I had a great experience with this shop. They fixed all hail damage on my vehicle as promised and even delivered my vehicle to me with their valet service. Overall, I am highly impressed and recommend them to anyone who needs a reliable and honest hail repair company.

This was a great experience from start to finish! The Sales manager Brett, came up to my door for a consult on the hail damage to my car. I was skeptical at first because it was a smaller company that could pick up my car and deliver with no extra work from me. Too good to be true I thought. I was wrong! They were very communicative from the beginning on the timeliness and process. They made me feel at ease. Two weeks on the day ( what I was quoted ) Linda delivered as promised and had me check over everything before leaving. This is a great experience and I recommend them to anyone that needs hail repairs. Thank you and if I am ever in this situation again I know who I will call!

All I can say is WOW! ADC went above and beyond to repair the recent hail damage on my company vehicle. They were fast with communication, accurate with their estimate, and delivered speedy drop off and pick up service directly to my home. Awesome job ADC. I will be recommending you every time to any of my clients or friends in the future.

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! I had a greatexperience with ADC fixing the hail damage on myvehicle. The car came back looking even betterthan before the damage occurred. A rental carwas provided along with valet service all donefrom home. I never had to leave my house... youcan't beat that! They also were able to waive mydeductible and deal with my insurance companyall on my behalf once I filled a claim. Judah wasvery helpful though the whole process sendingupdates as the job progressed. I would highlyrecommend ADC to anyone that is looking to getwork done. Super easy and super painlessprocess!

Recieved information from a door-to-door person representing the companyI went by the address to check out the operationThey must not be here anymore. There were people working in all suites of 2480 - but they had never heard of Auto Dent Company If they were there, I probably wouldn t have left my car there.No room to park, no room to move vehicles around, messy and crowded shop.

Had our car repaired for hail damage and just got it back a few weeks ago looking brand new. Very painless and easy process, they will work directly with your insurance company. It was great working with Judah on getting our repairs setup. The company will even come out to your home to pickup your car and even drop it off once it is complete. Would definitely recommend Auto Dent Company to anyone.

Great experience with ADC fixing my hail damaged 2019 F-150 and my wife s 2019 Grand Cherokee. Called initially and didn t get a response but unlike other places, I received a call right back. The rep for my repair (Judah David) was awesome. He came to my house same day to take a look at the vehicles and was able to take them in the shop the next day. He took care of everything with the insurance company and our vehicles were fixed in the time frame he gave to us. He also ensured to text/call us to give us updates. Very satisfied customers. As we hope to not need this service again of fixing our vehicles in the future, we know who to go to if we need it!

This "Dent and Repair Shop" tries to sell me what I believe was a customer of theirs because I was taken to him by another man who was supposes to be purchasing my bmw. In exchange for my bmw he put the down payment of 1500 owing 300 more within 5 days and did not even contact him resulting in the guy from the car lot repoeing this car on the 6th day leaving me with out a car!! I DONT RECOMMEND THESE PEOPLE SO IF YOUR SMART YOU'LL FIND SOMEONE ELSE! THEY HUSSLED ME OUT OF MY CAR!!

I had my car towed to ADC Dallas after an auto accident 75 miles away. I worked with Linda Casey throughout the process. Linda took upon herself to coordinate the tow , the work with the insurance company and ensure that it was taken care of. Linda kept me informed throughout the lifecycle of my repairs at ADC.

Everyone at this company from Tasha to Judah worked very hard to get our vehicle repaired in a very timely manner. Tasha made sure to keep us updated on the progress every step of the way. We highly recommend them and this company to anyone, family and friends included.
