Called to speak to manger about my job application. Person who answered the phone sounded asleep with a dry hello. Then just left me on hold. Finally a person gets on and tells me to call another store because they don t have a hiring manager or something.

Horrible customer service came in two times to this location today and both times wasn't helped and given attitude by two separate employees on two different shifts. First employee refused to call Buckner location for me to confirm they had a part in stock. The excuse given was it would take to long to call. Second employee was in afternoon and had a attitude from the moment I spoke to him was making me jump through hoops to check on a warranty that the mesquite location said was still good. Kept saying it wasn't popping up only after I provided the receipt did he pull it up then after telling me part was returned I same day it was purchased I then asked if he could pull it for me and while speaking with someone on the phone he told me I NEEDED to watch my mouth because a kid was there. Had he not had a attitude from the moment I walked in there wouldn't have been a issue.

There is a young slender Black American guy, who went over and beyond, to assist me with a hose, that erupted (May 15, 2023).He is currently, an assistant manager, but I highly recommend, he gets his own store to manage, if his life allows.He demonstrated, professionalism, persistence and hard work. He spent a sum of 2 hours, assisting me. That translates to consumer loyalty. He deserves a raise. I remembered his name. Jeremy!

I went into the store thinking I could get a battery test for my vehicle. NOT the lady that was suppose "help" said yes they do that service but since only 2 people were working she wouldn't help me because they had a line. ONLY 3 gentleman were behind me. Didn't even offer to say but you're more than welcome to wait once we are finished and then we can assist you. Just brushed me off to deal with my own issue. Will not be returning to this store!

Credit card machines wouldn't even work. Parking lot was dark. Lights all over the place, but none were on. Luckily, i realized if I just order off Amazon, i could get the same part at over 75% savings.

AMY IS ONE OF THE BRIGHTEST PERSONALITYS SHE WAS SUPER HELPFUL AND VERY KIND, EVERYTHING I INQUIRED ABOUT SHE HAD THE CORRECT ANSWER TO. I TRULY APPRECIATED HER AND HER PATIENTS I WILL DEFINITELY COME BACK AND WOULD RECOMMEND THIS STORE OUT OF ALL THE AUTOZONES IVE BEEN TO BECAUSE OF HER!

I went on Monday 4/18/22 to buy a crome tip for my truck. It didn t fit, so I did the most logical thing to do is to go to AutoZone and exchange for a bigger size. I walked in wasn t even in the store for 20 seconds went and got the bigger exhaust tip. I walk up to the cashier and the cashier says well you gotta let us know that you re exchanging the item and I cant exchange it for you I have to charge you for this new exhaust tip after the fact that I show them the receipt on my phone with the same barcode of the existing exhaust tip that I purchased on Monday. He refused and was very very rude. Well I guess my to go place for auto parts now is O Reillys

Called them to find out the price of something in the store it was told it was 499. When we got to the store it was 5499. We Clarified the price over the phone twice. My husband even asked if it was 4.99 and they said yes

I'm glad that this location had the part after going to another location that didn't have it but they were nice to check with this location to be sure they have it.I just didn't like waiting in a long line for nearly an hour...

Double check the counter help , this store is not good for dyi projects like replacing batteries , sold me the wrong battery . had it towed to a shop to learn that it was wrong battery. Ended up costing me double $$$$$......BEWARE ask questions....

I went in on New Year s Day to replace a alternator, and a battery they where every helpful I highly recommend them over all others in the area
