The company where I work for FBM, we have a little more than a year of service with Barnes brothers.I want to mention KANG. He is always attentive to our repair needs, always keeping us up to date and letting us know about the progress, always trying to help in any way, he is a person you can count on and be appreciated.Thank you.

I have used Barnes Brothers in the business I'm in for everything related to large truck repair and they always come through. When it comes to billing, I receive my invoice within a few days which is critical on my side. I needed great communication when we first started which they are spot on. The office can tell me at any given time where everything is on the schedule. I get a completed email on day on completion and an Invoice the following day. Sometimes I have 3 to 10 trucks on their schedule at one time so where they are on schedule is critical to me. I have never had to call them back on something that wasn't repaired correctly. I use service calls on all my equipment since the hardest part for me is to transport trucks to service centers. I do have them pick up units that have needed a large repair including hydraulics. The techs that I have had on site have been amazing with knowledge of trucks and the inner workings of everything. I am really happy with Barnes Brothers. When approached by other service shops, I respectfully turn them away. The team over at Barnes Brothers Truck and Trailer repair have been a huge help in our quest to improve our vehicle maintenance program. I had my state inspection done here they were quick and efficient also the pricing was fair. The head mechanic there was very quick to take care of things for me and was on top of the work the whole time thanks to Kang for a job well done .Service: ElectricalService: Electrical

We have our truck service there and there ok but it's always time Consumer when we drop our vehicles there. The last time we dropped our vehicles there they swore up-and-down that the drivers were literally maxing out the truck on the speedometer which was inaccurate. What that being said they need to take more time addressing the issue and finding out what the issue is instead of speculating what they think it is

Took my truck to replace king pins and (2) front tires. I also mention to replace all other components that needed to get fixed ( DID NOT HAPPEN ! ). As well a service on the truck, I was told it would take 3 days at the most and ended up taking 9 business days. Overall after calling them every day for an update on the truck their was a different excuse every day such as tech was running 3 hours late . When I was called to pick up the truck after management had test driven it. It wasn t fully serviced, for example fifth wheel wasn t greased fallowed by all the grease fittings on the truck. Drove it to my yard hubs screws where not fully screwed on or tight and fluids leaking. After reaching out to them luckily Nelson was sent out to fix the problem did an amazing job and quick ! He always kept in contact until the problem was fixed. Great experience with Barnes Brothers! Mike was extremely helpful, upfront and honest. He was always cheerful even though I called about a million times! The technicians were great, very thorough. I highly recommend Barnes Brothers Truck & Trailer Repair.

I awoke to a dead battery, jumping didn t even work. I was ready to give up on getting anything done and call a tow truck, instead I called Billy Arnold with Barnes Brothers Fleet. He sent out Nelson, a great mechanic, and within an hour I was back in business! Barnes Brothers is dependable and very reasonably priced. I won t go anywhere else.

Not much I can say. Man was friendly and nice. Well intentioned. Called before I came because I had to make a delivery in a little over an hr. Could have gone elsewhere. Said they could put a tire on right now. Once I showed, was told the tire guy was on a road call. And would be back In a few minutes. An hr later I had to go... in response, I'd come back. I don't hold a grudge. 5 stars for an excellent reply.

This shop is awesome. The staff is very pleasant and knowledgeable. They go the extra mile for customer satisfaction. The tech Nelson that did my road service was great and made sure that my truck was ready for the road again before he left. I highly recommend this facility to any truck drivers and owners of trucks. This is my new truck shop for life!!!!!!

We typically go to H.G.Truck Repair in Grand Prairie for our PM service on our Freightliners, however my driver was close to this place so for timing purposes we tried it out because of the good reviews on Google. This place is a total rip off and we will never go here again. We will be going to H.G. Truck repair every time even when we need to drive farther to get to them. I was told it would take about 1 1/2 hr, my driver was there for over 3 hrs and then got charged $ 665 plus $ 148 for air filter for a total of $806.61!!! At H.G. Truck Repair, it's $437.39.This is highway robbery and you should be ashamed of yourselves!

I'm not one to write reviews. This is my first. All I can say is WOW!They looked and serviced our trucks in the same day. I was tired of leaving a truck and waiting 2-5 days just to look at the problem . There communication skills were excellent.

Barnes Brothers does my scheduled maintenance on my delivery truck for work. They are always quick and prompt about their service. Does a great, quick job. Will continue to use them for future service.
