Awesome Auto Body washed and detailed my Yukon yesterday. Wow, absolutely amazing work. My vehicle looked better than the day I bought it. Thank you all so much for a wonderful experience. Dropped by car off at Awesome Auto after meeting Scott. I was surprised with how friendly all the guys are..literally everyone is nice. The repair was quick and my insurance agent also complimented about how great they are after she spoke with them. They returned my rental for me so that I could head back to work and they also detail your car for you before you get it back. Definitely recommend!

Just like all of the reviews have stated and more! My main communication was with Paul who was excellent to work with. The car was repaired at a great price and within the time frame they provided to me. The car was repaired like it never happened. On top of that they cleaned both the inside and the outside of the car prior to picking it up! Just phenomenal work, service, communication and they could not be any friendlier to work with. Thank you Awesome Auto Body for this tremendous experience! I m glad I found you guys!

The nicest people around! Scott and his team did me an absolute solid on my bumper cover and I m forever thankful. I plan on taking my car back for oil changes and any other maintenance/body repairs I need in the future. They did a quality in job in under 10 minutes and saved me literally hundreds of dollars.

10/10 ! I would highly recommend this place to family and friends. Awesome Auto was a fraction of the price of the dealership and other chain-store mechanic shops. Scott was always in communication with me regarding repairs and costs. They definitely gained a lifelong customer.

I was recommended this place by the person who came to pick up my car with the tow truck, and I couldn t be happier. At other auto shops I was being quoted 2 to 3 months for repairs; Awesome Auto Body finished my repairs 3 weeks to the day I took my car in. It looks amazing! My car came back to me polished, clean, and ready to go. They are so friendly, always had updates whenever I called, and have two super friendly dogs hanging out in the lobby. I will recommending Awesome Auto Body to anyone who needs repairs on their vehicle. This is the place to go for fast repairs and kind technicians.

Do not go anywhere else for Auto Body Work. I have had body work done over my lifetime, going on 8 decades. This is the best for workmanship and customer service. Again, when you need body work, plus other services, please go and visit. Harold Thompson, Dallas, Tx.

The 5-star reviews are no joke and well-deserved. I had a word-of-mouth reference from a friend to see Scott and their shop for damages to my lovely Jeep. I love that they are great allies of anyone from any orientation or knowledge level and I always feel welcome and appreciated when I bring my baby (Jeep) in after it gets beat up in various ways.We generally make arrangements for repairs, upgrades, getting the best equipment, and helping me keep the most of my insurance payouts as possible (usually with an upgraded part instead of basic and equally expensive OEM replacements that insurance would suggest and most shops would default to). When I go in with an issue, I trust them for their solutions, work, and repairs to all my body work and planned upgrades.Thanks for providing fast, excellent service and making me feel very comfortable leaving my Jeep with you all for when it needs work. Also, it's always great to have a hearty imbibement while we figure out the paperwork and what needs to be done! Every time I've been in the place is buzzing like a beehive with everyone expressing their work ethic through their urgent movement about the shop.You're my first choice anytime I need stuff done to my Jeep especially when it comes to advocating for me and working through insurance claims.

Dropped my A3 E-Tron off late morning for what I thought was a strut mount/suspension issue. They were able to quickly find and rectify the problem which ended up being a bungee cord that had gotten wrapped in and around my strut. Scott updated me throughout the whole process and I was able to pick my car up later that afternoon. Everyone was very friendly and helpful and the waiting room was super clean and full of amenities. Long story short, my car was hit and had to be towed. The place I originally was sending my car could not take it, so the towing company call me with an alternative which happened to be Awesome Auto. Everytime I mention where my car was taken yielded the most positive reviews from everyone (that Never happens) needless to say they had high standards and expectations to fill or fail. I was not let down at all. By golly the service was excellent. I wish I could write all the things but this post would go on and on and on. Your going to have to find out for yourself and you'll be impressed as well. Then you'll have the same problem I had, trying to write a review (BTW the parking sucks) which Great things to write about and what to let y'all experience for yourself. Live long and prosper!

Best customer service in Dallas! The ownership and staff really makes you feel like a part of the family. Anytime I take my car here, I know I'll be treated honestly and fairly. Would recommend to anyone that needs auto body work done.

My truck isn't fixed yet but my experience here has been terrific! Everyone is so kind and helpful to my son and I when we were in an accident. Also, the tow truck came soooo fast! Definetly recomend them!

Needed my car towed and picked up, and it was not in the most perfect situation nor location.These guys were not only there immediately, but provided stand-up top notch customer service. As we all know finding quality character in the Auto world is far and few between. The experience they gave me and the knowledge they had for the remaining procedures was pristine. This is the best service I have received in the automobile repair world maybe ever. Paul is the owner and is most likely the guy who will answer the phone when you call. My car came back looking better than when I bought it. It seems like they have a lot of business from the short time I spent there, but it felt like I was the only customer they had. I seldom write reviews, but this place was amazing. Very good service and very good work! Thank you.

I was new to Dallas when my car was stolen!! After it was recovered I had no idea where to take my vehicle. I was referred to Scott @ Awesome Auto Body. From day #1 of meeting Scott and his team I knew the right decision was made! Scott and Paul both were very understanding and helped guide me through this process. The service and quality of work is above Awesome! My car was there about 80+ days ( parts and insurance delays ) and the moments I felt frustrated, Scott was very patient and took the time to help me understand the process of all repairs. I was unsure of how my car would look, however I can tell you that when I picked my car up, it looked as if it came off the showroom floor! I am so happy, proud and excited to always share my experience and refer anyone I come across looking for an "Awesome" body shop! I cannot recommend this place enough! You are greeted by the sweetest pups & the nicest people. Paul & Scott plus the rest of the crew never fail to make me feel welcome and in good hands.I went in because I was in need of cosmetic repairs when my car was side-swiped. They made my car look brand new!I am so thankful for this body shop. Being a woman, most places I ve been to have undermined me & tried to have me spend more than I should. Awesome Auto Body welcomed me immediately & settled my fears/anxieties that comes when looking for a body shop. I had a massive about of work done on my pickup at Awesome including a transmission rebuild. Parts availability was an issue but Awesome kept me informed of timetable delays. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and professional. I dropped my car off to have new parts put on and minor repair work done. It took 9 days and $2000 for them to finish. When i received my car i find that my center console is broke(it cost me $300 off Ebay to get another). That night my lower lip broke off i find that they didn't fully paint my bumper before attaching my lower lip (they used rivets to hold it on if you google it you need 3M tape and set screws. I've used super glue as a temp. It holds better than rivets. The headlights they installed were not adjusted. My driver side fender your can see the bad sanding through the paint and the paint is burnt. Days later my inner fender fell out while on the highway(another piece they attached) and my driver side fog light wasn't attached. They were suppose to attach hood pins to my carbon fiber hood to help hold it down. When i brought that up. Paul said it looks better without them but didn't give me any money back for not doing the work and wants $200 to finish painting the bumper. The new shop I'm going to use wants $800 to fix what they did. Plus the cost of the center console I am out another $1100. If you read this find another body shop. The picture is of the lip when it came off and i found they didn't paint the bumper.Before you spend your money come look at my car fenders. I'm not a mile away from there shop. @ Essilor of America on 35 past Valwood.6 months later the paint is chipping.It's going to cost $1,325 to repaint both fenders and the bumper.
