Wow,I visited this location in distress with my vehicle. I was greeted by a gentleman name R.G . He went beyond company expectations with providing great customer service and a helping a hand ! I m so grateful for nice gentleman like him! Thanks for going beyond and helping me out !

RG was very HELPFUL and FRIENDLY. I made a purchase and he installed my wipers and put fluid in my vehicle. His customer service was above and beyond. Ask for him when visiting the store.

i went in so worried n frustrated about the problem with my car. i had the best experience. Cecil M helped me. the best service. he got me the battery i needed, put it in AND helped n eased my mind about other things i thought could be wrong with my car. he is an asset to autozone n an asset to the world, like fr fr he helped me when i really needed it. ive been to this autozone on several occasions and they are always great. thank you Cecil, i hope you get to see this

This particular Autozone has some of the nicest staff. Every time I've gone they have been very helpful. A couple of times I've been frustrated and they helped me get what I needed to get the job done. Corey was really helpful, today.

I came in to buy 1 windshield wiper before this ice come down it s literally 4 degrees! There s 3 men working ! I asked for help they all just looked and said there s no one here to help u!! Worst absolutely worst customer service ever! And one worker is watching me from inside the store, try to put the windshield wiper on

I came in to the store on 8/25/23 to exchange a part I purchased online. The young lady that was helping me wasn t trained, so she went to ask the manager for help. The manager is 2 registers down eating a bag hot fries tell her she don t have time for that. So the young lady try to figure it out, as I m trying to stay calm. She refund my money instead of exchanging it for the part I needed so now I m out another $303.00 because of a ghetto incompetent manager. Autozone please sue better than warm bodies

I was so disappointed in the service. I see why I go to O'Reilly.They are rude, unknowledgable. And instead, let the new girl train with help. She is steady, asking questions to them. They throw the answer in pasting.Worst experience ever.Alread, you're frustrated about your car needing service.Then you have to entertain this nuisance.

Called for a part, the young lady was very helpful. I had to go in to pay before due to it being a special order. It arrived the next day. I was unable to pick it up so I called to see if my daughter could for me with my receipt. They honored my request. Thank you.. The staff is always helpful and professional.
