There are simply not enough words to express my gratitude for the help I recently received from Steve of Best Choice Auto & Body navigating the insurance system and the repair process. My 2008 Lexus RX 350 was deemed a Total Loss for a minor one-car accident with a fence. Through Steve s guidance in the process, the decision was reversed to Repairable. The problems didn t stop there. My car was also mistakenly taken from the tow yard to an auction house instead of Best Choice during the recent ice storm. Steve was immensely helpful in the recovery of my car, and for advocating for the correct car parts (not used ones) being used in the repairs. Steve s brother Wayne even adjusted my sway bar that was knocked out of alignment from all the excessive towing. My car is now restored to an even better version of its former self.Steve s expertise in all cars and knowledge of the innerworkings of all insurance companies and working with adjusters was invaluable. His body work was also impeccable my car sparkled like a new car. Steve and his business partners/brothers - Wayne and Sam - are the most honest, straight-forward people I have dealt with regarding car repairs.If you are looking for a trustworthy place with high ethical standards that produces quality work, I highly recommend Best Choice Auto & Body!

This place is amazing. They inspect the car thoroughly then show you on the computer what is required and you can see the price right there. The parts needed to be ordered and were there in 2 days. They even made my car safe in the meantime. Sam and his team are fantastic. Hopefully I won't need their services again but if I do, I'm straight there.

I only have good things to say. It is a real pleasure to go there. The owners are very knowledgeable and care for you as customer. They fixed my car for about $200 where the official dealership tried to steal my money by offering $5000 for the same issue, explaining me I needed to change an expensive part. Best Choice simply adjusted the voltage without the need to change the part. They were upfront and honest throughout the entire process. It is hard to find trustworthy people in this line of business so when you find great ones you keep them. I was recommended to them by my wife because they were the only one being honest with her and doing a great job when she was just a single woman. My car went through both painting and mechanical job at their place. Amazing results on both jobs

We will always bring our vehicles to Best Choice Auto and Body. I- a younger appearing female- was quoted 3k for work at another auto shop after bringing the family car in for a simple alignment, but we brought our vehicle here for a second opinion because of the trust established, and they were able to let us know that we didn t need the additional work after all. Everything was fixed for well under what was quoted to us by the other shop. It goes to show they value true customer service and honesty, which is invaluable these days. Highly, highly recommend!!!!

I could not be more pleased with my experience at Best Choice Auto Body. I was treated with respect and communicated with very well.I was very concerned about where to take my limited edition Mustang. But the gentlemen here did an excellent job.The quality was top notch and I could not really ask for more. The employees were kind and professional. At my request, the shop used all OEM parts and managed to talk some of the parts prices down with the dealer. Saving me money and not sacrificing any quality.I HIGHLY recommend them for your auto body and collision needs.

This place is great. I had some body damaged fixed here years ago. The guy running it is very attentive to detail and knows the cars backwards and forwards. Since I've had my car fixed here, I've gone to another place that was closer to home. The difference in quality was obvious. I will drive farther to Best Choice.

I can't reccomend Best Choice Auto & Body enough! These guys are incredible. Sam wouldn't except anything less than OEM parts and made sure my Durango came back to me as good as new. This auto body shop was referred by my contractor who was with me for my house repair work while my daughter got her car accident outside and my husband was out of country. I am really really thankful to God that I was able to find a very good auto body shop when I was in an urgent need. This shop is run by 3 brothers, Steve, Sam and Wayne. They are all very honest, sincere and helpful people. The main person who took care of our case is Steve. From his picking up my phone call to start to help me to tow the car back to his shop from Pro-tow s junk yard till the entire case end, I can only say he almost got no profit from me but just simply did his best to help a client like an old friend. Our car hit the curb, tilted, then dropped, so that the bottom was damaged and scratched badly. Steve and his men checked the car and gave me a quote. He spent a lot of time to explain to me about the damages and repair costs, and also emailed the pictures and quote to my husband and allowed the car to park in his place till the my husband back to listen to his explanation in person to do the final decision. Since the value of this car is much less than the repair costs, at last we bitterly decided to have this car sold. Steve helped us to make this car look better and put this car info online for auction. My husband and I are sooooo grateful to find such a trustworthy person. We absolutely will refer this shop and Steve to all my friends who need car repairs and earnestly pray to God to watch over and bless their business.Debbie Wang

Steve is the best! I ve never been to a body shop that has made the car repair process so seamless and easy for me. They kept me updated on what was being repaired, updates on parts if they didn t come in on time and I never had to wonder what was going on. Very thorough and excellent work. I highly recommend this shop and I m going to suggest them to all of my friends!

This is wonderful business run by three brothers, very knowledgeable, personable and professional. I had the front bumper of my car and the windshield replaced. They did a great job while being accommodating with our use of the car during the repair period. I found my place for car repair and I am spreading the word. I've taken multiple vehicles to Best Choice over the years and these guys really care about their customers and the quality of their work. They are honest, up front, willing to help, do excellent work, and have fair prices -- a truly rare find in the auto-repair business.My contact has mostly been with Steve, but his brothers Sam and Wayne have been great too. I wouldn't take my cars anywhere else.

Sam and his team at Best Choice provided the best experience, by far, I have ever had with a body shop. Sam was honest with us the entire process, never tried to sell us on unnecessary repairs, worked with our schedule, did his best to save us on expenses and most importantly did amazing work on our vehicle. The car looks better than it did when we first purchased it 6 years ago. I can't say enough good things about the experience we had with Best Choice. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for an honest shop that does exceptional work.

I have never been the type of person to write a review but I MUST write one because this is absolutely the best body shop without exaggeration. I decided to give it a shot after looking at the reviews it had and I do not regret it at all. The customer service is great. Steve and Sam mainly took care of my car and they are very knowledgeable helpful. Steve ALWAYS kept me informed about where he was with my car and they left my car absolutely spotless and looking like it came out straight out of the dealership again! They are very fair with their pricing and they tell you EXACTLY what your car needs. Very honest about everything too. I will come to them if I ever need my car fixed again and will definitely recommend them to anybody that ever needs body work done on their car. Truly happy that I found this body shop and with the results. They're the best!

Steve and his crew did a great job on my car repair and I will be using Choice Auto & Body in the near future for another car that needs repairing. After my insurance company gave me $1500 less than my original estimate, Steve worked with them to get more money to cover the whole repair and I was very happy with the job. The painting on the doors matched perfectly with the rest of the car. They are also very communicative throughout the whole repair. Highly recommend using Choice Auto & Body Repair.

It is not always easy to trust a body shop, but the guys at Best Choice Auto & Body can be trusted. I originally chose them because of the online reviews and I am very pleased that I did. I have a 2010 Toyota Tundra and 2012 Lexus RX350, both of which have been to Best Choice Auto & Body for cosmetic work.Sam is one of the owners and is very straight forward and will give you an honest quote and timeline.Both of my issues were insured claims and, due to the natural conflict of interest, it was important to me to use a shop that did not have ties with the insurance companies. Sam and his team worked with the insurance companies to make sure that I got the right parts for my repairs.Most importantly, the cars look amazing!

I feel lucky to have found this place and Steve. It is truly the best auto body shop in DFW. My car incurred some hail damage and a few weeks later was slammed into by a hit & run driver. I went to three different shops and they either were overpriced, missed damages, or told me I would need to be put on a six month wait list for the repairs to be done. Steve created a reasonable and comprehensive estimate, worked all the details out with my insurance company, and the repairs they did are perfect. I continue to refer friends, who are also very happy with the service they receive here.

Wayne is super awesome!!. I was recommended by a friend to come here to see what is happening to my vehicle. Wayne took the time to show me what was wrong and walked me step by step on how they will fix the 3 issues I had. The price was very affordable considering the issues I had. Wayne was very patient to answer all of my questions and even explain car parts I didn't know that impacted my issues. Despite their busy schedule, Wayne fit me kn his schedule the next day and less than 5 hours repaired my car. The entire staff is very respectful and I EXTREMELY recomme d this shop to everyone. It is rare to find an auto & body shop that has courteous staff, affordable prices and don't try to tax you on labor. This is my go to shop going forward and I wouike to thank Wayne for his help, his respect, and efficiency in fixing my vehicle.Services: Transmission, Brakes, Air conditioning

The owner was nice enough to walk me back to my car while they were working on it and showed me exactly how they were going to fix it. Not an easy repair and I bet I could get close after hearing him talk about it. Family owned for a long time. Highly recommended, very reasonable and made my car look like new.Thank you Steve!Robupdate: This is my third fix at Best Choice Auto & Body - I was forced to use another body shop last year (father-n-law hit me and paid for it so had to use "his" shop) so have a recent experience to compare them to now.. Best Choice is still the absolute best in town - the service, time and final product of the other shop was terrible. Best Choice is very trustworthy, timely, and 100% restoration each time I had to bring a car in. Steve continues to have an open door policy and will walk you through how and why they do what they do while standing over the car pointing and talking. I've sent my boss and my brother here for work on their cars since my first review and each were ecstatic with the time, price, service, and product.Thanks again Steve!

Sam, Steve, and Wayne are three hard working brothers who run a clean, reasonably priced auto body shop. I am new to the area and read about them on Yelp. The reviews were excellent so I decided to try them out. I am very happy I did and feel I have found my new auto body shop! They performed major work on my car in a timey manner. Sam consistently kept me updated on the progress and I'm thrilled with the end result. This shop goes out of it's way to provide exceptional service!

**UPDATE**Just received my car back from the auto shop and it was washed/detailed and looks great!!Steve is very knowledgeable and informative. Its obvious he's been doing this a while and knows the market. He also knows how to work with the insurance companies to ensure that you're treated as fairly as possible when ordering and replacing parts!**Initial Review**I just got off the phone with Steve to schedule an appointment and he was very helpful. He gave very detailed instructions on how the process was going to work. Definitely looking forward to my experience with Best Choice Auto&Body. Will be sure to submit another review after everything has been completed.

I want to start off by saying if I could give these guys 100 star rating, I would. If you want your car fixed by experts in the industry, this is the place. My brand new car was involved in a hit and run last month and I decided to take it to Best Choice. I had no idea how the process worked, insurance worked, if my bumper could get fixed, etc. Steve took such good care of me, gave me his personal phone number, taught me everything I needed to know, and gave me a great deal on a new bumper. He also dealt with my insurance for me, and got them to cover everything!Steve is the man and runs best choice like no other!

My experience at Best Choice Auto & Body was exceptional in all areas. The service and communication was terrific and timely. The pricing was very reasonable for the work that had to be done. We got a Rental Car for our daughter and it got a small egg size dent over the wheel well while her car was in the shop. Steve personally took care of this issue for us although it was not part of our claim on our daughter's vehicle and he did not charge us for this minor repair! The work that he did on our vehicle was great and he went above and beyond to make certain that we were satisfied. Best Choice and Steve had made a customer for life. We will recommend to anyone who needs body work or general auto repair.

Best Choice Auto & Body is one of those rare mechanics that you can trust to always do a great job. Prices are very reasonable and they will not tell you that you "need" to replace parts like other mechanics. They have serviced my car a number of times, and I have been satisfied with their work every time. Steve and Sam are very nice and easy to talk to and will give you great advice.

I am very impressed by Best Choice Auto and Body . Honest, reliable and skilled at what they do. I have had very positive experiences with their service anytime I approached them. Recently, they fixed my car after an accident and it drives just as before. Their prices are transparent and very reasonable. And to top it all, they have excellent customer service. They keep the customer informed of the problems and choices that they have. I would recommend their services to anybody.Cheers.

I'm super behind on writing a review for this place, My apologies for my procrastination! I'm not sure I've ever posted a review about anything online but always seem to read reviews about everything! Since I had no idea what I was doing or where to start looking for an auto body repair shop, reading reviews is exactly how I found this gem to begin with! However, I know in my research I called one other shop and the wait time to schedule me to bring in my car for an estimate was like 2 weeks out but when I called here I spoke with the owner, Steven and it was simple for him to accommodate a time for me to come in for an estimate within 2 days of me calling and also spent a good amount of time with me on the initial phone call going over everything and explaining how the process works etc. I felt very comfortable speaking with him and felt a sense of relief. Brought my car in for the estimate and got everything set up to drop it off. I dropped off my vehicle and was going to get a rental from Enterprise up the street and was offered a ride from his father who was also at the body shop but had already contacted Enterprise and they were on their way to pick me up from the shop. ( I just thought the offer for the ride was an added convenience that probably wouldn't be offered by other body shops) I believe the time frame I was given for my vehicle to be repaired initially was 2 days unless other things were found that couldn't been seen until they got in to do repairs. Ended up finding more damage but after all the repairs ended up taking less than a week and I wasn't able to pick up my car for like 2 days after the repairs were completed anyway due to conflict in my work schedule. The night I went to pick up my vehicle Steven was their waiting on me after closing time and was so nice and helpful! He went over everything he repaired/replaced etc. my front end of my car was brand new and looked amazing! Not to mention the added touch ups he did on my car that had nothing to do with my accident. Seriously, I'm not a person to write reviews but this experience has compelled me to do so even if it is 6 months later! Lol you will not regret taking your vehicle to this body shop and your car will look brand new again, amazing work! I also referred a friend recently who got her vehicle repaired here and paid cash for her repairs and she was treated the same way I was and said her vehicle looks brand new too! Thank you Best Choice Auto & Body, the world needs more places of business like yours!!!!!!!:)
