If I could give this shop zero review, I would. Saw their adds in Craigslist charging for any wheels any size repair for $75.00. Came by to this shop and the scary guy came out and check at our wheels priced us for $375.00. Don't use your time, to even try. Scammmer!

This shop is really great! Had to replacement my cls450 four wheels today and got it done in two hours and it drives 10 times better now. Definitely coming back soon!

Had some 205/55/15 at an excellent discounted price, and only had 4 left in stock and they held them for me as I told them I was on my way up there. Something came up and I had to go up there later then I told them, and they still held for me. Was my first time ever going there and let me tell you, the shop is very nice, clean and you can tell it's very well maintained. Customer service is top notch. Very friendly, helpful, etc, and you can tell they really care about their customers.

This was one of the easiest and fastest auto inspections I have ever had. Owner was very cordial, no hassle, or hard sell to fix or repair something else on my vehicle. I highly recommend Autobay for not only vehicle inspections but he has a huge selection of beautiful rims for all types of vehicles.

Came here to purchase tires with nice rims. Be sure to follow his ads online to get discounts. This guy knows his merchandise and has a great selection for all vehicles. He's willing to show you other competitive prices so you know you're getting a trendous deal. Super nice guy. Facility is clean and he gives you the same price quoted. No scam here. Trust this guy with your vehicle. He will mount on the spot for you. Be sure to use his service because he knows his business. Nothing bad to say.

I have been thrilled with this place . I have always had great service and today was no different! They remembered me from my last visit and greeted me with a big smile. They got my vehicle back and quickly got me out if there! It was great as always! I highly recommend these guys!!!!

Excellent customer service and nice clean shop. So they were running a sale on some 205/55/15 and only had 4 left and they held for me as I was coming from 40 miles away. Something came up and was not able to leave until later and they still held for me. They are very friendly and professional. Will do business with again.

I drove across town to this place after seeing pictures of lots of wheels on their website. I was hesitatingly greeted by a rather nervous guy who took me to a nearly empty warehouse with just a few wheels. It seemed to me something other than wheels was what that business was about. I was relieved to get out of there .,

Great service, quality work. I have taken all 3 of my cars to get rims, work, and assesories. They always take care of me. Prices are always attractive, and they work to keep a smile on my face. Highly recommended.

I would not do business here. I put the wheel in the car and brought it back in. 30 mins and they charged me 20% restocking fee.

DONT TRUST. Came by to sell rims was given price for rims only as tires were worn out . Since was upgrading didn t care to replace tires. New rims came in and installed come back to sell stock rims owner tells me he s not going to honor the quote he gave 3 weeks ago . BAIT AND SWITCH . Made me drive out from Carrollton just to try to trick me. THANKS . NOT HONEST

I'm not a fan of this place at all. He claims to have the "cheapest prices in town" but you're going to have to spend more than double the asking price because: 1. He won't be able to do the job and 2. He will not give you a refund. I had to take my rim to a reputable shop and fix the mess the owner of this shop made. Don't waste your time with this shop. Go to a reputable company/shop and save yourself the money and headache

These people always honest and have a knowledge on all cars they are the best. Each and every time I've taken my 328i BMW there for services i received 110% and the kindness that follows the services is remarkable. I'm a customer that has faith in this Business & i share this information with all my friends. And I know you wi ll be a satisfied customers.

I bought cheap quality wheels at a cheap price, so that experience was fair, but unsatisfying.Good selection of products at seemingly fair prices, and the salesman/owner will explain your options to you, but DO YOUR OWN RESEARCH. Writing from more than one occasion, he will sell you wheels that don't fit your vehicle like he says they will. Upon confrontation he did agree to full refund of the wheels if returned in the same condition.

They seemed really helpful at first. I bought a used tire from them for $35 to get me through the week. The tire got me to work, then blew out and I was driving on the rim. Probably because the technician did not put the tire on the right way. The tread on the tire was fine. I was upset, but I let it go. I called a few days later to get a quote on a rim (for my spare tire) and mentioned to him the tire and what had happened and he did not seem to care about the problem at all. He did not even answer to what I told him. He just went on about the rim. I WOULD NOT BUY ANOTHER TIRE FROM THESE PEOPLE IF IT WERE MY LAST OPTION!

Tony was awesome, very helpful in helping me decide on Wheels/Tires. I was aprehinsive after reading some of the reviews, but after two visits and nagotiating a price felt good about it. My car has never looked better, extremely happy!

I took my wheel to get it fixed there, the guy at the front desk told me they specialize in wheel repairs, so i left it with them.Got it back after the weekend, I was shocked to see the kind of nasty work they did, It looked just as if they just slapped some kind of Epoxy, JB-weld, or some putty stuff on the crack and called it a day.by the middle of that same week, as to be expected, the wheel starts leaking air again. So i take it back, they told me it would be ready again after the weekend.Picked it up, but this time it seemed like they didn't even bother to re-do it. or even touch it, they just applied this clear silicone stuff around the tire edges where it meets the rim.3 days later, it starts leaking again. this time wont even bother it take it back. waste of time and money.Just a heads up for those who are looking to get their wheels fixed, i would recommend finding another place.

Called in to ask about an inspection deal offered on Groupon. I was told to come on in. There was no wait time when I got there.I handed over my paperwork and keys, showed the Groupon deal, and sat in the lobby while my car was taken around the back. Around 20 minutes later, my keys were handed back to me along with the inspection results.I would definitely recommend AutoBay, and will be returning.

I came to autobay and the manager was very sweet , very helpful with everything I needed and asked for. Autobay will be the place I get oil changes , tires , any care or anything that needs to be fixed I will go to auto bay. They have a dozen picks of tires , rims and anything not in shop they call and get it in for you I wish that more people came here because it's the best place for your car.

I went and it was a very nice place with excellent service I would definitely recommend it to anyone who needs some work done to a car. I would go another time just to talk to them as they are very kind and aren't expensive at all.

This guy charged me $2999 when he was supposed to charge me $29 for fixing a nail stuck in my tire. When I showed him the receipt that he charged me the wrong amount he kept saying it was a glitch and my money will get deposited back shortly! It's been a week and it hasn't came back yet and he keeps ignoring my calls!

This is one of the only places that I trust. Prices are good and the customer service is excellent and honest. After being in 3 auto shops and no one had the answer to the problem with my car. Came to Autobay and the car was fixed the same day. Really good place

Came from Roanoke, TX to look at rims for a suburban for a friend in Wisconsin. The guy showed us the rims, was offering a discounted price for cash. Has a fantastic display in the showroom, is extremely knowledgeable and made sure we are getting the correct product for our friend. He measured for us, showed us comparable rims and discussed the importance of getti g the correct merchandise . Im impressed and look forward to shopping from him in the future. Guessing i saved roughly 1/2 or more for our friends. He even loads them up for you. 5 star on customer service.

Honestly this is the best place I have ever been too they fixed my car and they re prices are sooooooo good the workers are nice and help you with what ever you want ! The workers are very respectful and I kind want my car to break down again so I can go back!
