Hands down, one of the best auto shops I've ever been to. I checked it out on a whim since it was really close to my location and I was completely blown away by the customer service! Very friendly, professional, and quick. I'm definitely only coming here from now on - they have earned my continued business and confidence! 10/10 recommend - if you value great service, honest people who aren't going to rip you off (unlike most places these days), and not wasting your money, then go here, you won't regret it.

I've been taking my Honda to these guys for the past several years. I appreciate the great customer service; all the guys are not only friendly, but personable and very helpful. They've taken excellent care of my repairs on my 11 year old Accord. Their prices are upfront and always less than comparable quotes. They've also saved me money when the work was less involved than initially quoted. Highly recommended!

They were amazing. It was a quick turnaround, and Mohammad was willing to help me get the car done as fast as possible. My tires were bald and I didn t notice, I went for a state inspection and they noticed, informed me, and changed the tires right away. Thank you! I was looking for mechanic for my car that I can trust. When I found Bachman lake automotive, I was so happy. They are so trustful and will help you figure out what s wrong with your car every time. Oil changes are quick if not instant. Migel the mechanic is the best mechanic I have ever dealt with. Very honest and knows his stuff. I regularly have oil changes and other routine maintenance service done here, as well as TX DOT inspections, for both of my vehicles. Absolutely loved this place. I went in for an oil change, was in and out 20 mins. They checked coolant, water levels, brakes etc. Super friendly and professional. Price was ideal, even got a discount for being a new customer. Definitely recommend this place.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

I went in for an issue of my power steering and the mechanic said I need brakes and pushed on them being done first. He gave me a quote for my power steering and I said I ll bring it in next week since he did the brakes he said he had no time to finish the power steering issue I was a little bit bothered but I thought OK next week will get it fixed when next week came the mechanic then told me he had no time to get me in and that the quote was gonna be more than what he quoted me because his boss the owner had gotten mad because he did the brakes at a very low price which agin I only paid what I was quoted and in my opinion that s not my issue a quote is a quote.. Then ironically I ran into the owner at my job oh and granite I have a couple of cars and the owner wanted to buy one of my cars from me which I m not selling and he kept making comments saying You must be rich you have money we should have charged more very unprofessional all in all and I told him the issue of his mechanic he said give me your number and I ll get it all fixed I did he never called this place is just very unprofessional I don t trust them feels like they give you a quote then if you don t get it done then they take it back and they never even fix the issue that you originally go for!! I would not recommend anyone to this place at all I don t trust themService: Brakes

I recently bought a 10-year old Mazda from an online seller. I took it to Bachman since there was an issue with the battery/electric. They easily recognized and repaired the issue! I also got a tune-up and new tires and the Mazda runs great! They finished the job all in the same day! Took my sons car in because it kept stalling. They diagnosed the problem and did the repair. However, after we drove off, the car suffered the same problem. Took it back and they did a fuller diagnostic and repair at no additional cost. Car runs well now. They were very professional and communicative throughout the process. A good shop and I would definitely go back.

I have taken my car to this location twice and they are fast and very knowledgeable. I appreciate them checking for other things that should be checked on a car to up keep it driving safely and comfortably. They are always super nice and and affordable they don t try to take advantage of you!!! Thanks for great service!!

So I went here..mainly because I asked Google to find me the closest oil change location to my apt. Not realizing HOW close this business actually was?! I read the reviews,along with some other businesses that were also close to my apts, and this place had the BEST reviews ! Even though I was skeptical,I figured it was worth a shot. People, there is NOTHING wrong with this business, they were quick, professional, and honest. What more do you want..definitely got my vote!

Very courteous and prompt. Satisfied with the service. However, pricey services compared to the honda dealership on Lemmon. A semi synthetic oil change was $55 here and a full synthetic was significantly more. A full synthetic at Honda is $59. They also tried to sell me just about every additional service they could which I do not appreciate. A system flush is $60+ and almost NEVER needed on a modern car with less than 200k miles. I will likely not be going back unless my alternative options are very limited.

Very honoest and trust worthy. i wouldnt go any where else. Steve is the main mechanic, best guy ever! Always does good clean work in a timely manner. Oil changes here are as good and fast as they come! Definitely will be coming back!

These guys did an awesome job on my Lexus. Super honest and won t let you pay for stuff you don t need. Will definitely be bringing my car back for anything in the future. I wouldn t trust anyone else.

Man, this was the very first time anyone has gone through the small details of my car with me. Miguel is a cautious and hard worker as he invites me to see a small issue with my oil, he then offers a solution as well as a more financially-friendly solution. These guys are legit car experts. The manager is such a laid back guy. (Btw, I was on break and I got a drain plug change, and oil change, wiper fluids, and a new bulb in under 45 min. Highly impressed and highly satisfied guys!

Fast, friendly, and free of up sells. No bad tactics to try and sell you more service. I asked for an oil change and that's what I got. I was able to leave without them trying to show me how some other fluid was dirty or needed a flush.

Extremely helpful and most important very honest! My check engine light came on, code says evaporative leak. Visited two other mechanic shops, they estimate charges anywhere between $400 - $800. Ibrahim checked my vehicle, recommended fuel tank cap replacement - total $15.00. He did reset my check engine light, asked me to drive 80 miles and see will check engine light turn on again. Two hundred miles later, everything is fine, no check engine light! Thank you Ibrahim!

If you are ever having any issues with your car within the DFW area, I highly recommend Bachman Lake Automotive. They are always willing to help and they always do a great job. BEST MECHANIC SHOP IN THE LOVE FIELD AREA!! VERY HONEST AND THEY STAND BY THEIR WORK 110%!!! My father in law took his car to a mechanic shop and the tried to take advantage of him due to his age and these guys respected him and reassured him of their work and honesty! Now my father in law has a place to come to when he needs help with his car! YOU GUYS GAINED HIS RESPECT AND HIS LOYALTY TO YOUR SHOP! THANK YOU

Very thorough and transparent - some places are against you walking into the service area for fear that you might be injured as if we are kids. Thus place let's you stay with your baby while they groom it... got a pretty comparable deal too... high mileage oil change + fuel filter change + radiator fluid flush + air filter change = 180$ flat...

Bachman Lake Automotive gave this single woman much respect and honest work at a great price. They replaced the alternator on my 09 Murano, and offered a 1yr warranty. I am totally pleased.

Just got quoted $30 for a LABOR ONLY oil change. (Had my own oil and filter for those that don't know)$30 !!!Can't even imagine what they charge for anything else with that being the most of simple services.

I will never go back here again. I got an oil change there recently, and they charged me full price. Then told me that they were unable to get the filter out, so they didn't change that as we discussed. The filter was included in the price of the oil change for which I was charged. On the way home I purchased more oil and an oil filter to try to do it myself. The filter housing came right out. They are con men.

Left parts undone, loose that could cause a reck, & it left my Mercedes-Benz filthy with grease all over the car; inside & out, . Started out as a charge for my a/c...$89.00. Turned n2 "Your control panel is dead & needs 2b replaced for $200.00, used part. $100.00 deposit." Then 'Abe' wanted $50.00, again, to charge my a/c, even though I had already paid $85.00 for the original a/c flush & freon charge, but had not received the freon in my a/c low-presure line because the compressor's clutch would not emgage. It took from 10:30 a.m. until about 12 noon to finally be told that I would have to return tomorrow or Thursday to get the control panel installed.Went to leave & pulled out onto Northwest Highway & immediately heard something dragging underneath the motor. The engine cover on the bottom was hanging loose where they forgot to tighten it back. It was fixed immediately.The high & low pressure caps were forgotten, too. They were found inside the engime compartment.The next day the control panel for the A/C was attached, & then taken off, & the original was put back on because after do-do--do-da-da-da, I'm told it was discovered the A/C compressor needed 2b replaced; $800:00! WHAT?!!! & with a rebult compressor.I advised I would rather go 2 Park Place Mercedes Benz, instead...what I should have done in the first place, instead of trying to save-a-dollar.After I got home I noticed I couldn't open or close the ashtray completely w/out the whole face of the control frame coming loose at the bottom. I took it back immediately & it was immediately fixed. But, my ashtray foldup cover had 5-6 very small dents in it where before there were none. They also broke-off parts of some very frail molding near the ashtray.I was given my $100.00 back & they apologized. I had spent $133.00 total; they charged $19.00 a piece for each wiper blade; the same ones cost $16.00 each at Wal-Mart.These are not bad people, but they lack the correct computer diagnostic machines, and, experience w/European Luxury Automobiles.Try as they did, grease was all over everything, inside & out. I had to clean every inch, inside & out.I would not take any of my vehicles there again for ANY reason; ever.I felt I should have gotten at leasy half of my $85.00 back since all that was done was a poor flush of the a/c system. But no. They refused.It would seem it would be safe to have an oil change or inspection done here, but...STAY AWAY LUXURY CAR OWNERS!!!
