This shop is located in a sketchy neighborhood and is super disorganized and filthy.These people tightened my lug-nuts too tight which caused the wheel locks to fail. They didn't want to take responsibility after my regular tire shop stripped the wheel locks and broke a lug trying to remove the sub-par work done by Azteca Tire Shop.Called the store and they didn't want to help fix anything. Horrible place.

Stay away from this tire shop. They are shady and they are not helpful at. I bought a tire for 150 and I didn t even have it for 3 months and my tire was no good after 3 months. Tires come with at least a 1 year warrenty and they told me I har no warranty on this tire. They are liars and very shady with customers that s come and get tires from them.

Very fast work! While my tire was patched saw them replace another person's tire that was blown out. They were close to end of day but were still very courteous and efficient. Very grateful for them. Rare to find this service on a Sunday evening.

I decided to bring my car for a check up on my tire , they didn t have quite the right size I needed but wanted to sell me a used tire for $90 not bad but I did not want it so they decided to put wheel back and tighten up my lug nuts after I told them I did not want the used tire they started to tight them up hard as they broke 2 already , i had asked them to not tighten up the lug nuts too hard because someone was coming with a spare tire for my car after they closed but when I tried to do it my self not even one lug nut will come off without breaking the stud . They cost me more money to tow my car home since it has only 2 studs left .I don t recommend these people at all !!

I went to get prices for some used tires, and the tires were not what I was looking for, so the gentleman gave me prices for new tires. I wasn't impressed w the prices, but he was totally nice about it all and offered price matching if I found the same tires for a lower price. If I need tires in the future, I'd definitely return. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

THIS PLACE IS A SCAM. AVOID.Had a nail in my tire and they agreed to fix for $20. After they propped my car up and took the tire off, they suddenly changed the price to $40 because there was a "big nail." They saw the nail and inspected the tire before giving me the $20 price. Then they refused to fix my car unless I paid them double. I left my wallet at home and only had $20 on me. Had to call my son to drive all the way out to bring the extra money. The lady at the front is very disrespectful/rude. Refuses to even speak to customer's in a proper manner. She refuses to make eye contact and ignores you. Terrible staff at the front especially the rude lady. Not sure how the owner runs this operation, Unethical place. Avoid at all costs they will scam you out of extra money. Luckily this was just a tire plug and not a bigger job

The 2 young men worked there. We're excellent at what they do immediately started working on the tire. Got it fixed put it back on at me in-and-out and less than 20 minutes.

This place was cool. Went in thinking I was going to buy just some new cheapo regular tires but he offered me payments on some really nice and more up tires. Very affordable and very nice. They were so nice. Shout to Alan!! Recommend to my all my fam and friends!

Love this place. Highly recommended. Dave the tire guy is the man man. Quick fast & in a hurry, this is the spot to pull up. They get it done fast without robbing you of your funds. Great atmosphere with greater hospitality.

Overpriced 2 blocks down can get same tires even better quality at A1 tires. More selection as well as better used.

Great place, with awesome deals on tires. The young Tire Technician- Javier is very knowledgable and hard worker. As soon as you pull up, hes quick to make his way to assist you and works promptly to get it done! It's usually hard to find an honest tire tech, as a woman, that is actually trying to help you get a better deal that's affordable than trying to add on all kinds of extra stuff. Will definitely be recommending and be my go to tire shop!!!

Avoid this place.I went to this tires shop to remove a nail from my tire, the guy removed it and took out the nail and accordingly put a patch on the tire but after two days my tire was losing air. I took it to another tire shop nearby to m the person was, removed it and put a plug. and when he disassembled it, he told me that they only removed the nail and did not patch well.

It says they open at 8, however I waited from 8-830 and nobody ever came, except more customers. ended up going up the block to another tire shop where they took care me as soon as I pulled in and got a great deal. So thanks for not being open & wasting my time first thing. Another car who had waited with me here, ended up going to the same second tire shop around 20 mins later.

Best tire shop in all of Dallas! They are very reasonable and friendly. They make sure you have what you need and give great advice and recommendations. Never pushy on sales and meticulous about their work. Highly recommended.

This tire shop was amazing and I was pleasantly surprised how fast and efficient they were. The prices are amazing and I was in and out within an hour. I got some of their used tires and they were literally basically brand new. 100% recommend this shop!

Had a flat rear tire and a flat spare that i discovered on a Sunday evening at 6pm. All the shops close by were either closed or were closing soon. A quick google search and i found Azteca which was 10 min from the house. Very convenient location and can be spotted easily from the road while driving.We were the inky ones there at 6.15pm and he only charged $5 to fox a flat. We were out in 10 mins and on the road.Thank you Azteca for your prompt service.

This place is scam they take advantage I will stop going to this location. The I bought 2 tires one of them was decent the other was not which noticed when I get home on Thursday I went back there on Monday to show them the small Lil boy calling himself a manager told me in order for him to change it will cost $25 extra. I taught this place was a good place until now. I would not advice anyone to come here they rip you off.

Dealership quality tire technician in a small tire shop!I don't write much reviews, as you can see. However, this little tire shop deserves the attention and a good review. This is my first experience with them, and I'm very please of their work. Usually, when you come into a small tire shop similar to this or even some big dealership service drive, when you want a tire mount and balance, they only give the attention to that particular tire or tires only. Well, this small tire shop went a little beyond that, not something major, but the effort to give that something extra really got my attention.I brought my vehicle in for a right rear tire replacement, mount and balance one tire pretty much. Beto, the tire technician got me in and starting the work. Got my flat tire and the new tire I brought with me and went on and completed the mount and balance of the tire. He then came out, instead of jacking up my car to replace the new tire with my spare, he grab the air gauge and went around to air up all my other 3 tires. Before he unmount my spare, he also air up my spare to specs. Then he completing the job to remount my wheel. Very neatly put back my spare and securing it in the spare tire space in the trunk.I want to share this experience because it's kind of hard to find a small shop that has good and responsible technicians nowadays.I hope this will help everyone who's looking for quality tire services.Beto, thanks again for above and beyond tire service. Keep up the good work. Will definitely be back when I need to service my tires, and will also definitely recommend my friends to come when they need tire service.
