Went in for a new battery. Great customer service. Gabriel assisted me with my purchase. He even installed the new battery for me. Unlike 2 other Auto Zone stores. This one beats them all. Very clean as well as stocked. I will use this store before going to any others!Awesome service and customer service!!

Store owner Roddy (or Ronnie?) spent like 15 minutes trying to get the corroded terminal of my battery off my clamp and like an absolute beast he finally got it off. Man's a life saver and was a pleasure to meet, 5/5 customer service

I love AutoZone but I'm disappointedI think they start to higher the wrong ones this employee is african-American boy his name is (JAMaLE) was very rude and disrespectful, I asked him for help 4 times and he say l'm busy he was just eating chips on the corner at work!! He was not even busy for 20 minutes hiding i was waiting on him to help me then on the line he scream at me, i was shocked the way how this boy treat customers !!! He even smells so bad disgusting! Everyone was unhappy and they left the shop for his behaviorThis is not professional from a big business like AutoZone !!!

I often visit Auto Zone every now and then, Every staff at 8180 Spring Valley Rd, Dallas Texas has been exceptionally helpful going the extra mile whenever I need assistance with my vehicle.I honestly appreciate every team member here, you all Rock.

Nov. 8 I ran into an issue with my battery, Luis (really friendly and knows his job extremely well) not only gave a quality service and also help me out with the installation. I was in and out of the store not even 15 mins and back on the road again. Great store and great employees

Love this Auto Zone, Rusty and Raymond were great! They were quick, helpful and polite. Rusty was extremely knowledgeable and had a great attitude and was very professional.

A very friendly service guy at the Spring Valley Richardson store (Ronnie?) helped me find the brake light I needed and then replaced it for me right there in the parking lot. What would have taken me an hour he fixed in under 3 minutes. Outstanding customer service!

Yesterday I went here with a bad battery. At first a Latino dude was helping me out but the other guy who was a tall black man was struggling to help another customer out with something, so after Latino dude found out my battery was bad the black dude went out to install my new battery. During the installation my suspicion is that he knocked out one of the radiator hoses. Prior to this my car was not overheating and could produce heat via the ac. Immediately after my battery installation it was overheating in a very short period of time, considering I had driven almost and hour in heavy traffic prior to my battery dying It is very improbable that my radiator hose was dislodged prior to my visit to this AutoZone. They offered to fix it but I didn't have any cash and my mom was in the hospital so I just left. Either way the most logical series of events is the tall black dude messed up my car and pretended it was already broken. The other employees were kind and seemed more knowledgeable, but I wont be risking it going here again for any other reason.

My order was placed for 3 parts the night before, the order was not ready and the gentleman that assisted me might have been new. Although it did take a while, I did get any questions I had answered and my parts were perfect.

The assistant manager here told me my battery was good. He lied as I went to get another opinion from another autozone and they told me it s really bad. Like I knew. And the guy try to sell me a whole new battery when I had a warranty. This place has shady managers .BEWARE!!!

I'd like to say thank you again for all the help we received from Rusty at this location. We came in pretty late on a really hot day with battery trouble. Rusty immediately just took a look, determined we had a bad battery, and changed it out. The battery wasn't just bad, it was smoking, leaking, and had expanded on all 4 sides. The battery itself was crazy hot and our Renegade is a bit more work to change out the battery than most vehicles but he went above and beyond to make sure we got back on the road safely and quickly. Thank u again, Rusty!

Mr Beasley was outstanding in his customer service and his assistance with replacing my battery! My battery is one of the not so easy ones to replace but Mr. Beasley was determined and clever and was able to get my old battery off and new one in, in about 15min! I m so grateful and he was definitely a life saver since I had my 3 kiddos with me!If you are in the area and need help ask for Mr Beasley, he is the best!

Went in to buy a headlight just before close and the guys at the front were more than happy to change the headlight for me so I wouldn t get pulled over, even though they were almost closed! Donovan did a great job!

Excellent customer service. Super clean store, knowledgeable staff.Tammy Sanchez is an amazing associate. She helped me with all my questions (which were a lot), and for 1 question she didn't know the answer to, she was able to get her team members and the manager on board to help me find the perfect thing for my car windshield. A second item they didn't have, but they had no issue recommending me another store that did have the item. They didn't sell me random junk to make a sale, they actually cared about helping a customer. Will definitely visit again when I'm in the area.

We live in west texas and my young adult daughter was traveling in the area when she started having car trouble. Rusty went out of his way to help her and make her feel comfortable. He installed her new battery without issue, checked her alternator and she was back on the road very quickly. I appreciate that kind of great customer service.

I can t thank Rusty and Kevin enough! I was down on my luck with battery issues during and after a thunderstorm. After countless calls and store visits, I stopped by AutoZone to see these guys. They assured that I d be taken care of. They fixed the errors of a previous store, explained the process step-by-step, and installed another battery. These guys were the silver lining of a very stressful day! Thank you again!
