He told me that I needed a tire but why is the tire not on the car because he did a scam with the insurance company please read to the end. He is responding. Yes you don't have ebony. Yes, you make it seem like that you are innocent. Sooner or later someone will come over there and you would know the truth and then read to his response from his shop. He don't want to admit he kicked me out of there so he do not want to pay for his damages who wants aftermarket parts on their car and I do have proof that he did break the light because I was recording everything every single time I went there To your response, the reason you didn't want to say anything about the broken light because it's free money to your pocket. Mr. Juan, that was the purpose of you breaking parts on my car in the first place. Lots of things came up messed up on my car This place is a fraud. Do not take your car there. They will offer you to do a settlement with the insurance company for money. If that's the case, they will break stuff on your car. That will tear stuff on your car and make your car worse than what expected. I told him that I didn't want any money. I told him I wouldn't expecting any money. Please read until the end. They did not fix my wife card for $4,000 $4,500 to be exact. They kept calling me and calling me about the money and asking me about the money until one day. I gave it to him which was supposed to be the end date of me coming back and forth over there. I specifically ask him not to put aftermarket parts on there but he put out the market parts after the fact of he wants me to keep filing on the insurance and then they broke parts on my wife card to make it seem like that it was broken in the car wreck and it wasn't cuz I just had bought brand new lights for the front. Then they broke the rod on the front and they bent parts on the front of the car which was not damage. They did a whole bunch of stuff that I didn't realize that had happened to the car until I got it and it rained and then plus the seals are broken over spray you name it. He done it. They said I was prejudice. I am very godly towards any and everybody I give to the homeless hell. I take homeless out to eat. I do stuff with people that are not even related to me and I asked him. Please do not do me wrong and he done it. Anyway, don't take your car here. If you plan to be part of this insurance scheme or this insurance fraud if they have going on, I will be filing a formal investigation against them through the IRS through the better business bureau and I'm calling the state general ken Paxton in on them. I'm also going to go through the city of Dallas to find out what can be done

Automotive Art was able to fix the dents I had on my SUV and they were able to fix my broken windshield. They did an excellent job. They cleaned it inside and out. They provided me with a rental. I highly recommend them for weather related damages on vehicles.

When I called to set up a day and time to take my car to get repaired, the process was simple. It took a week and my car was ready. When I arrived to pick it up I was very pleased with their work. They even detailed my car inside and out!!!

Excellent experience with Jose and this car shop! I was in a wreck that caused damage so bad I couldn t even open my door to get out of the car. His shop repaired not only the door but the front bumper and grille of the car. It looks like nothing ever happened! Better even!Every time I called the shop, they knew who I was and had an update for me. I had excellent service all the way around! Thank you so much! I will definitely be referring the shop and will use them in the future if needed.

The best Bodyshop in Dallas! My opinion is regarding the man who wrote a bad review named Willie or Yaya Booty since I was there when they delivered the car and the shop definitely did an excellent repair. Please do not trust people who beat their chests in church and when they leave there they only hurt people. The best way to show that you follow God is to do good. That man discriminated against me because I was Hispanic.

My experience was the best one I ever had, Jose made the transaction so easy. He went the extra mile, brought me a rental,picked up mine,when car was complete he brought it back all nice and clean! Some coins were taking from car and he was honest and told me what happened and replaced it because I would not have noticed.I was really dreading all of this and he made it so convenient and painless. This is the 2nd visit for Hail Damage in 3yrs on 2 separate cars. I am very pleased with the customer service. They are very expedient and helpful and i have never been inconvenienced. I didn't have to worry about transporting my vehicle to their facility, they will pick up your car and leave the rental with you. Now that's what you call putting the customer first and EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. I will always refer my family, friends and neighbors. My rep was Jose.

Read to the end and they're haning people who are affiliated with the she post on Google for them I can't believe that I actually allowed my car to go up there and be service by these people they lied to me and my husband About how they was planning to fix the car And now the car is back in opposition and now they don't want to fix what they did not do correctly I will call look like Trash now because of what they did not do correctly and put OEM ports on there I will not advise anyone else to go to the shop and take their call there because they are most likely going to put parts on the account fro'reilly or either from LKQ and clean it app and make it look like it's new or are they gonna go to one of there rinkie Dinkins place for parts

Jose is great to work with, stays in touch and is very courteous. Although my car was deemed a total loss by insurance, I am 100% confident they could have done a great job with repairs. Jose also met me on a Saturday morning so I could get my belongings out of my car before it was picked up by the insurance company.

Thank you Jose! You made getting 2 cars with hail damage easy to get repaired! The entire process was so smooth. Jose is a preferred provider with all the main insurance company which tells me he is honest, professional and fair. I found that to be the case! Jose provided the rental car while our 2 cars were getting the hail dents repaired, one car at a time. He also worked electronically with my insurance company and myself to get all the e-docs signed. This was by far the most efficient claim I have ever had to deal with. Our vehicles look fantastic! As an added service he detailed the inside and washed (and looks like waxed) the exterior!

They made the whole process much easier to get my car repaired. They communicated with me and provided a rental vehicle until my was fixed. They came to my house and picked up my car. This made it so much easier for me. I couldn t be happier. Than you so much for everything.

I thought this was going to be a good experience to take my car to a shop that I was referred to but then after I took the car to the shop and everything happened the way it did not need it to then I told my friend about it they said they were just trying to see if they was going to do with me the same way they did do me the same way that they did them then they told me they did not want me to come back to the shop because of me going back and forth by 5 or 6:10 trying to get them to fix my car next thing I know he's telling me don't come back to his shop because of what he did not what the Rick did or what happened in the car wreck play damaged my car and made it worse than what it was do not want to fix it I told my friend don't do that ever again send me to a shop that is not worth sending it to because this was a 4000 to a 4500 claim you can see the owners shaking his hand and throwing his finger at me shaking like he's mad at me about something that he did that's when you know a person is guilty
