I took my 2002 chevy s10 to this place to have a new catalytic installed because I kelp getting only the po420 code. He downgraded my catalytic system from "carb" compliance (2 catalytic converters) to "epa" standard (1 catalytic converter).He turned the check engine light off after he installed it but the light came back on for the same code po420 a day and a half later!Called him back to explain what happened and he said something about Autozone catalytic converters. He immediately hange up the phone when I said I bought it from him! Wouldn't answer the phone after I called him back...Its sad that I bought an inferior catalytic converter from him and paid for the installation and it didn't work and now he won't make good on his warranty.

Hung up on me while I was asking for a quote to replace catalytic converters on my truck. Would never do business with a place like that. Very rude. Guess they do plenty of business and don't have to be polite or need customers.

I had someone hit me from behind a drive off yesterday! I Could hear a noise from the exhaust pipe and he checked it out for me and charged a small fee! I am sooooooo grateful for this man! As a woman, It s rare that people are honest when working on my car so I appreciate him so much for handling what I thought would be a major fix! I was there for about 10 minutes. I will def return for any future muffler work! Service: Exhaust

Went to ask about getting a catalytic converter installed, I had brought with me. Said he had to get it on lift. He said the one I brought wouldn't work but didnt explain why then got mad when I told him I had to get cash for the repair. Then wanted 10 dollars just for looking at it which he didn't mention beforehand. His prices were decent but im pretty sure race had something to do with it.

if i could give -5 stars i would. i called and asked a simple question about catalytic converters. he simply said he does not do that and just hung up in my face. no explanation or help. guy needs to work on his communication skills.

I ve called 3 times every time the guy is extremely rude! He acts as if I m a mechanic and should know what s wrong. I wouldn t be calling if I knew what was wrong! Instead of asking me to bring it in to check it out he suggested the deal ship! Some ppl don t deserve to run a business or need to hire a receptionist because of their attitude

Literally saved my day , 28 years of experience. I hit a hard puddle on my way to work . Muffler was out of place and he professionally placed it back in place.

Nice guy with a great personality, but needs to learn how to communicate with customers, I explained to him what I needed detail by detail but he kept insisting I needed to pay him 10 so he can take a look at it(listen to me), I wanted him to give me the estimate but he kept walking away
