Outstanding service and care !! My car battery failed and I purchased a replacement online. Upon arriving at the store, Juan checked my battery and told me I only needed to charge my existing battery. He refunded my online payment and suggested I use a charger since we do not drive the car very often. He explained the benefits of a variety of chargers they carry and ensured I knew how to use it. BEST service I have received in a very long time from any company.

Purchased a motorcycle battery. It was not charged. It was suggested I should buy my own charger and charge it myself. CSR told me after the fact it hours to charge but I was told to pick it up 30 minutes after ordering. No apology offered.

I needed a screen repair under warranty. The Richardson store refused to honor the nationwide warranty. This Dallas store took care of customer needs and honored warranty. They immediately ordered a screen and make the repair for free once the part arrived.This store even make sure the repair is all good! For some reason, the fingerprint scanner disappeared after the first screen repair. This store made it right and order another part right away. So I got another screen replacement a week later and everything was restored and functioning.

Very clean establishment, I was greeted immediately when I entered the store. Very helpful salesperson and they had the battery I needed in stock charged and ready to use. The attendant installed it in my case in a timely manner. Great price, great service and I highly recommend. Great selection of the batteries good price.

Batteries Plus made this so easy to obtain my vehicle battery. Ordered yesterday chose date and time for next day. Went to store and within 15 minutes battery install was done. Service from start to finish was awesome.Michael Y.

Color me impressed. Drove down here to get the battery replaced on my Mazda key fob and the guy asked if I had ever had it replaced before. I said yes, but years ago and not at this location. He said, "I'll be able to tell" and came out 2 minutes later with a new battery in my fob and a "have a great afternoon!"Buy the warranty. It truly is a lifetime warranty!

If I could rate this place higher I could. Replaced my car key battery in less than 5 minutes.Gave some quality insight on what to do if I ever had to replace it. Also generally just a really nice guy. 10/10 would come back here.

I ordered an LED light online. They had it ready right away the next morning. After some discussion, the sales staff were very helpful in directing me to a slightly different version. Without their help I would have bought the wrong item. They were right - the new version worked great. A great customer experience.

When I purchased a Car Battery ($266), I spoke with Juan and asked him if they could install the battery. He said they probably could and to come in. I needed someone to install the battery since I had no clue how to and my husband had a stroke and can no longer do these things. When I got there, I asked if they could install it and the guy at the counter said no, that they were short staffed. There was another guy in there with him so I'm not sure how many there were at the time. He took the battery out to the car and my husband asked if there was another location that could install it. He went back in and called another location, they said they couldn't because it was a "difficult install". This is the last time I will ever go to Batteries + for anything. This is taken from their website "Batteries For Any Make & Model - You rely on your battery to start your engine time after time. When you need a replacement, you want the very best batteries from brands you can trust. Sedan, sports car, SUV or truck no matter what you drive, you ll find the right battery here. Plus, take advantage of money-saving services like free battery testing and installation..", I would remove this from your page if you are unable to live up to your advertisement! Absolutely the worst business practice I have ever seen!

Great service. Ordered 10 large batteries online. I called before to verify they had them in stock and the gentleman on the phone was very helpful. I placed the order and when I went to pick them up, they already had the batteries on a cart with the receipt ready for pickup. The gentleman was very helpful and helped me put them in the car. Overall, the service at this location was excellent!

Heard about this store for a long time but never actually been in one. This is the first time I've ordered batteries from this store for pickup. Great experience! Great customer service! Alex made my pickup process effortless and he's very nice and helpful to customers. Don't see a lot of great customer service nowadays to be honest. So seeing one, I have to share it with everyone who respect great customer service. Two thumbs up for this store and an extra thumb "if I have one :)" for Alex and his fellows at this location. Thank you guys and keep up the great work. Great customer service create loyalty customers. Definitely recommend doing business with this store!

Not only did they Cut my car key perfectly they also granted me a 3 month warranty!! Mind you my car wasn t even there to test the key on this location and the staff extremely professional definitely recommend! Thanks Jim!

Either the motorcycle battery the store associate cross reference it to get me the right fit for my motorcycle. The experience was very pleasurable the associate was very aware of my needs and gave me a solution. I would recommend Batteries Plus Bulbs to anyone that needs batteries or lights or anything else.

I needed to have my cellphone battery replaced. I had purchased one there less than a month earlier. It had a one year warranty, but I think it was defective. They replaced it for me with no argument & no extra charge, & although I did bring my receipt, they said they also had a record of the sale in their computer, so no receipt would have been necessary. I was satisfied with how things turned out.

Excellent service. Went in to get two watch batteries replaced and the tech took care of it quickly and I was pleased with the price. Their watch batteries come with free replacements, so that was a great plus!

Went in for a car fob battery replacement. Both guys friendly and informative. Learned they program replacement fobs, so I went back the next day with a fob I bought more than six months prior. I thought I had to go to a locksmith for programming. Same crew was there and Alex programmed my fob. He was so nice, easy to talk to and polite. Highly recommend this location.

It's great when you deal with a retailer and everything is just perfect. But sometimes you learn a lot more about the merchant when things go wrong.I took my stopwatch to Batteries Plus when the display started to fade. I bought a new battery, and got their "lifetime replacement" guarantee. Unfortunately, I didn't notice until later that all the buttons had stopped working. I couldn't set the time, or turn on the stopwatch, so I took it back.They tried a couple of things to fix it, but nothing worked. (It's not easy to get to the battery compartment on this one.) I figured that sooner or later, they would return the watch, along with a refund and an apology. I would have been okay with that.Instead, they offered to replace the watch with a new one. I didn't have to ask, I didn't have to haggle, they never tried to tell me that the old watch was the problem (even though it was several years old.) They just made it right, no questions asked.Needless to say, they will get my business in the future. I can't say enough about their old-school approach to customer service. I wish every retailer treated their customers they way Tony, Nick and Lillie treated me.

Both the clerk at my local store 9100 N Central Expy in Dallas were very helpful. They both did everything in their power to get my car running smoothly when the key fob I purchased failed to work. I appreciate all the time and energy they dedicated to helping me.

I began visiting this store because the selection at the big box stores confused me. I can walk into Batteries+ and say, "I have a problem" and they will have a solution for the problem. Plus I can park near the entrance. Plus they're fast. Plus they're friendly.

My battery went out this morning and I needed to quickly get my battery replaced. I searched online and came across batteries plus bulbs and liked their affordable prices so I ordered my battery online with free installation. My old battery was removed and the new one installled within 20 minutes. The service was friendly and quick!

In March I found these guys on Google while searching for my favorite batteries local (Duracell Procell medical/industrial batteries). I ordered through their website and saved an additional 10%. By the time I drove to their store from Love Field my order was ready for pickup. A great experience! I put in a new order yesterday and had the same kind of experience again. They were very knowledgeable when it came to answer all my questions both times. Not sure why others have had bad experiences. I like this place and will do business with them again.

The service is pretty consistently good. If they can't fix your phone, they'll tell you (and not charge you). Most of the time they are able to fix the problem and Batteries Plus Bulbs is SO much easier to work with than the Apple store! Just make an appointment online, get $10 off, show up at the appointed time and in 20-30 mins, your phone is fixed. Awesome!!

Never go here!!!! I got my screen fixed here and afterwards I was unable to make video calls without people complaining about not being able to hear me. I went to the store and talked to the blonde haired store manager and she told me she never seen this issue before and called someone to ask about it. They told me it was a software issue and she told me to take it to Apple but not tell them the screen was replaced so it would still be under warranty. After i took it to Apple they replaced the display that I just paid $100 to get fixed and my phone started working. I went to the store right after to tell the store manager that Apple replaced my display and that I have both receipts showing that I got my display fixed there a week earlier and when Apple had just replaced it. She was not there, her employee had me write out a statement detailing everything and said she would call me Tuesday after Memorial Day weekend. I didn t receive a call that whole week. I called back Monday 6/4/2018 spoke with Tony told him I ve been waiting a week for the manager to call me back and he started they worked the same hours Tuesday and he would make sure she calls me back. Tuesday comes I waited until 3 and still no call. I called back and finally got the manager she had an attitude with me. I explained to her i did everything she told me to do and her exact words were, We deal with phones all day I can t remember yours. I told her everything we talked about even the story she told me about her old boss in Florida and she told me if I didn t have her parts i couldn t get a refund. I asked her an I supposed to go back to Apple and get the display and she hung up in my face. I called corporate to complain because I would have let it go if she didn t hang up in my face. I explained everything to corporate and they did absolutely nothing to rectify the situation. If she would have replaced my screen the first time i brought it in instead of telling me it was a software issue it could have been a better experience. If you want your device fixed correctly the first time do NOT I repeat DO NOT go here. They will mess up your device and do nothing to fix it!!!! Worse experience I ve ever had. I will continue telling anyone who ask me about it, NEVER go here!!!

I recently purchased a battery from these guys and, in a fluke, it did not work. Jim, the manager, went through great pains to make sure I was taken care of. I have NEVER in my life had a customer service experience as pleasant as the one I had here. I recommend this store so very much. They take extremely good care of their customers, even little ones like me.
