Margie is INCREDIBLE! She went above and beyond to help me out with my alternator that was about to go out. I don t know anything about cars aside from driving them, and she explained everything in an easy way for me to understand. She also referred me to her mobile mechanic who was able to switch out the alternator for a great price at record timing. Aside from her helping me, I can tell she s an amazing manager. There were two young gentleman who were training and she was doing a wonderful job guiding them when they needed help. I noticed Jose spoke Spanish, and helped all the Spanish speakers. He and the other young gentleman working (I forgot his name but he had earrings and a bandaid on his ear) were doing so well. Very courteous and helpful. Definitely recommend anyone to visit this location. You won t be disappointed! Thank you Margie!!

I'm very pleased with my visit. Employees were great and very helpful. Due to my own vehicle incompetence, one of the workers helped me put in/on my purchases. He was efficient, helpful, happy to answer my questions.

I will never go to the O'Reilly store down the road from here again. This was a far better experience. Mike was fantastic!! He was extremely helpful and insightful with the best ways to resolve our issue. He went beyond the call of duty to make sure that we were taken care of. Mike will go a long way in life with this work ethic!!

Do not buy battery here.They took my battery for charging and never give us back. They took my battery and after returning the new battery in 6 hours as it didn t fit, they are not returning my old battery. Manager Margie is full of shi*. They say the tradein battery can not be returned, even if the merchandise is returned. This is all trash talking, they are robbers.

The staff was friendly and helpful enough, but they didn't tell me I needed a special tool, even though I told the guy my mechanic died and I knew nothing about cars. I also got no help like I have on previous occasions .

Autozone went way above and beyond to help me today! I believe the lady who came to help me was Ramona. It was freezing cold weather and when I tried to leave for work my car would not start. My battery was dead. I Iive alone and did not have jumper cables or anyone to help me. I called Autozone at Plano and Walnut Hill. I live just down the street and asked if they could possibly come to my house and jump my car and they did! I went to Auto Zone and they installed a new battery!! They really saved me! Thank you so much!!!!!

Fantastic customer service. Margie helped us get our car started after putting a new battery in didn t solve the issue. We even bought a part we didn t need and she returned it and put the money towards the correct part and refunded the rest. She also helped us install the new part and made sure we had water during the heat. In a world where customer service has gone downhill, I highly recommend this AutoZone and specifically Margie.

Ramana was AMAZING! She exceeded my expectations going above and beyond to help me locate a part I ve been trying to get for months! She is super personable and customer centric making this experience just a little less stressful than it s been. Not to mention I left my belongings at the store on accident and she gave me a call promptly to let me know! Super appreciative. I hope all my customer service experiences mirror this in the future!

No review you read will ever do this location justice because ,they are absolutely AMAZING!! I called to make sure they had the battery I needed, while I was also waiting on a jump, and they sent an employee to me to give me a jump! They go above and beyond and undeniably make you feel like your business is appreciated. Thank you to all of the employees there for being the textbook definition and living proof of customer service!

I just want to say i went into this store it was late and my car was overheating and my taillight was out and they have a gentleman named Lance he was so amazing he changed my taillight and checked to see why my car was overheating!! Nice to have friendly and helpful people a great store to go to!!!

I am not being dramatic when I tell you that auto parts stores are one of my top three least favorite places on earth - that is until today s trip to this AutoZone. This location has the happiest, friendliest, and most helpful employees ever! My husband s car battery died and they not only helped us test it, but also selected the correct one AND installed it for us - all in less than 20 minutes. (Lance was particularly wonderful!!) If you want to minimize the stress of any car concerns - go here! We will definitely be back!

Staff here were great! They were very friendly, honest, and helpful with assisting me with getting my car battery replaced! I would definitely come back to this store! I really appreciate Lajarius (hopefully I spelled his name correctly) Caldwell for his awesome customer service, humor, and patience. You were definitely a joy to work with! HIGHLY RECOMMEND after some IDIOTS at Take 5 botched my oil change, I had to get new spark plugs the store manager, I think her name was Margie, HELPED BIG TIME I m new in town & I don t know nothing about what goes on under the hood but she referred me the best spark plug brand, educated me on what would happened if I didn t replace them soon AND she referred me a guy who was able to come change them the next day for super cheap

Margie, the manager of Garland location, is spectacular at her job. I came to her with the issue of my battery being obsolete and I wanted to purchase a portable car charger for 35.99. Instead, Margie was able to get me a used battery just for under $50 bucks and I also get installation. Margie and your team I just wanna say thank you....you guys are true blessing!

Kenneth and Margie are on-point! Kenneth came out to my vehicle to verify the make and model before I purchased wipers, and then Margie and Kenneth came out to my car and changed the blades on the spot. The team sent me home with complimentary wiper fluid as well send some mile-high raises to that East Dallas crew! Appreciate y all.

Very friendly and helpful workers. Came in and was taken care of right away. Went to check if my starter was good and not only did they check it fast but also helped me figure out the issue with my car. Really good service.

This was the best experience, and the staff, specifically Ms Garcia, was incredibly helpful. I will do business here again, no doubt! Ms Garcia helped troubleshoot my daughter's battery problem, and was the most helpful, courteous staff ever! Thanks again.

My battery was dead and needed replacing. I was sent here from the Park ln store and received a battery and install from Romana, who shared her love of her job and went above and beyond in my install and customer service. I explained my car issues I have had and she ran schematics on the car and asked 2 other employees ..one which she went inside the store to find to provide specialized info...Freddie. I cannot tell you how informative and engaging these helpful employees were....going above and beyond to make sure they could direct me where to go and what to do. 12 mechanics, 2 dealerships, 4 car repair places in 2 different states....but it was these employees at Autozone who had the answers. Thank you!

Margie, is an outstanding human. Margie helped me find the problem, fixed the issue, installed new battery, advised on other areas of concerns that were visible to the motor. I feel like this place is the chick-fil-a's of auto services. Truly, all of this while educating my 2 sons about the motor and all of their questions... she even asked them all about their day at school. MARGIE IS THE BEST! Give her a raise and don't let her go. The kindest!Remona, was so kind and helpful during payment. I appreciate both of them and how they took great care of us.

Went in to get a relay and some fluids today. The nice lady with glasses and tattoos helped me find the best options for everything I needed . She helped me read a check engine code and reset the light. She even put the fuel additive in my gas tank for me while the scanner read code! Thank you DM for your help
