensor every since I bought to front tires my sensor says lie tire pressure I ve been back twice the first time they changed it my tire lights went off second time they told me it s my sensors. My question is did they brake the sensor out is the tire bad altogether. Going to get a second open I d steer clear from here.bad tires

Don't go here, the service is really bad! My car is new with no scratch. After the work is done, there are a lot of scratches in it, i show him, he said that it was there at first. Then the other guy look like supervisor or manager came, i show him its, and let him go around the car to take the look, he acknowledged that it was the others guy fault then offer me a discount of $10. Really bad services, i would suggest go to the others place.

I am a new customer for life! These gentlemen are very kind and professional. I had been told earlier in the morning by another tire shop that my tire was fine, the sensor was just broken and all I needed was a balance. I knew something was very wrong with the tire by the way the car was pulling and bouncing. I stopped by Big D Tires for a second opinion, and I'm so glad I did!! Within seconds they found the radial was separating from the tire. I was in a hurry to make it to an appointment, and they had the new tire on my car in less than 10 minutes and I was back on the road. The pricing was fair, and I knew that they genuinely wanted to make sure that I was going to be safe on the road. I could not be more appreciative for their help!

I know you wouldn t expect great customer service at a discount tire shop but Big D is different. second time here and the guys are super cool and courteous. Prices are nice too! $20 for a tire fix. Loyal customer at this point, lol

Bought a tire here and on the 2nd day it blew up on the highway and i hit a car because of it and so i came back today after finding a replacement tire and told them about it but they acted like they never sold me a tire and said its too bad but that has nothing to do with them and my front wheel axel is broken what a horrible place

Great place to come get your tires or wheels serviced. I came right before closing on weekend and they took care of me as if I was their first customer ever. They removed a set of wheels and mounted another set on. The technician even checked the tire pressure of the new set and corrected them all. The services was also quick, I will only come here when I'm in the area. Great service from this company I will always remember. Thank you.

The staff was not very friendly. Also they were in no way willing to try and negotiate the price of any tires. I really needed two front tires badly but at the time was limited in funding. I was asking them to come down 10 percent on their prices or perhaps forfeit the sales tax. Even give some sort of credit on the four tires I would have been trading in. That might have worked as well. Rather than discuss any terms the woman behind the counter was rude. She wanted to charge a disposal fee on each tire I was going to have changed as well. I had two homeless friends with me that morning and couldn't help but feel we were being judged harshly because of the fact my friends looked a bit disheveled and not put together as you would normally see people who have a bathroom at their disposal 24/7. Overall a very disappointing experience. I will not patronize this business again!

Wonderful and very helpful guys, was introduced to the place and been going there for my tires ever since. They give good discount on new and used tires also and they pretty good at what they do. The guy with the dreads ( can't remember his name right now) is always very lively, helpful and attentive.Everything is very fast and I don't think I have spent more than 15 to 20 mins getting job done.

Outstanding Service!! High Quality Service!! Affordable Prices!! What else you need!I had the pleasure to bring my Audi TTS to this Tire Shop in Dallas TX and I am amazed of how the owner and his team are helpful and supportive! They mount and balanced my new tires in a professional and rapid time! I would be sitting hours in Discount Tires waiting for that to be done, but they took care of all tires in a matter of 15 minutes!! Absoletely No damage to rims and great work quality!I had a concern about the Balance after I test drove the car and they happily wanted to double check and fix anything that which is appreciative!This Shop takes ownership of their excellent work for sure!I highly recommend Big D Tired to every Driver in Dallas TX!Give yourself a favor and Do not look elsewhere!

Overall a really good experience. Balanced my tire within the cost of the tire purchase. Staff was very friendly and outgoing. I feel as if it was a bit steep on the pricing for used tire, but hey inflation's a real thing.

Unfortunately, I had a horrible experience. My tires were very worn and I wasn t able to make it to my dealership so I wanted to purchase two used tires before my tuneup next week. I called the shop because they were the only shop I could make it to. I phoned ahead and got confirmation from them that they had my tires in stock and the price before I risked driving in the rain. It was a wintery mix so driving in this condition was already dangerous. However, the gentleman I spoke with over the phone advised me that I could stop by and they had both 17 in and 18 in tires and gave me the price of $40 and $45. I made it there at 7:34 only to be told they were closed. I explained to them that I called ahead. The manager was very rude and abrasive. He went on to tell me that they didn t have my tires used and would only sell me brand new tires. I told him that I was told they had them used and given a price which is the only reason I went to their shop. Unfortunately, I was not able to buy them new based on what I budgeted. I just wanted to make it home safely. I explained to him that I had just called earlier to confirm. He was very cold and didn t care and kept talking over me. My tires were clearly in bad condition from what the other worker saw. As another human being, to be treated in such a manner where you do not even care about the well being of a customer is very saddening. I was unfortunately involved in a wreck because my tires did cause me to spin out of control on the road and I wonder if this shop hadn t tried to scam me out of an additional $180, if my damaged vehicle would still be ok. I m truly disappointed and the owners may not care but I will make sure my company, my family, my friends and everyone on my social media is aware of the horrible business and lack of customer empathy I experienced. This was truly a disgrace and disgusting act of service. I see that other people have left good reviews which is fine but I employ anyone reading this to consider the type of people you are doing business with. As a licensed insurance adjuster, this will not be the last you hear of this as I plan to reach out to several outlets so that they are aware of your business practices. I hope you will look into this matter and reevaluate your customer service and business tactics. Now I have to figure out how to repair my car and get tires all because of some wicked hearted individuals who didn t care about another person and only wanted money.

Fast and easy tire check. One of my front tires would tell me that it needed air every 2-3 days and I thought maybe it had a nail and probably needed a new tire. When i went to Big D Tires they saved me from buy a new tire check the whole tire around and wash it to figure out what the issue was. And saved me money !! They even took the time to check all the other tires !!

Fast service and the guys are knowledgeable. I've bought a used tired here before and it lasted 2 years with no problems. Now I'm getting a full set for under 200 full service. Definitely recommend
