I walked up to the counter, there s a lady counting down a drawer, doesn t acknowledge me or say someone will be with you so I just stand there. There s 2 other employees in the store, one talking to a guy in the back about his truck and the other guy scanning stuff, I m still just standing there.. finally I ask if anyone is gonna help me and she rolls her chair over and checks me out. If you re management at least acknowledge the customer, I don t mind waiting if you re busy, but if I m just left to stand there and wonder it makes you feel like you as a manager don t care about your customers

Paris Ramirez is that guy! He is the most helpful out of all the stores on my side of town. Extremely kind guy who ALWAYS gives good customer service. I ll only deal with him you g forward.

Victor was so helpful! I was pretty sure I had a dead battery, and he quickly helped me with the diagnostic and got me a new battery within minutes. Highly recommend this shop!

Why is this store open with extremely low stock, no tire shine no window cleaner nothing on the shelves, seemed like all the product was on the floor with 1 worker putting items up a african female while 2 male employees were laughing behind counter, asked for a certain product guy responded with whats on the shelves is what we have. Meanwhile 20-30 boxes sat in the isles with 1 female employee stocking, 1 customer in store 2 employees laughing behind counter not working not packing orders or even attempt to assist me,

I ordered parts online and received them damaged, I wad serviced by Jay I didn't have my receipt but she looked up my warranty and swapped out my parts the same day, great service and attitude

This place is just lost autozone another customer! Just bad service and knowledge on how autozone goes about handling transactions such as refunds. Extra charges on my card and no one can tell me how they got there. Just Go to O reilly s.

I called Auto Zone at this location on 10-17-2022 @ 11:55am. I was worried about getting a battery for my vehicle. Gabriel answered the phone. He was extremely nice and very professional. Due to prices going up on everything worldwide-I m on a strict budget. Meaning, I just don t have the money to buy a battery. I called other places but they only quoted expensive prices to me. I wasn t informed that they sale cheaper batteries. But, when I called this location Gabriel gave me assurance and told me the price of a cheaper battery. I was so happy. Thumbs up to Gabriel and continue to give customer satisfactory. 5 stars for Gabriel Sometimes people never know when they re helping someone like Gabriel done for me.

This is the worst AutoZone in the country. I ve been on hold 25 plus minutes with no update 3 times I had to go up to the store just to talk to anyone. These are kids up here that knows nothing about cars. The manager was zero help at all she says I have to give them a year make and model for them to tell me what they have on the shelf right behind them. I do not recommend this AutoZone to my worst enemy. The whole AutoZone needs to be vacated

Doesn't honor advertised promotional pricing. 2 amoral wipes for $12 came up $14 and no one could help. Theres a sign on the outside window. Employees were patronizing and unhelpful. I counted 6 on shift.

The best experience. The manager Melva is so nice, respectful and understanding. I had purchased a battery from them for my Mini Cooper a month ago and turned out the battery didn t work with my car bc it had to be A programmable battery from mini. they returned it in full without hesitation.

These kids were useless. They couldn t tell me what I needed. One of the guys was cuddling up with one of the girls, trying to be smooth. When someone told him to help me, he said he was busy. Perezosos!!

Came in today looking for a simple headlight bulb, I found what I needed quickly by the help of one the employees who also recomendable the best viable/affordable option. I will return back to this location in the future. Great service.

Love my Auto Zone in Arlington and San Antonio, but this location was terrible. The Manager (glasses and a mustache) was not at all helpful, we explained we just purchased a new used car and needed new windshield wipers. We tried to figure out how to get the old one off so we would know what size and type, but couldn't seem to get it. We asked the Mgr. if he could please assist in picking new ones, his customer service could only point to wiper location in store then replied its probably size 18 to 24 still pointing. We really didn't know what to purchase. A customer helped us, then at register my daughter gave her phone #, mgr asked rewards card? I said yes gave my phone # asked him to put this under my # then told him I have a $20 dollar reward and wanted to use it. He acted as if I was trying to rip him off. He wouldn't let me use my phone # to pull up rewards, and she had to use her# BUT I WAS BUYING!In store line starting to form, mgr. acting like he's so confused, and daughter tired so I paid and we left. Never go there its horrible

Battery is going out so decided to drive and hoped to have gotten assisted to change a battery. Came in an hour before close to a very empty store, and was told due to short staff although 3 people I saw there NOT wearing a mask I could not be helped with that. I ve been to auto zones where there s 2 people and still have gotten assisted and always usually leave happy. The manager at this time stood by and said nothing walked away to a dead car.

On Wednesday afternoon I went to autozone because my car wasn t working turns out it was the battery , Andres tried to sell me a brand new one but I indeed had no money , Andres seen how stressed out I was and his five star customer service led to him letting me borrow his car and giving me money since I didn t have any , he let me use his car and he had to walk home , he went the extra mile to make sure customer satisfaction was reached

One of the youngest guys there was super helpful and so nice and respectful. So was another older man. I don t know if he was the owner or manager but he was also so nice and helpful! THANK YOU

I was not impressed by this staff at all. The manager even told me that he had never worked on a car in his life, he just works there. They were not willing to look at my car and let me know what was going on with it. I didn't ask them to fix it, i just needed to know what to do. Once the girl told me it was my serpentine belt, she couldn't even diagnose the right part. Like really? I will never visit this store again!
