After experiencing tons of shady sellers on Autotrader, we came across Auto Haven. From the very first interaction, they were terrific!Chaise was our main point of contact and he was 100% focused on delivering an amazing experience for us. He was polite and attentive, and really went above and beyond for us.The owner Danny was super easy to work with and went to bat for us with our financing for a 2005 Toyota Prius.We had the car for a week and I had a little trouble getting my car to start after I changed the key fob housing. I spent 3 hours calling around to Toyota dealerships, had my neighbors trying to jump start it, and even after watching like 20 YouTube videos, I couldn t figure out what was wrong.As a last ditch effort, I called Chaise at Auto Haven and told him what was happening, and he immediately knew what was wrong and told me how I could fix it. I was back in action in mere minutes.The whole experience was just awesome and I wouldn t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for their next car.

There are certain expectations you have when you buy a car, even from a small time dealer - one of them is that they aren't trying to hide major mechanical problems with the car, hoping that you aren't a mechanic. I purchased a car from them that seemed to drive very well. The price was fair for the mileage and age of the car. I should have been suspicious when they didn't offer me a warranty, but I was pressed for time and NEEDED a car. Within two days I had to replace the back right tire, which they'd overinflated to keep me from realizing that it had a leak. Then the next weekend I took it in for the 100k service, only to find out that the vehicle's airbags were inoperable, the passenger seatbelt non-functional, both front struts cracked and needing replacement, and the back shocks in bad shape. All together, 7000 in MAJOR repairs. Auto Haven didn't even have the courtesy to respond to my questions about why they sold me this vehicle under false pretenses. I get it. Let the buyer beware. But Auto Haven isn't interested in customer service. It's quantity over quality. In other words, don't buy ANYTHING from them without having a mechanic check it out. Better yet, just don't buy anything from them.

I bought my first car from them and Robin and Jay were honest and upfront about everything.They took care of everything on the car before selling it to me and they've made it a great,fast,easy experience. Glad to have found them on the web!
