DO NOT BUY PARTS FROM THIS STORE! they are so unorganized and it will get lost or they will just tell you your order doesn't exist.I ordered a part while in store and when i went to pick it up a week or two later, they said they didn't have it and couldn't even find any record of my order even though i got charged and was providing the order number, the part number, my email and phone number. (and yes, i was at the correct store, which they tried blaming the situation on multiple times) i then tried to speak to customer service to prove my purchase and they said they couldn't help me and i would just have to do a claim through my bank. i then tried speaking to the manager who still claimed my order was non existent. it took them a whole day later just to FIND my order online and that was just thanks to the DISTRICT MANAGER. (it should not take that many people to find an order!) the district manager then ordered me a new one free of charge for the inconvenience and told me it would be ready to pick up first thing next Monday morning. I went there that morning and surprise surprise, they still didn't have it! they said the package was delayed in delivery and that it would be delivered "by the end of the business day". i get a call that night saying the package had arrived so i drove all the way back and it took another 10 minutes in store JUST for them to find it and hand it over. AND the employees were just on their phones the whole time they were "trying to help".

Alex at this location has the be one of the best managers I have ever seen. His energy and devotion to helping customers is what hope to encounter whenever go to any store. The entire staff seemed eager to help and got customers in and out efficiently.I was on the road visiting family and had the dreaded "check charging system" light come on. They helped us diagnose the problem and determined we needed an alternator.This AutoZone had just what we needed at a great price. They even helped us get the alternator installed and back on the road in no time at all.I think we got to the store at 11am. We had the part we needed and it was purchased and installed by 1:30. We couldn't believe it. The guys and gals at this store made it happen. We couldn't be more thankful being closed this store and for the service we recieved.I highly recommend this store. If I lived in the area, I would even go out of my way to get to this location.

I was here 2 hours ago and this guy told me he will charge me $25 cash just to help me install a new battery I was super mad cause he insisted I go to the gas station and get cash for him to put a new battery for me. Never again going to this store!!!!

Will never return to this autozone again. I Went in on a Tuesday afternoon. So, I'm standing in line with 3 items in hand ready to purchase. I seen 3 people who works there. 1 was helping a customer, the other 2 was talking to each other. 1 guy helped the guy in front of me, only took a few minutes, the customer left, so now I'm next... at least I thought. He went back to talking to the other worker lady and didn't assist me. I waited and waited, there was no one behind me, I'm the only customer waiting to be helped at this point. They seen me standing there but they kept having their conversation, normally I would politely ask for help but the simple fact they seen me there and didn't say not one word to me, I decided to put all items back, I even had enough time to put them where they belong, no one still said a word, then I walked out the store. I ended up going to O'Reillys instead and purchased same items. I took a photo of door to remember this place.

Worst customer service from a chubby black male ! (Didn t get his name) Went in asking to get my battery tested and he said it was TOO MUCH work !!! He was even NODING OFF while at work. He should be fired and I will be calling corporate !

This was a small Autozone compared to all the others I've been in, and I've been in quite a few because I work on my own cars. I needed 3 different parts and they were not specialized but they did not carry 2 of them. I was just quite surprised at the size of this one.Nevertheless, the staff was very friendly and willing to help in my plight. The restroom was OK, it wasn't gross but it was maintained.

Mark Z. at this location is amazing!!! Best customer service I ve received in a long time. Went there because my car battery kept dying. He tested the battery, called the battery company for me, and found out it was still under warranty. He gave me a location where I could get the battery replaced under the warranty and then jumped my car to send me on my way. He did all of this in under 10 minutes and was so kind the entire time, not trying to make any money, just giving great service. Thanks Mark!!

I'm not exactly an expert of cars so I'm really happy that places like AutoZone exist. The person that helped me was Rob, I asked about why my air conditioning wasn't working well anymore. It takes about 15-20 minutes for the air from the AC to get to room temperature. He suggested that I give the AC a refresher and showed me some spray cans that would make the AC cooler. Rob even helped me out by showing me how to exactly use the AC spray outside. It worked almost immediately, my care was nice and cool again and that's definitely what I needed, especially since it's so hot and humid outside right now. Great experience.

Parts manager is rude to all customers. Employees walk around acting like it's not their job. Paid for a part an won't be back to pick it up... my loss for goin into a shotty place.

It gets 1 star because it will not allow for 0 stars! The store was understaffed, and I walked out after 10 minutes of waiting. There were 4 other customers, and we were all being ignored while the "manager" counted coins in the cash drawer. He completely disregarded the fact that there were customers in the store. It was like he was in a hurry to close the store at the end of the night. HORRIBLE SERVICE!

My wife and I walked in to this location to run a simple diagnostic check on her vehicle. Upon being serviced by one of the associates and asked if he could help, we were met with him not really wanting to help us. He literally handed us the battery tester, assumed we knew how use it, and said go outside and test it yourself. We asked if he could come out to help us and run a diagnostic check just to be sure and pinpoint any underlying issues rather than just assume the problem without even looking at it. His response was ignore us, walked away and began to assist a different customer. We then asked to speak to the manager, the manager was clearly within ear shot from the whole interaction right behind the counter. He also then proceeded to ignore the request we made to speak with him, taking his sweet time as we patiently waited. When he finally decided to appear, Mark I believe his name was, completely gave us the same dismissive attitude and even though there was a sign literally behind him explaining how they can help with diagnostic checks, he kept saying that it wasn t the case and that the ending result would just end in us getting a code. I have visited multiple auto zones and this has been the first time I ve heard such nonsense. Plain and simple the vibe we got from the employees was lazy, unprofessional and dismissive. I highly recommend to anyone reading this to reconsider doing business here, unless you are an attractive woman, from what we noticed they were salivating and jumping at the opportunity to assist them.

Visited this location Sunday, July 16 around 11 am. The associate with glasses, a hat, and on the heavy side was extremely rude and unprofessional. Went in there asking to get a diagnostic on my car since my engine light was on. He gave me the fix finder machine and said to do it myself and come back with the machine. I went back to ask him for help since I couldn t find the plug for the machine. Instead of helping me, he ignored me and walked away. He needs another job, I don t think he enjoys what he s doing at the moment.

Would absolutely give 0 stars if possible. Terrible horrible customer service. My boyfriend and I came here because he needed a new battery. The lady that helped him wasn t very helpful at all, didn t even bothering double checking the car to make sure we get the right battery. My boyfriend purchased the battery and went out to install it. IT WAS THE WRONG BATTERY. When he went back in to exchange it. They were giving him a really hard time with the exchange asking him if he already brought in the old battery or if he even attempted to install the new one. They made him wait over 20 mins and even made him BUY ANOTHER BATTERY because they couldn t process the exchange without the old battery?! Like what?! I ve gotten my battery replaced at auto zone off of Coit and McCallum and had 0 issues, the guy that helped me was so helpful and kind and even would ve let me exchange my battery if it was the wrong one with no trouble. SO IF YOU NEED AUTOZONE GO TO THAT OTHER LOCATION!!

I needed Transmission Fluid for my 2006 Kia Spectra & Juan R was excellent with his Customer Service. Not only did he teach me valuable lessons about choosing the best Transmission Fluid by checking his system, he also showed me how to apply it & when to apply it & to make sure the Fluid is not overfilled & he took the time to show me exactly how to do it myself. Everything he shared with me was extremely valuable because he made sure I did not ruin my Car & my Car is performing as it should again all thanks to the courtesy of Juan R. I recommend that Man for a Promotion, he is definitely well deserving of Management.

I had a bad battery. They changed it out in stock. The guy that took care of me is on top of things. He was saying to put a new order in for batteries because they're low. He got the battery installed in a flash and was courteous too. Definitely recommend this shop.
