This place is excellent and I wish I knew the name of the gentleman who helped me. Very pleasant individual to deal with, gave me a fair price for my part, and the part worked great! We needed the part in a hurry & he was efficient! Highly recommend this place for parts!

Showed up at at Dallas location to pickup door that I purchased on eBay and left with an additional door and a truck liner piece that was also needed at another great price. The associate was very helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. Made the trip very pleasant! Very much recommended to any rebuilder! 4/19/2011

I purchased a hood from them and the only time for me to pick it up was a late Friday afternoon at 3 because of work,Coming from Mckinney on a Fri , They stayed late for me to be able get my hood, it was a perfect fit and the same color I needed , This place is Awesome

I'm a first time customer, and will definitely be back. I bought a rear subframe and two front struts from them today. Dealt with Monica at the front desk....she is the bomb !!!! Great prices, great service. No additude or disrespect. I definitely recommend buying from them !!!!

Ordered part, got message part delivered, went to office to pick up. Office staff state they don t have a delivery for me and no one signed. Waited several days, then check with others. Nobody signed for a package.I contact shipper and carrier, and get no help and they both point the finger at each other. I again explain the shipping situation to the shipper, so we can start loss procedures. Their last reply to me was: It was shipped and signed for. Best Regards ..wow ??!!

The absolute worse people to deal with. The woman answering the phone was not only abrasive she was down right rude and condescending. I felt like she specifically went out of her way not to help me when I asked about an item I found on their Ebay store. I would rather pay more and buy a brand new part then deal with someone like this. This woman was on some kind of power trip because she had some position of authority in her little pond.

Sold me a defective part and wouldn't refund my money because it's past two week warranty period. Pitiful customer service and an awful way to conduct business as they just lost hundreds of dollars on all the parts i need for my 07 vehicle. Store credit would have been fine but wouldn't even consider that. Don't waste your time with this scam shop.

I enquired regarding used part on eBay, fast communication. Later, I bought and picked up the part from their shop. The customer service is awesome. Staff is friendly especially Monica and Cloudia. Thanks guys for the pleasant experience.

It was a great experience. Went in with a weird request, we chatted about why and they knocked 50% off the online price that I was expecting to pay. I didnt even ask for it. Also gave me new ideas for the project.

Sold me a radiator with a hole and refused to refund me because it was past two weeks! They don t check there products! They stole 60$ from me and lost a customer over a radiator; what a great business.

Claudia was friendly and helpful. Claudia found my rare part in stock, sent me photos of it without being asked, had it waiting for me at the front desk, made me breakfast and never called me back. I will recommend Autopartsville without hesitation.Helped me find a Block for 2012 Toyota Prius 2ZRFXE engine, and even shipped it to me. had it in hand the next day.AAA customer service. Thanks again for helping me get this car up and running !

Getting there was fine though for some reason gps took me down Valleria which puts you on the backside of APV instead of towards O'Reilly as it sits right beside it. The young woman woman was very nice and it wasn't even 15 minutes before she came back to inform me that my engine block was ready. I was in and out with plenty of time before having to go to work and managed to grab a bite to eat. Thank you!

Quotes one price put on hold then drove over a hour for them to change the price claiming that was the price of the throttle body bracket funny your pictures shows the part not the bracket
