Great service. Great price.Another mechanic quoted me what I thought was a very high price for a brake job. A friend told me to called BN Auto for a quote. They got it in and out in a few hours!

I went to a lot of mechanic s and I had hope for this shop for A honest opinion. I feel like as women. They really take an advantage of us i brought my car to BN from a referral from an associate.My engine sounded like a lawnmower !! l have a jaguar f pace. They told me my engine was knocked and I had to pay ATLEAST 10-12k for a new engine and my cylinders misfired. Engine was knocked and done. I was so discouraged and so sad because that is a lot of money. Long story short I got my spark plugs and coils changed .!! The car stopped the noise and also got my camshaft done. My car was back to normal driving great. and WAYYY cheaper than what they tried and I charge me. Do not trust these people and look elsewhere.

I took my car in to have a GPS device removed recently. They could not remove the device but, they did disable the unit and I haven't encountered any issues. I was told that I wouldn't have any issues and they were right. They have a professional staff and they stuck to the price I was quoted. Thanks guys! I'm a mechanic that manages a company fleet, and I'm very picky about who I take my company vehicles to.B.N. Automotive is easily my favorite in the Garland area though. They're knowledgeable, quick, and priced by the book. It's hard to find a shop of this kind of quality!

I should have written a review for Ben and his team years ago. His place of business is exceptional. They have taken care of my 2000 Ford Mustang for over 10-years. He can figure out what s wrong with my car when others don t have a clue. He s simply the best, very professional and knowledgeable. Thank you Ben for your outstanding customer service and patience. I greatly appreciate you for not taking advantage of me and being very honest.

Took our car in to get it fixed and told them what we needed. They gave us a price and only fixed 1 of the issues and lied about the price. They were very deceitful about pricing. We will not return ever!Service: Auto maintenanceService: Auto maintenance

Take my car B&N Auto for service I was told by Roy who work the front who is shop manager that I had a radiator which busted plus I was gonna need 2 hoses a radiator cap and the thermostat it was gonna cause 1100 dollars to fix I told Roy that was pretty expensive radiator Roy told me if I can find another auto place that can do it cheaper to send him the invoice where he can compare the prices which I did when I picked my vehicle up on Saturday show Roy the difference in the prices Roy had overcharged me 500.00 to $600 more tgan than other shop I have been coming To B&N Auto for years For over 20 years of service as well as refer friends and family to ben because Ben was a honest man he cared about his customers please do not take your vehicle to this place it's a new owner they're ripping customers off by over pricing Labor work Ben stay in business as long time for a reason because he take care of his customers If Ben New that his Reputation is being tarnished buy this new owner he built his reputation on customer service and honesty not ripping his customers off by overpricing Do your research That this shop does for your vehicle because they are ripping customers off by overpricing the work Never ever will come back I drove over 30 miles to bring my vehicle to Ben because I've been a Loyal customer to him for 20 years I could have went any shop anywhere but I chose Ben never ever I would never ever go back to ever again

Been going here for last 10 years or so, felt like leaving this place a review after some annoying interactions with other places. I feel like these guys are honest in fair. One time my entire engine blew up, they informed me the cause was due to a recall item. They called Lexus and had them tow my car and got it fixed for free. They didn't even charge me. I would use this place every time if i could but ive moved to Mckinney, and its hard to get my car down there.

My family has been bringing our cars here for two generations. Ben is an honest mechanic and definitely a car whisperer. I'm giving a two star review because of his son. His son has worked the front desk for as long as I can remember and for as long as I can remember his son has been EXTREMELY rude. I took my car there for the last time today.He ignored me when I walked in even though there was no one else in the office when I was there. I could see his computer screen and he was shopping for concert tickets! After I explained the problems my car was having he was just dismissive and kept turning around to check his shopping on his computer. Every time I've been there this is his attitude! I'm sad to lose a good mechanic but I honestly doubt I could keep my cool with his son one more time.

Charged over 750 I leave with the same problem maybe his father needs to come back he is robbing hard-working people blind please don't use this shop.... As I told you on the phone I'm from arkansas don't lie and say My"boyfriend told you anything Sir I'm married you never called me telling me anything about water in the headlights until I told u it went out in two days no rain no car wash nothing that escalate say KaBrina you had no business doing anything with me can you recall when I picked My vehicle up I clearly asked you why was water in the lens you said it would dry out seriously then stated my vehicle was old I've taken car of my vehicle yes ask anyone who owns s escalate how many times door handles have been replaced you stole my money we have it hard already and you are takin full advice of the horrible situation you will reap what you sowService: Electrical

Ben at BNautomotive is an honest straightshooter. their prices are more than reasonable and they finished in a reasonable time. BMW dealership told me that the oil leak in my car will cost more than the value of my car. Then I take it to Ben&he says $850 will fix the oil leak(2valvecovers&a vacuumpump) he have me options as in what was imperative to fix & what o could wait to fix. I have a 2008 550i with 65k miles on it. They're honest fair and quick.
