Aldo very professional knowledgeable of the parts I needed for my generator. He went up and above to assist me with google search, and we also used the database at the register to compare. Aldo left the store with the managers permission to help me remove the old spark plug from my generator just so we could have the correct one. Aldo is the one of the best reps at this location. He has patience and he listens to the need and points you in the right direction. Great customer service!

I wish I could give 10 stars.I had a horrible experience today at location on Broadway. Since my battery died again, the road assistance guy advised me to go to a different location, so I did. I appreciated Tiffany for willing to exchange the battery since I still had a warranty on it. I am very thankful to Gustavo Hernandez who went above and beyond to help me! He knew the policies, and most of all he had excellent customer service skills. He is knowledgeable and willing to help 100%. This is a true leadership! I hope the management will promote him! He sure made my day! Thank you!!!!

Well staffed and quick service for replacement battery. Quick install as well. In a rougher part of town but they got armed security inside if you re worried about that.

Great service from. Madeira McCray, Tommy Ransom , Jarrod ford. I came to check on my battery. This guy came out came out to help me and they help me so much that I went back. Satisfied happy I recommend if you in the area having car trouble, please ask for this tree gentleman they will help you solve your problem. If you are middle of a car issue, I give them five stars for help

We stopped in right before closing on Friday (Jan 26th) because our battery had died on our way back to Oklahoma & we were stranded. The man there was extremely helpful & accommodating & seriously saved our butts! Best customer service ever. Thank you!

Manager & lady running store on December 9th late evening were soo kind & genuinely helpful. I don t have their names, but the Manager got under a woman s car to install a part & then fixed my burnt bulb headlight in my Mercedes.(which is NOT easy to get to!)They didn t have any obligation to help, & the manager was sick & about to go home, but helped anyway.PLEASE GIVE THEM BOTH A HUGE SHOUT-OUT for going out of the way to be so helpful. That s so rare these days!

Hugo is very disrespectful. He slandered my name in front of the entire store. He told me he was the manager, I will be contacting his district manager and the HR department. I do not recommend this location. Hugo is always there and he is extremely rude and The staff refuses to help anyone.

Daniel S. Was amazing, he greeted me off the bat and was especially helpful with my battery replacement. He was thoughtful and made sure to carefully lay out all the details and be attentive with every approach he took. I can't recommend this employee or this location more. Will definitely be returning.

My battery on the car went dead and I was out with my two young children. And my kids dad was at work. I went to the autozone and the sales clerk was so wonderful and accommodating. He even drove to the location and replaced my battery. (Tommy R.) You were a lifesaver thank you and God bless you and your family. 10 stars!!

according to the assistant manager "hugo" if you buy online and want to do a return you have to return the product to a hub store because they are the only one that can do a online order return i didn't know Autozone change their policy and i also had the receipt on my phone

Most folks hate self checkout. Here it's the best option if you know what you need. But if you don't, the staff is knowledgeable and does the best they can considering the volume of customers.

Understaffed 24/7. Every time there is a line 5 customers deep, regardless of time of day. Parking lot is basically paved with crushed beer bottle caps.

I went yesterday to get a new battery for a Toyota Corolla, they gave us the wrong battery (one for a Camry). Which is okay mistakes happen however when my partner and I went back to explain the wrong battery was given. The man who sold it to us didn t even apologize and said that it was us that made the mistake when the employee was the one typing the info entire time.

Even though they had been busy all day, I came in and got great customer service from Lubona C. He changed my light bulb in my headlight and was a gentleman in the process. Thank you Lubona for your awesome customer service.

The assistant manager Hugo was completely unhelpful today and very rude to my friend whom is special-needs. He was trying to get a battery replaced that has a three-year warranty but he was told no because they ve already replaced it once. I don t give a damn how many times they had to replace it, he paid for that battery and it needs to be replaced no questions ask if the battery is bad. So we will now be suing this particular AutoZone. He was broke down and ended up having a heat stroke because they did not help him and exchange the battery. He said he would be suing them and Hugo very arrogantly said do it. Your a P.O.S Don t go to this place very very very rude they will be hearing from his lawyer soon.

Hands down today I had the absolute best experience I've ever had with Euphrates ( Freddy ) at the Park Lane store here in Dallas Texas. This gentleman went above and Way beyond his capacity to help me with a battery issue. His knowledge, his exceptional customer service skills are greater than anything I've seen in a long time. There are not enough stars on this review that I can give him that would suffice. So I'll leave it at the five stars. He deserves more. I have been to that store a few times over the last few years and have always had a great experience. Magnificent experience I highly recommend going to that store even if you have to go out of your way. Peace ..Dennis.

My check engine light was on yesterday morning. And I'm so grateful that AutoZone will test your car for free. Found out it was just too spark plugs that needed replacing. Thank you for your assistance AutoZone. And by the way the gentleman that assisted me was very polite gracious and had a good smile.

Definitely not coming back here after being told by the cashier that threw away my receipt to do the math for what my change would be I guess AutoZone is training staff to short change customers because even after getting an attitude once he printed my receipt he realized he was wrong and gave me the correct change

The customer service here was excellent. Everyone was polite and so helpful but Brad went above and beyond to help me. I am so grateful to have stopped by the Greenville and Park location in Dallas. You guys ROCK! Brad, you are my hero!

The store had records of my last car-battery purchase, tested the battery to see that it had failed in the hot summer and my low coolant level, replaced the battery, put battery-protecting lubricant on the terminals, noticed the low coolant, filled the coolant container to the proper level, and sold sun shields for the windshield. The serviceman doing these things was friendly and saved me harm by noticing the low coolant level.

Natalie was so rude she walked away while I and her other co-worker was trying to tell her I did not use the stop leak because they came outside with me and found out I didn't need it. Walking away from a customer is plain disrespectful. She also was screaming she need help and that her co-worker needed to come off their lunch break and help her. She doesn't need to be in the front of the store dealing with customers. Everyone else was very helpful and professional.

My battery was dead and needed a replacement. This store did not have my battery in stock. Without prompting, the employee called a store close by and asked if they had it and could they install it. She let me know it was only 3 miles from her store, my car was running, and directed me where to go and who to ask for. Great customer service other businesses could take a lesson from. Now my go to!
