What s goin on guys , I just had to share my experience at Big D Tires with Danny and his crew and there mechanic shop. These guys went above and beyond to fix my car in just 2 days not to mention I had close to 10 different things to fix ranging from suspension to steering , these guys prices are super fair and they don t make you feel like you owe them anything unlike other mechanic shops I ve been too. Before I met these guys I always had the judgment of mechanic shops ripping people off but Danny and his guys a very trustworthy , and their service is just top-notch. If you're ever in need of car repairs, don't hesitate to give them a call. They've earned a loyal customer!

The BEST automotive shop in East Dallas. This location is my family and friends go-to for flat tire patches and air, new and used tires, parts, oil changes and inspections, just about everything automotive. I've lived in this area my entire life and have never truly found a reliable auto shop that felt like family, happy to say, I finally have!! The technicians and manager always go above and beyond and they truly know the automotive business. They're respective and take pride in their work, Their prices are fair (no up-charging here). Highly recommend!!! Reliable and very trustworthy!!!Also, the manager of the shop made major efforts to rescue a beautiful, feral cat 'Whiskers' and take her to get fixed along with her babies. That is beyond commendable. Salt' and 'Pepper' are now spoiled and beyond lucky!!! They are the most beautiful shop cats and I'll be spending even more time up there now. :)Thank YOU all for making us feel like family!!

Daniel and Larry were absolutely phenomenal with efficiency and accuracy during our visit to their shop. I had ran over a construction hat or something similar while driving on 635. It knocked my splash guard loose and had it dragging underneath my vehicle.I pulled into the shop and both Daniel and Larry immediately came to assist me and within minutes they were underneath my car and fixing my issues. They knew EXACTLY what to do and did it very quickly. All while me and my mom sat in the car with the air conditioning blowing listening to the radio.If you need your car serviced, you have and issue and not sure how to fix it, visit this shop. I highly recommend and will continue to take my car there if needed. They made my day, I was truly stressed and not sure how my car was going to get repaired, they saved the day!Thanks guys!

Amazing shop. One stop shop. They are friendly and do excellent work, full mechanic (motor and suspension), alignment, oil, you name it. My full tune up was excellent.

Friendly and fast! The guys at Big D always greet me with a smile and are quick to jump right on whatever I need. I've gone to Big D for a new clutch, multiple tires, oil changes and inspections on scooters, old cars and new cars. Always top notch service. Highly recommended!

Found my mechanic! So the name says Big D Tires, but...the secret is they do much much more. After having several good experiences here, I brought my car here because I thought it needed a starter or something because it wouldn't start. Turns out it was an electrical issue that Daniel was knowledgeable enough to identify. I will be bringing my car here for EVERYTHING! From oil to tailpipe, including tires, alignments, and brakes because they really do it all. Very confident in Daniel, Daniel's abilities, and forthright honesty. Very, very fair pricing. I couldn't recommend this place more.

I stopped by yesterday to have a plug put in a new tire that had gone flat...dang construction everywhere! They patched me up and switched out my spare in 10 minutes and charged an incredibly fair price. I'll be back again and highly recommend these sweetie pies!

Eduardo is the guy, brought my vehicle for an alignment 2-3 weeks later I brought it again due to the same issue and he fixed it. Eduardo is very nice, polite and professional. I recommend you ask for Eduardo personally

Hey these guys care about you and your car. Go see Mr. Daniel for you registration he will not try to scam you and won't take a tip. He will tell you he's just doing his job. He helped me with a engine light on he told me exactly what it was. Took it somewhere else told me it was my O2 sensors 600$. You know how they do the Ladies at the Mechanics, Mr Daniel told me it was just a gas cap. Absolutely . Thanks Big D. Absolutely will bring my car for all my issues.

Very good place to get your vehicle fixed, I got my car fixed up and running greatly and the manager was amazing and very friendly, even offered to knock prices down a bit to save money. This is definitely my new place to fix my car.

These guys are awesome.I've been coming here for about 4 years and every time I think it's going to cost me an arm and leg they surprise me.Dealer wanted 2500 and Daniel's shop replaced the front shock system on my scion xb and synthetic oil change for 700 all in. And I got it back the same day.Try that with a dealership.

These guys are GREAT! I pulled in on a busy late Saturday afternoon with a large screw stuck in one of my tires. It was big so it required a patch rather than a plug, but the price was still good and they had me in and out of there in less than 15 minutes. Everyone is business-like and the manager is great. Super convenient location if you're in East Dallas, at the corner of Ferguson and Oates. Recommend highly!

This Tire shop is the bomb. The guy with the beautiful hair/bun has a personality that is out of this world!!!! Shop Big D Tires for all of your wheel and tire and vehicle needs...Take it from Dr. G!!!
