Took care of my state inspection really quickly, were extremely polite.Don't let the lack of uniforms fool you, extremely professional.Workers don't need uniforms to be good at their job.

The saying, "Don't judge a book by it's cover" definitely describes this auto mechanic shop. I pulled up for an overdue oil change and the staff was professional and polite, with customer service as a priority. I was surprised at how clean and comfortable the lobby/waiting room is! Definitely much nicer than most mechanic shops I have been to. The cost of the oil change was also very reasonable! Thank you!

Great experice with Curtis and Bob. We had a fleet vehicle serviced with them and they were fair with pricing and quick to make the repair. Honest people and good work for a fair price. I will be back.

I have been coming to this place to fix my car in the past year taking care of different things AC, Brakes, Timeng Belt, and more. T and Eddie are always very professional and super nice and make me leave with a smile every time!There is a welcoming waiting area and the prices are affordable.If you need to fix your car don t hesitate to bring your car here this guys are the best!! My Overcharged Experience 2023I went to Auto Dallas at 2647 W. Northwest Hwy # 110 Dallas, Texas 75220 on Monday, June 26, 2023. This was my first time at this location. At first, everyone was reasonable about the price of replacement of the catalyst for my Toyota. The mechanic told me it will be $900 for the catalyst replacement, two cables (which I don t see on my car) and labor. He did the job the same day on June 26th. I didn t pay the same day because the system was down. I returned twice the next day, which was Tuesday, June 27, 2023, to pay everything. The first one was in the morning (around 11:30 am). Marlene wasn t there when I arrived and the guy who attended me didn t know the grand total. So, I paid with my card the amount of $646.38, and I left. A few hours later, Marlene called me on my cell phone saying that I have to pay the remaining balance and $50 more. But I told her that the mechanic told me $900 on the phone. So, I went for the second time around 2:30 pm. Without saying anything about my remaining balance, she inputted the amount of $303.62 instead of $253.62 on the pin pad machine. Then she started talking about future financing available in order to distract me and paid that amount. But I told her that my remaining was $253.62 and NOT $303.62. Then she started looking for the mechanic in the shop to ask him about the price that I agreed on and to verify the price. But the mechanic wasn t at the shop at all. I did not see him again at all. I told her that I will pay the right amount, or she can call the police. But she didn t call the police. Long story short, she ended up honoring me with that price of $900 that I agreed with the mechanic. But she was mad or furious that I argued over the overpriced amount. I used the same card for the second time at this location, Auto Dallas.This place is disorganized. Everyone sets their own prices and it s very confusing for the customer. They should have a work order form with the details of the job done and including the grand total for the client. But it s terrible the way they are handling this place. Also, they need to communicate better with the customer and their employees too. Nobody knows what s going on with each customer. Everyone asks each other about something and it s like they don t have a price plan or organized each other.I don t recommend this place at all because it's overpriced. I felt a rip-off in front of my face. They don t care about the customer. All they want is the MONEY. When we die, nobody will have even a dollar in our pockets.Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Auto emissions testing

The worse service I have had at a auto repair shop.they said 2 to 3 days to install a new carbrator my truck was their 3 weeks later they said come get itThey left hoses off wires hanging everywhere and it does not run right I will have to take it someplace who can fix it.after I told them they said don't came backWell it's ther loss as I have 3 cars and one truck that needs work once in a while.never been treated that bad at a repair shop beforeI have found a quality shop that will fix it right.

I have built up a fear of going to car shops alone due to getting taken advantage of in the past. This place changed my views 1000 percent. I was informed all the way through my service, everyone was friendly, I got an itemized list of my charges, and I felt extremely valued. AutoDallas you have made a customer for life. Keep up the excellent customer service!

The management was so understanding and they did a great and fantastic job in less than 5 minutes to get my 4 tires rotated for a few bucks. For my oil change, and mechanical issues now, AutoDalllas Service Center is my 1 stop place. Hey, try visiting and don't even worry thanking me later. We were visiting Dallas for a weekend and had some issue with our car overheating. Called Eddie here & he got us in & out with a great price. Definitely would recommend this place. There are not a lot of honest shops like this anymore!

We bought a car last August 2021 from AutoDallas and just got the title today, May 9, 2022; 9 months later. To get it we had to file a written complaint against them. Three months after we bought the car we still did not have the title or plates. We called them numerous times trying to find out why and no one would return our calls. We had to actually go down to their office to talk to someone to get answers which is when we were told our title was destroyed by FedEx. They were quick to pass the buck and put the blame on someone else. There was zero interest in helping remidy the situation. Total disinterest. In fact when I asked them if they would renew our paper tag they said no (they did renew it once after the first tag expired). We had to get a claims investigator involved to get our title.I would not buy another car here for any reason. Of course they were great when we bought the car but once they got our money our relationship was not valued at all.

I really needed service on my car, but didn't wanna go back to the other shop I normally take my car to. I had errands to run and I saw their sign while passing Gulf gas station and u-turned it to check Auto Dallas out. The receptionist was friendly. She and the auto specialist talked to me about what I needed and what price range was reasonable for the service. They are very professional. I most definitely recommend coming here! :)Services: Steering & suspension repair, General repairs & maintenance, Oil change

Where's Tawab and Eddie? Those guys always took care of me but now they're gone?!!! I came in for a simple oil change that took two hours and they weren't even busy. Service has gone down tremendously and I'm really disappointed.

Car damn near blew up, was smoking, wouldn't start and sounded like a meat grinder. Was almost sure it was totalled but they replaced 3 major parts and got it running again for a little over a thousand and a day or so of labor

BUYER BEWARE. I purchased a vehicle from AutoDallas.com (the Auto sales side of this business) in March of 2021 in cash. The day after the purchase it was found the vehicle needed a new transmission, missing wheel bearing (wheel could fall off), and illegal tint (unable to pass inspection). I notified AutoDallas and they said they would fix the transmission for $2000.00. I did not have an additional 2000.00 to spend so they said that s all they can do. After much back and forth they agreed to take the car back and refund the purchase. When I arrived on the agreed date and time, they changed their tune and said they now needed to take it to their mechanic to make sure I did not do anything to the car! 4 days later they offered me 500.00, said they replaced a sensor (without my consent, and had nothing to do with the transmission) and said that is the best they could do. I take responsibility for not getting a mechanic to look at the vehicle before the purchase. It was foolish of me to think they would be an honest dealership.Two months later, the car is still not registered in my name. I found out that AutoDallas sold me the car without having the title themselves, and they are still waiting for the title from the previous seller. The temporary plate they gave me has expired and they best they can offer is to give me a new temp tag. They are required to transfer ownership within 30 days of purchase on a cash sale in Texas. I paid 4000.00 for a vehicle, and I still do not have legal ownership to sell or trade because they choose to sell a car without the title. I have had to get DMV Dealer enforcement involved. AutoDallas continues to delay, provide excuses, and ignore during this whole process. They say, Delays happen. If there was a delay in them getting the original title, they should have not sold the car. The delay from where they purchased the car is not my problem. I paid cash, in good faith, and am entitled to legal ownership within 30 days according to the law.The point here is this. They are not to be trusted regarding vehicle condition, history, or title status. Make sure you have your mechanic inspect the vehicle before purchase. Pay to have a CarFax report run before purchase. Ask to see a copy of the title before purchase. If they do not have it, do not buy the car. AutoDallas is unfortunately the stereotypical used car dealer we all hear about. Go in with your eyes wide open. BUYER BEWARE.

I needed a car after my truck broke down. But I was able to find a manual Chevy Cruze sport for a great price!! My man Roberto Souza was really nice and was very inviting, Even showed me how to drive manual again cause I completely forgot how to drive one. I highly recommend coming to Roberto to find a good car for a price you can t beat!
