Phenomenal experience here from day one. They kept me up to date with everything throughout the process and finished my car much faster than I expected and they even fixed a large scratch on the back bumper that was there before the accident as a courtesy. Highly recommend.

Amazing work, my car had a lot of damages and it was my first time dealing with a insurance claim. The customer service here is held at a high standard and very professional. They will help you with any questions or concerns that you have. Auto General walked me through every single step of the process and made my experience with these repairs seamless and hassle free. I did not have to pay any deductible or any money out of pocket. They will work with any situation to help their customers. They have really great quality work with a high attention to detail. They went the extra mile by giving my car a full detail and even did extra work that I wasn t expecting which I really appreciated! They went above and beyond in making my car looking brand new again! I would highly recommend them, if I ever need collision repairs I would definitely be returning to this shop again! Excellent service and excellent quality at a great price!

Gustavo, did a great job of getting my car back on the road. Not only did he deal with the insurance but Gustavo was able to clean everything and make the body look nice and new! Go see Gustavo for all your auto body and mechanical needs.

My experience was Great! They where so helpful and knowledgeable! My car was totaled and the amount of detail during and after the car was sent off to the shop was incredible. They went above and beyond to fix additional small things like my window and Mirror cover. The body and paint job looks amazing!! Here is the before and after, I would recommend to anyone who just got into a car accident and needing body/ AC/ paint shop and any additional car related fixes! I was very satisfied. Took my car here after Service King refused to work on it (something about previous damage that absolutely REQUIRES fixing, the insurance wouldn t pay for it and they quoted me at 2-3 thousand MORE) Not only did he work around this issue, he even found extra damage from the accident that they failed to notice. He got my car back looking like new, didn t charge anything extra and even had it ready much sooner than I thought he would. This shop works with the customer and does a great job. So much that I recently decided to take my car back after I had a de-badging fail.

When I first pulled up to the body shop I was a little bit put off because they were a lot of older cars but after speaking with Gustavo and his children that work with him I felt reassured that this was a auto professional with good integrity. I had damaged the door of my car, needed my rims painted, needed a new sunvisor, and needed leather repair on two seats and every single one of those jobs he did extremely well. My car looks like it s brand new. He is honest and he gave me a good price. I would definitely recommend Gustavo.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Definitely one of the most professional, friendly and fast service! I had some body issues with my car and I was hesitant to reach out to a shop that I just found online without anyone recommending it. When I first walked up, Gustavo greeted me and made me feel comfortable and how the process is going to be including dealing with my insurance. Gustavo and his crew definitely went above and beyond to provide excellent customer service. I got my car back and it looked brand new! I HIGHLY recommend Auto General JG if you want a worry-free experience. They will definitely take care of you!

Gustavo was very professional throughout the entire process of my car repair. He kept me informed on every single detail, and I am very pleased with my results. I was in a 4 car collision and the front of my car was pretty bad, now it s looks totally new.Very satisfied with my service.

Amazing service!!!Not gonna lie, it was a lengthy process (partially due to my insurance company (Geico) being difficult to work with) HOWEVER Gustavo and his team are very courteous and highly skilled! I got my BMW back in better condition then it was when u bought it! You would never know it was an an accident! They even detailed the inside, got my leather and interior shining like new money!! I am so happy I choose them! I highly recommend, since I couldn t leave 10 stars, here they go

Auto General collision is amazing!! I was involved in an accident and Gustavo and his team went above and beyond for me. My car looked brand new they didn t miss any details!! He kept in touch with me and got my car back to me ASAP! My car was cleaned and ready to go the day I picked it up. Gustavo and his team was amazing. The customer service was top tier. From the time I called he had someone to pick the car up within a hour. He handled everything with my insurance. Everything I needed he was super prompt in replies and delivered the car before the time the insurance company told me the repairs would be done. He fixed minor damaged that wasn t associated with the accident for FREE!! He definitely has a customer for life and I ll be sending everyone I know to him

Had my Mercedes fixed here after an accident and let me tell you, Gustavo handled everything from my insurance to a rental car he lend me! I had my doubts, but this shop is absolutely incredible. The job on my car was amazing and in addition They covered my deductible! Definitely recommend!!

Luis is was everything I needed and more. I had a lot going on with my car, insurance(of course) and life in general. He worked with me through all of that and was very understanding. He paid my deductible for my insurance which saved me a lot of money. My car looked fantastic and he made sure I was pleased with the results. He is definitely someone I would go back to just because of how he runs his business. He cares a lot about you and what your situation is and that s lovely to have when you re dealing with a messed up car. Thank you a lot!

I had to get my car repaired for a hail damage and was looking for options. One of my friend suggested to get it done here. Luis was very professional and handled my queries and the process involved diligently. The hail damage repair was immaculate. He went out of the way to get the price reduced. You should definitely visit if you are looking for quality and a good price at the same place.

Gustavo did a great job, at good price, compared to what the dealer had quoted. Some people here have given him poor rating, just because he does not speak fluent English. That is not fair. I don't speak Spanish, but Estafanie, who is at his office speaks fluent english and helped translate and acted as a bridge, between us. She made the communication very easy.If you want to get your car fixed and if you do not want to pay a lot, Gustavo is the answer for you. I will definitely go again and recommend my friends and family to visit this shop. Just get an estimate and you will be surprised with his economical rates. He fixed suspension, break rotors and other stuff on my Nissan Altima 2010. He did a good job.

Take your vehicle elsewhere. Shady company. They told me that they tried calling me, to tell me my vehicle was ready and told my insurance company that it was when I showed up The vehicle had all of my parts from the repair in the back. Then they just got off the phone with me trying to tell me that they would settle for the rental payment because my insurance stop paying it after they said it was ready and they tried contacting me which untrue.. then they tried to settle half of my rental and the excuse was because I really enjoyed my rental. I have better things to do than drive a rental to joy ride o on while my vehicle is being repaired. How old do they think I am 16?? What a unprofessional body shop- apparently ready just means the repairs are done not that you get the vehicle back with all the parts from the accident in the backI added photos of all of the parts in the back of my vehicleI wanted to update, a week after getting my car back I noticed a leak in my garage which I thought was oil ended up being my transmission lines were busted, I had to contact Allstate. Take my car to get repairs done with another Body Shop. I pulled my phone records no phone calls were Never received I ve contacted a lawyer and will be taking legal actionService: Body & Trim

Auto General does great work. Luis and the people that work their do an amazing job fixed my hail damage and front end collision damage. The pros at Auto General made my truck look brand new also saved me money by waving my deductibles.

Bumper came out looking like OEM Factory even after they had to move right side back out a bit. Although paint matching was odd, they took a piece of my door handle to guarantee a color match. Truck looks great even if it was a rear bumper. Thanks

Honestly some of the nicest and hardest working people I ve ever worked with. Did above and beyond to fix my car, which would have cost me and arm and a leg somewhere else. Great work and trustworthy. Wont take my car to anyone else!

Superb job. And excellent service and pricing. I am the owner of the Jurassic park Jeep that they worked on and the staff was very detailed about their work. They took pride in what they do.i highly encourage anyone to take their vehicle here if you're interested in a makeover.
