Went to see why my check engine light was on and they guy hook the code reader up and didn't crank my car saying there's nothing wrong with my car. Went to O'Reilly and they told me cinder 2 misfire. So that's why I gave autozone 1 star. Had a inexperienced person not knowing what he was doing. This the Ledbetter store.

The place is cool and clean. Staff are helpful and do their best to answer your questions. It helps a lot when you give them acurate info about your car issue. The outside perimeter though is another story. It's overrun by beggars hitting you for money/change. There's litter all over the parking space. Drunk or otherwise stoned people just laying down by the entrance.

Customer service was good. I got the product I needed. I only needed one, but I had to get a multiple pack. They were out of just a single package.

Auto zone is always good for me and people who are, working on there cars old cars or new tires and, oil change a place to shop for everything under the Sun enjoy your day as well thanks for asking

Great Customer Service but a lot of people hanging around outside the location so if your unfamiliar with this neighborhood, then you might feel a bit uneasy, perhaps a bit nervous and maybe a little uncomfortable in that environment. It differs a bit more than what you find in most Autozones in Dallas, that's just my personal opinion.

Doesn't pay attention to wat they're doing. I paid for and delivery but she put it down as a pick up. And why write my # down wen you suppose to update It in the computer. Very unprofessional doesn't care about anybody time but theirs. Manager wasn't any better

I dropped off my battery and came back literally two hours later and they did not charge it and the store closed earlier than time on website said.

They answered every time I called and got me the assistance I needed in a timely matter they went above to even give me options on the things that I had asked for even though they were busy instore as well

Surrounding are not very clean. I think if you own a place you should keep the surrounding clean as possible. Lot of unsavory characters say least in the parking lot. Security there not sure what for because not securing much more than the parking spaces. Keep your receipt because they are not very helpful if you have to exchange are return anything. Staff generally friendly helpful quick service unless they are not short staffed which has been case at most of my visits. So expect a wait.

Customer service was rude. The sales clerk over talked me. The items I previously purchase was not in the system anymore. Which I don't believe cause he found my name thru my phone number. I tried to tell him I need the same items I purchase before cause I didn't know the size of the motor.... It's in the system. He said when the warranty expire it's not in the system.... Why my name in number in the system. It don't make sense....

So yeah I went to the AutoZone located @ Sunnyvale & Ledbetter. Most people think it being in the hood it would be probably unprofessional or even ghetto, but not this location. Very professional the co workers lol and there is an Security Officer who is also polite and courteous. Items cheaper, very clean, and they go above and beyond in assisting there customers. So actually Stars to you all you deserve it!!!

The location isn t the best, but service was great, and the store was very clean. They were unable to change my tail light (due to it being installed wrong), but they spent 10+ minutes trying, regardless. Very friendly, and I would come back for future needs!

The service inside is great I've had great experiences every time I go there the staff is very helpful. The only thing to watch out for is people in the parking lot very shady. seems like a lot of bad people hang out there. just watch your back when you're getting in and out of your car.

This is one of the worst one to go to. They hate looking for items that they stocked wrong. Never try to make a return. Once tried and was told they weren't able to do returns. Today while I was there heard them tell a guy he could only returns parts at the store he brought them from..... save yourself some time and go to the Lancaster and sanor store. Their more professional and helpful.
