After being rear ended while stopped at a RED light, I was assigned Auto Nation Collision. They are BMW certified. I met with my contact (Robert) with no delays.Robert:1. Stated what damage had been done.2. Informed me of what parts were needed.3. Notified me of access damage and parts needed.4. Promised completion date.5. I picked up my car, BMW Z4.6. The paint was matched to perfection, just a beautiful job!It was just that simple. No haggling, no having to chase anyone down, no MIAs.Thank you, Robert and your Team.

Absolutely terrible. Took two and a half months to fix a fender bender, kept promising that milestones would be done only to say they hadn't started yet after the due date passed, terrible communications and consistently raised the price. We finally got the car back to take to our service location for inspection only to have all the alert lights on and another $800 to fix something they missed. Worst experience ever.

Michael from AutoNation assisted me when my car was rear ended and required repair. Michael was extremely informative, efficient, and provided consistent communication. He went above and beyond for me and I am truly grateful for his efforts. My car was completed prior to the expected date and it looks perfect.

10/10 experience - Russell and Jeremy were incredibly helpful throughout the repair process, they were responsive to questions, and they were able to complete the vehicle repairs earlier than the estimated date they originally provided. I have recommended this location to several friends.

I had an absolutely horrendous experience with AutoNation on Maple Drive in Dallas. My car was broken into on December 9th, and USAA suggested I take it to this AutoNation location for repairs. Little did I know it would turn into a nightmare.I dropped my car off on December 18th, with promises of regular updates. The initial completion date was set for January 5th, and I adjusted my plans accordingly, taking time off work to avoid rental car fees. The emails reassured me, even claiming they were halfway done by January 2nd.The turning point came on January 3rd when they suddenly extended the completion date to January 12th without any explanation. From that point on, communication ceased, and I had to constantly call for updates.I was told on January 10th that they were waiting for USAA approval to access my dashboard. No call back as promised, and when I called again, the story changed to a possible completion on January 19th. Frustration peaked when I discovered my insurance adjuster couldn't reach their representative.Things only moved forward after I contacted USAA myself. The lack of communication and delays were incredibly frustrating. I had to call on January 22nd to learn my car just needed washing, and the manager's response was lackluster. This ordeal disrupted my life in more ways than one. I'm new to Dallas, and the setback affected my social life and commitments. The staff's incompetence, greed, and lack of empathy left me deeply disappointed. Not only did I have to deal with the trauma of a break-in, but I also faced the stress of being without a vehicle in a new city for over a month. AutoNation on Maple Drive deserves zero stars for their abysmal service.

I would give this place zero stars if I could. They left my window down and allowed my car's interior to be exposed to the elements for a week while we were going back and forth with insurance. I was going to retain the car to salvage but the damage to the interior made it no longer feasible financially since insurance wouldn't cover it. I spoke to the manager Jeremy and said they were not responsible for any damages caused while it was in their possession and declined to compensate me for the damage caused by their negligence. FYI, if you sign their work release while your car is getting inspected by insurance you are releasing them from liability for any damage done to your car while you wait for insurance to determine your car's fate. My adjuster said they even told the shop to cover the window with plastic when they came out to inspect and no one did anything for a week. Do not trust them with your BMW.

This place is the best body shop there is hands down. I own a 2018 bmw m3 that got into a accident that took my rear pasenger panel and bumper completely off. Less then 2 months of serious repairs they give me my car back and I can't fathom how much better it looks. It feels and drives like a new car with all new suspension they had to put back on. Jerry, Michael, Anthony, and Art really did a better then perfect job ony car. Thank you guys sooo much for putting her back together. I DEFINITELY recommend this BMW body shop to anyone needing repairs. Great job team. Services: Exhaust, Steering & suspension repair, Painting, Body & Trim, Welding

Good solid work on the car, but they took over three weeks to do the work. I was told that the longest it would take would be two weeks by their rep Jason Gordon. The person who directly oversaw the work, Royce Russell, refused to communicate clearly with me about the status of the repairs as they took place. Apparently, they delayed ordering a headlight and the paint formula for the repairs. Once they received these, the repairs only took about two days. As Mr. Russell said to me on one occasion, "We'll get to the work on your car as we get it into 'the flow' of all the other cars we are working on." In other words, they get the car in there and get to it in their own sweet time.

I'll give this dudes one star just to my post show up but they don't worth even that single one!We drop my wife's car 2 1/2 moths ago, not even today they have a EDD,Now they come with the BS ''BMW of Dallas sent us the wrong headlight'', NOTHING WE CAN DO, we are sorry! But he the manager was very honest with me, saying the true, well... thank you very much for your honestly & excuses dude!I'm pretty sure any small body shop on Harry Hanes could have had it ready 5 weeks ago, we though this place as part of BMW will take a better care of their customers... obviously I was wrong.Service: Body & Trim

Took my BMW here to get repaired .first of all my insurance pays for OEM PARTS. They had my car for 2 weeks and then come to find out did NOT use OEM parts so they had to remove everything that was finished and redo it This took another 2 weeks Manager was not helpful, he was arrogant and could use a class in customer service. I guess the requirement for that job is a pulse, although I m not quite sure he even has that. This place is by far on the very bottom of my list to return to and I ve had a lot of different luxury vehicles repairs unfortunately. I do have to say that the guy assigned my car to look after, Milton, was a pleasure to work with and I don t have any complaints. He is a waste of talent tho at this sinking ship.

I had the misfortune of taking my BMW iX to this place for repair between January and April . Getting it done was one was a most frustrating experiences I have ever had with ANY business never mind merely a collision center. Communication with these people was non existent. I don't want to go into the very unpleasant details of the entire experience that took nearly 3 month of having to deal with cavalier attitude dishonest estimates and total disregard for even minimal customer service. Will never deal with this place again or anything that has AutoNation on it.Service: Body & Trim

This place is a joke!! DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!!! I own my own insurance agency and my customer took their BMW here to have the body work done. To say they were unsatisfied would be an understatement!!! Donna was their contact, and you will be wasting your time if you are waiting on a call back, because she will NOT call you back! The manager was left several messages for a call back and was never returned. My customer and myself contacted the corporate office to try and get somewhere on the issues they were having and guess what......NO CALL BACK!! Not sure how this place stays in business! I can assure you all of my adjusters will know not to send anyone to one of these locations and NONE of my customers will use them again in the future! I will be contacting their partners and informing them of the issues my customer had so that they are aware of them and can send their customers somewhere else to have their damages fixed!!Service: Body & Trim

I was referred here by USAA insurance when the front bumper of my car was damaged. My consultant was Michael Zamora. He was friendly and professional throughout the process. The insurance company instructed me to take my car there for an estimate on the repair. I didn t realize that I was supposed to make a reservation. Instead of turning me away, Mike worked me in and did the estimate. They completed the repair and perfectly matched the paint, washed the car inside and out, returned it to me as good as new. I highly recommend this body shop and Mr. Zamora.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Spoke with Robert and Milton. The absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced. Robert accidentally took me off of hold long enough for me to hear him and Milton making fun of me and laughing at me together. Aside from how horrible that is, they were also incredibly condescending and rude. Absolutely disgusting. Will be filing a complaint with the better business bureau.

Their lack of communication is why I am giving them a 1 star. I tried scheduling an estimate twice and had no luck. My adjuster was finally able to get ahold of someone and schedule the appointment. I got my estimate completed, then the estimator never sent the information to my insurance company.

They did a nice job on repairs, and were very timely in getting my BMW fixed. I would, however, recommend that they need to put some sort of plastic or covering over the seats when working on these cars as they left my seats with a dirty, grease-like look. I was able to get the seat cleaned after some hard scrubbing with leather care products.

Probably the worst experience I have had with a repair shop. I had to contact them regarding my estimate after going without my car for 4 days. Then when someone finally called me back I was told the repair would take a minimum of 6 weeks!?! I called other shops and was told they are likely gonna let my car sit on the lot. I told them to get my car ready because I will not get the repair there. When I got my car it was a mess! Gum in my carpet, marks all over my seats, and the exterior was disgusting. State Farm needs to remove this shop from their list of shops. I took my car to Gerber and had it back in a week and a half. Looks great!

I had my bumper repaired here and I was very happy with the repair. However, I didn't receive my car back in the same condition that I had left it. I had to go back to have them look at the convertible top and my door locks since they stopped working. My convertible top is now going down but my door locks are still not locking automatically. I think the service is good but the time it takes to get a car repaired here is not realistic.

I had such a great experience with this body shop. Steve was wonderful to work with. This was my first accident, so I was concerned as to what steps would need to be taken. He explained and walked me through the whole process. I called and emailed him repeated for updates. When I called frustrated and wondering why things were taking so long, he was calm and understanding. He always told me where they were in the process of fixing my car. My insurance company was very much the problem. Steve and Autonation are very on top of things to get you on the road again. My car looks and drives like-new. I will be working with body shop for all my future car needs. I hope this guy gets a raise.
