I went into AutoZone to have my battery tested only to have the clerk tell me that their battery tester was not working because someone forgot to charge it the night before. Then i asked them if I could just buy a battery because I didn't want to get stranded because I knew my battery was low... Ask them if I can borrow a tool to take the battery out... They said they didn't have tools.. if that wasn't bad enough I sarcastically said thanks for your help... Then they said we'll go over to O'Reilly's across the street maybe they can help you...I was appalled!

Great employees!! They were so helpful and went the extra mile, the employees helped us change our windshield wipers in the rain! Can t express the gratitude! Big shout out to the young lady and man working 10/27 at night.

Although the area may be a little rough, the two gentlemen that took care of me were very good. I came in to get a specific tool but it was not available. So I got a different one. When I got to the worksite, I could immediately see that it will not work. So I went back and returned it. The return was not a hassle and it was quick and easy. Thank you for your smiles and good nature

Ome of the only place i buy parts. good place and customers seem to come back. the customer attention for what they need is on point. usually full but most of the time worth it.

Worse AutoZone ever.. waited on like over 20 mins just to keep to the counter and worker gives me a smart attitude because her lack of knowledge... Asked for a simple air line for air shocks and she had no clue what I was talking about... Got smart with me and walked off. Then came back by counter where I'm still standing, waiting mumbled something smart and walked right past me....

Kay was the friendly, respectful voice on the phone prior to me coming in the store. She continued in professional service once I arrived and made sure that I had everything I needed for my new battery. She also didnt get intimidated at the crowd that walked in at once and was able to maintain in being humble and enthused to be at work. Jose, Staucy and All staff were happy to help and seemed happy to be at work. If I could give 10 out of 10 I would. I wish more companies had employees happy to serve and happy to be at work like the employees at this store location.

Very bad service when one recycling oil. I came to recycle my used oil and I was the second customer in line when there was my turn, short after explaining the purpose of my visit the an clerk told me that I can not go back to dump the oil by myself like one normally do at other locations and I have to wait. he continued to attend the customers that came after I did. very rude and very poor leadership attitude. I am a customer too and deserve to be treated as such. I do not recommend this location not even to an enemy.

I have never had a problem with any of the employees at AutoZone they are always so friendly and ready to help as long as you don't call. When you call they're busy helping customers so you may feel a little neglected but if you're patient they will be glad to help you too.I don't get parts anywhere else!

I love Autozone and this is actually my personal store. The staff here is very friendly and helpful. They make you feel right at home like you're with your family. Very knowledgeable on parts also. Overall I give them a 10/10!!!

This is the closest most conveinant store to my house, it's a pretty high traffic area, and they pretty much always have what you need! The employees are very friendly and well mannered, which is great! Love me some good customer service!

Outstanding customer service and staff very knowledgeable. The air pressure was low in my bicycle tires. And I swooped in to ask for assistance. They were extremely helpful as got my tiers aired up at no cost. Of course, this would not be the case at the local 7-Eleven or Exxon gas station. These small services are extremely appreciated and influences whether I decide to be a future patron in comparison to their competitors.

Went there today because I needed a power steering pump and pulled for my jeep liberty. The guy that helped me gave me the options said that they had them on the Buckner and lake June location, he went ahead and charged me for them because he said that that way they'd just be waiting for me on the counter and I accepted this because I was in a hurry. Once I get to the other location the guy I asked about my parts looks confused and asks me if they called and confirmed that they had the parts. I told him I didn't notice them calling anywhere they just assured me that they would be there. One of the other employees at the Buckner and lake June location looks our way and says that not the first time they do that today. They both go looking for the parts I already payed for and they do not have them. They apologize and tell me I have to go back to the lake June and masters location so I can get my money back. Went back to get my money back and they were more worried about finding out which one of them did this because they were aware it wasn't the first time of the day. Anyways went to Orileys right afterwards

Fast service. Guy was very friendly and knew the answers to my questions. He rang us up quick, and was kind enough to offer further assistance if needed. Employees like this is why I stay loyal to auto zone.

Had a bad experience they don't honor the debit. can you pay with debit card you got to wait three business days to get your money back in a time like today, when income is short you have to wait 3 business days wow AutoZone just wow

Busy, busy store. But good and helpful workers. One employee (Brad) helped get me what I needed and advise exactly on the replacement part to order for my old Jag. He is extremely knowledgeable when it comes to car issues. Wouldn t go anywhere else.

I went in with a list of parts I needed from NTB changing my oil & I told the guy( a older Hispanic man very sweet ) I wanted to fix the most important thing 1st & he was sooooo helpful explaining things about the parts & he took his time with me & I apologized for holding up the line & he talked nicely & said no problem THANK YOU.........

Manager Luis was awesome...I ordered a cabin filter which I could not receive because the vendor had issues...but anyway the manager was so calm and collected he handled the situation and gave me a huge discount on a better cabin filter...point is I walked away a happy customer....
