Juan Garcia, Jr. saved the day at the AutoZone on Columbia! Juan helped me understand my problem, He sold me my lost antifreeze cap and 15 quarts of antifreeze that I desparetly needed and then he did all the work refusing any tip. Juan has a winning smile and attitude with a kindness that gives me faith in humanity. AutoZone is fortunate to have such a wonderful young man assisting the AutoZone customers. Jaime or Jesse F. Literally argued with me when I asked his advice on what parts to get for my thermostat and thermostat sensor. He got frustrated, refused to help me and started helping the other people in the store. I am at a loss, I ve never had someone refused to help me, and it s not all the other people in my entire life. Definitely go to the AutoZone on Ross. Unfortunately, they didn t have the parts so I had to come over here, I will not be coming back.

Jesse was super helpful in finding me a replacement car battery and got me taken care of really quickly! I had called other stores around the area who weren t much help and Jesse went above and beyond to help me!

Received a free diagnostic reading of the trouble codes that a shop charged me 160 for. Same exact thing! In fact Auto Zone had one more possible problem listed than the shop! Thank you Auto Zone!

Awesome staff!!! Had to get rid of a few paint scratches on my car. I already spent some money on a few scratch removal kits. They were little to no help at all. I was regretting going back to the store and spending more money on something that might not work. Thank god I came to this Autozone Leo h. automatically knew what to give me to get rid of the scratches. He was really informative and knew all the products like the back of his hand. Will be definitely coming back if I need anything else.

Two weeks ago I got a brand new battery here and then my car didn t start today. I took the battery into this Autozone, where I had purchased it, and they had given me a faulty battery that was brand new and should have been working. It s rare that something like this happens, but it s possible. This looks like it was a manufacturing issue by the battery company. Autozone employee Jody was very kind and cleaned the inside of my battery connections while also installing the new one, and tightening everything up. Great service by this Autozone and they went out of the way to do everything they could to make this customer happy.

I was driving through Dallas with my sister traveling when my car overheated and I ended up at Autozone on Columbia. A gentleman named Carlos ended up helping me. I was so scared and worried because I needed to get to Houston for a Dr appt the next morning! Carlos quickly came out to look at my car to see what was going on! I purchased some coolant and Carlos put it in for me. I was in tears about what I needed to do next! Carlos directed me to a couple different shops and I ended up going to one that promptly fixed my car and I got on the road again!Carlos was so caring and helpful to me. You don t find many people like him! Thank you to Autozone for having such a nice and awesome employee and thank you to Carlos for being sokind!!

Had to come in when my battery died on me. Jose drank a test on my car which told him I had a bad battery. He was able to get me a new one and instal it for me and even give me tips on how to get some corrosion off the connectors once I got home. Took all of 20 minutes and now I know I won t have any car issues which is great because right now I need my car for work. Great experience and shout out to Jose!

Had to stop in for some wipers and Jose and Matt hooked me up! They were quick and very friendly! And saved me the headache of trying to figure it out myself.Really nice shop.

Be warned! If you go in store and purchase items from the weekly specials flier that's usually in store at front door, you are ONLY allowed to purchase ONE of the listed items. Be it assortment of special items,or multiple items of same special. I went in to buy a bunch of items, decided that since I needed them why not get the ones from sales sheet and save money to boot. WRONG! I was only allowed 1-2 of the sales sheet specials. I guess I couldve said no and walked out,but being conscious of others having to restock my mistakes and the fact that there was MANY,MANY people in line behind me. I confirmed with management and was enlightened that day to a tune of 30 bucks I over bought,not really needing that amount,type,or extra item needed to purchase in order to get said discount. Not to mention the hour it took making sure the items were EXACTLY as displayed in sales ad. Thankyou-CHRIS(DALLAS,TEXAS 75214)

Had a great experience at this location. Originally went to the one off Ross but they didn t have any batteries. Came to the Colombia location and Juan and Jose helped me out. Juan installed my battery in the freezing cold!! I m very impressed.

Never had a Auto zoon like this before it s so disrespectful there only worker and they don t help you at all. You have to find everything yourself. bad experience

4920 Ross Avenue Dallas Texas 75204 Some of The workers at this location don't know where the products are located inside their store or Deliberately, Misleading people... Another personnel so a lady that they did not sell hubcaps and I know this is not true...Also they have problems you have to actually go to another store location and they will pull it right up with no problem...I give them two and a half Stars this is also reflected upon their training and leadership !

BEWARE. This location has employees that have not been trained correctly and lack basic car knowledge. I recently went in for a question regarding a new battery. After letting an employee convince me to buy a new battery, I made the stupid decision to also let him install it. Bad decision/my fault for me not checking and confirming that he knew what he was doing this man didn t even hook up my battery correctly. The wires weren t connected, and a week later I m back at a car dealership because he hooked it up incorrectly. Save your money & time, and go to another auto mechanic. RESEARCH BEFORE YOU LET THESE GUYS TOUCH YOUR CAR!!!!

This is for business practices.Ordered online yesterday (1:16pm), based on website stating all 3 items were in-stock. (I live about equal distance from 3-4 locations.)This morning (7:38am), email says items ready for pickup. I arrive between 330-345pm today (1d2h from placing order), and:1.) No separate line for pickup items. Lost 10 minutes there. Yay!2.) Order wasn't filled. Gentleman had to go find the items himself. Email system auto-generated???3.) Because of #2, they were out of the AutoZone 0 Degree Windshield Washer Fluid. As of this writing it is sleeting outside. Neat!I should note, that they were busy, had several crates of unpacked stock, and seemed understaffed. But, they refunded my money and we're kind about it.The funny thing is, i attempted to get these items at a nearby competitor, LAST week, but they were out of stock (lame website also.)Perhaps an audit will reveal gaps in the fulfillment and logistics process, otherwise, I'd suggest calling first and having them set aside your items, instead of wasting 20 minutes, as i did going through the online order-pickup process in-person.Maybe I'm used to picking up food, instead of auto parts!

Had a employee named Juan who helped me with my truck. Helpful, friendly, and also funny. I would definitely recommend both this store and employee if your vehicle isn't starting property and having a bad day.

The guy working the last morning I was in the Store went out of his way to help me out. I started in 3 places before pulling into AutoZone and was told no, or a price farfetched, or they didn't have the time... I have a broke wrist with a case on my dominate side. I had a flat. I could loosen 2 of the 5 lugs. All I needed was help loosening those nuts. I had the 4 way and still could get NO HELP! .... BUT THE AUTOZONE EMPLOYEE JUMPED RIGHT IN TRYING TO HELP ME KNOWING THAT I WAS MORE THAN LIKELY NOT SPENDING ANY MONEY AT THAT STORE! He put his back in it, got a cheater bar to assist. He was able to bust the luggs loose in just a very few minutes. On my way out the door he told me to have a great day when he just made mine. Great store great people...

I came to this place to request a lube for my A/C pump but Gaby say she doesn't know what isthat, and she told me to go and look my self on the shelves. Great Costumer services. I be back.... never....
