I took Jefferson an old GMC Envoy 2005 to get checked and completely remodeled. He did an amazing, fantastic over the top wonderful job on the car. On top of that he did the work in a week! Jefferson is a trustworthy and honest gentlemen! I took to an other repair shop and they were gonna charge me the same amount Jefferson did, for way way way less repairs. I highly recommend his services to anyone and will definitely be returning if case of future repairs!

We are so grateful to find this place and so grateful it was open Sunday. We were on the road trip passing through Dallas when we started to have problems with our breaks and could not find any appointments anywhere (apparently it s hard to find any place that is open on Sundays). We took our car by Berlini s and the owner is very polite, trustworthy, knowledgeable and has such a positive attitude. He fixed our car within a little more than and hour so we could get back on the road.Thank you so much again!

Berlinis is amazing. I had to get my hybrid battery changed. His prices are fair and his detail to attention is great! He not only changed the battery but also helped put a bolt in a loose part of my dash, topped off my engine fluids and even cleaned the engine. He genuinely cares about his customers and his personality is so contagious!Service: General repairs & maintenance

I've been bringing my automobiles here and recommending it for a while now. Any car I brought Mr. Berlini, he has always been truthful about it. My daughter's car recently developed problems. He examined the car and determined that the transmission was the problem. Mr. Berlini observed that Honda was still recalling the vehicle. I would not have known if he had been charged and replaced. Obviously, he helped me avoid spending approximately $6,000 on a new transmission. The majority of mechanics would have profited from the circumstance. excellent and extremely educated. Great, honest work at a fair price. On top of that, Berlini is such a great guy in general. He goes the extra mile. One time he even took me to the train station after I dropped off my car.

Do not recommend you take for any major repairs. My car sat for 5 months there because of parts they broke and couldn t find.They put the car together and broke clips everywhere . And still charged me $1500.This is not the shop to take your car to for anything more than the basics.

This guy was so kind. We had a bad day, our car broke down 1 mile away from him. He came to the car, from his shop to help diagnose it. I've never seen that. We towed it to him and he had it fixed in 2 hours. We live 1 hr away....... this meant so much to me. 5 stars!!

I called the Father s Day looking for service crossing my fingers that a father would be working and he was. He came to my location to try and check my car out and decided to have me bring it to his shop which was 1 mile or less away. He checked out my car found the problem and I decided to come back Monday to fix my car! I came and was waiting maybe an 1.5 hours and my car was fixed. Price was very reasonable and the service was amazing! Great mechanics in the shop lots of service which gave me great reassurance that the job would get done! Will continue to get my business. Berlini's was AMAZING. He was able to change out my 2010 Prius battery for a new one and now I'm not having any issues with my car at all. His shop also fixed other issues I needed. He is now my go-to mechanic. Thanks for such great service!!!!

We bought a car with a lot of problems, serious stuff and we need to travel in the same day to another state. A friend indicated Berlini's place, we called them and in the same day they made us a excellent price and worked until 10pm to fix our car and then we could travel. Trustworthy people with good price!Certainly, I would come back!

Had an absolutely great experience! I came in at 3pm on a Friday and they fixed 3 issues with my car immediately. Very very friendly as well. He even drove to a warehouse 15 min away to pick up the parts my Saab needed. And the price was so low and fair I couldn't believe it! New coolant reservoir, repair to power steering pump, and two new sway bar linkages came out to $221 everything included. I will definitely be back. Thank you for the great service!

Coming from dealerships like Sewell and Batchelor I can safely say that Mr. Berlini is years ahead in terms of customer service. The owner helped me when I towed my work truck after hours on a Sunday! If we would have had access to parts he would fixed it right there and then! Aside from having tons of knowledge and working very fast his costs are extremely reasonable you can trust you will not get upsold or overcharged at this shop! :)Services: Steering & suspension repair, General repairs & maintenance, Brakes

I keep on referring Jefferson Berlini to everyone I know. He is the most honest and reliable mechanic I have ever ran into. He has a great personality and I just know I can always trust his diagnostics - He has what.. 30 -35 yrs of experience? He performs and provides great service and great customer care.I have taken many of my cars to him and will continue taking my cars to his shop for many years to come.

I had an electrical issue concerning a line that went from the gas tank to my dash board. Other shops weren't able to do this repair and wanted to replace an entire wiring harness which was real expensive. Berlini solved the issue at a much more affordable price. I'm very happy that my gas warning light now alerts me as to when I'm low on fuel. He has done other auto repairs for me and I appreciate all his great work.

I wanted to get my car checked from a mechanic before buying it from a dealer. The dealer hesitated to allow me to take the car to a mechanic so I spoke to this auto repair shop and Jeff Berlini himself came to the dealer where I was waiting and he analyzed the car completely from bumper to bumper and gave me an honest review about the car, he mentioned what needs to be replaced and gave an estimate cost for the repair which was helpful for me to negotiate later with the dealer. He was a wonderful person and an honest mechanic who has years of experience. I would suggest everyone who is planning to buy a used car to get it checked by Jeff before moving forward.

My husband just got our car fixed here and the service was beyond my expectations. We needed to replace one of the ignition coils, and they were nice enough to fix our bumper and the wiring to the battery all for a reasonable price. I would recommend this place to anyone with car problems. I am very pleased with the results. We will be coming back for service if we run into any other issues with our car. Thank you so much!

We re from out of town and our radiator busted. After reviewing our options that our roadside assistance would tow to we picked Berlini s. They immediately began work on it the next morning since our incident was after hours. And by 10:00AM the next morning we were back in our truck. So thankful that they were able to help us!

Mr. Berlinin is very nice, he has the shop phone forwarded to his cell phone so that he can always answer. He spoke to me at 845pm one night and told me how to leave a key when the tow truck dropped off my car. Had it fixed and rolling when he said he would.

Berlini hands down is the BEST automotive shop ive found in a LONGGGGGG time! If i could give 100 stars i would!! Hes such an amazing individual he cares for your problems as if they were his own. He offers amazing prices and he does amazing work. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIM TO EVERYBODY I KNOW!!!!!

They were able to fix up my fender bender at a great price. After many shops told me my car was totaled/not worth fixing they fixed my car up like new and I didnt have to break the bank. I recommend all my friends here now

I have an old 1998 Audi A4 which is only used whenever I've family or friends here from Germany. This is definitely the most honest and with most fair prices I've fount in Dallas and that were a lot. The fixed the power steering and AC for a fraction of the price from other shop's estimates. They definitely know how to fix a car without trying to sell unnecessary and expensive spare parts! My car was there several times for different jobs and just feels very safe there! :) I already recommended Berlini's to a friend with radiator problem at her Saab. She drove all the way from Fort Worth to Dallas and safe about $1000 comparing to estimates of repair shops in Fort Worth. I'm extremely happy to have found this place!

1/10 do NOT recommend.I knew I messed up when I seen them watching a YouTube video on how to fix my truck. Terrible service. My truck recently messed up and I took it to a more advanced shop and they told me Berlinis automotive had put the wrong parts in my vehicle and those parts had just broken after berlinis fixed and put them in my vehicle two months ago. He installed the parts incorrectly causing unnecessary wear on different parts of my truck that I have to now replace. I called him to try and get the 500 dollars back for the 3 hours worth of labor (I sat in his shop and timed it) but he told me he will not deal with me and insisted that I stop talking so I hung up the phone. Even though he told me that if those were not the right parts the bill would be on the house. You won t get a nickel out of this guy but if you make the unwise decision to go to this guy he will dig in your pocket untill you have nothing left. If you want professional service I do NOT recommend Berlini automotive in Dallas, Tx.

I don t recommend this shop at all. If u can help it steer clear.Took my car in to replace a gas pump. I gave them a replacement pump so there was no shortage of parts and still i was without a car for 4 days. And my car was finally given back to me with new problems which i start to notice in the next couple of days.

Mr. Berlini is probably the nicest and most honest mechanic/ shop owner I ve ever ran into. I thought my car had a problem with the alternator, turned out the battery was just dirty and needed a clean- up!!!

My car conked out while I was in Dallas for business. I got AAA to tow me to this garage, as it was the closest to where I broke down. They took care of me super promptly, with a very fair price. If I lived in Dallas, this would definitely be my regular garage!

Definitely the best shop to get your car fixed. Didnt expect this shop to be so helpful. He pointed out where I could save money. The guy was very genuine and did not try to suck my money, instead, he helped me save a lot by recommending me not to do uncessary repairs.
