Don t take your car here for any type of service. They will keep your car for longer than they say it takes to fix it and they will not communicate with you unless you hound them. They will not reimburse you for any transportation that you have to find in order to take care of your daily errands, or to get to work. They also will not let you take your car till your parts come in. Nothing was done to my car the 1st 2 days they had it and expected to keep it for longer without calling to tell me what was going on. It doesn t take a week to get a blendor actuator, nor does it take that long to fix it. I used to work for Autozone I know there is more than one place to find parts for a vehicle. You can also go to pick up the part so you re not making your customers wait weeks instead of days to fix their car.

This is absolutely the worst dealership and service center I have ever dealt with. They literally will have your car for days, give you the run around on your service, and very inconvenient to you and your daily life. I can guarantee if I was behind on payments WHICH I AM NOT these people would be blowing my phone up however it s been 72 hours and I can t even get a diagnosis on my car. Also they apparently don t work on weekends according to Regina which is insane for a service center to be closed on Saturdays. I cannot wait until I am able to trade this vehicle and be done doing business with this company. STAY AWAY FROM HERE!!

Lily was awesome she took care of me. They were quick went for my 15 dollar oil change, and nothing about my visit was bad. Thanks guys keep up the great work.Current: My vehicle is paid off, and they still take care of me. Great customer service!!Whole new system makes it a great experience!! Keep it up guys.

Auto City is a joke they had to fix my car two times and on the third time they got I got them to tow my car cuz my speedometer wasn't working and they said it was working and they charged me $192 for the toe but now my car is working don't ever take your car. Then they drove 172 Mi out my car cuz I like to do test drives instead of figure out what's the problem on your car

bought a car from them it's still under warranty. Wants me to get a diagnosis before I bring it the light is on indicating it may be something wrong with the tire. I live in Euless, they want to me to dirve to Dallas for car reqpirs. bought the car in Arlington but they only can servie te car in Dallas. If it's major that they ahve to keep the car to repair they don'tt have a loaner car for you to dirve while they repair your car. They say it will be a few days before they can look at it and ten add more days as to when they can fix it. YOu have no transprotation all this time. They want you to pay for repairs and your car payment ntu they offer no accommodations for your inconvience. You have to get a ride to do what you need to do if they keep your car you have to find a ride home, to work and to take ccare of what you do on a regular basis. Tell me what's wrong with this company?

I agree it's horrible I've only had this car a year an its been in the shop 5 times this time they had my car 2 weeks an couldn't correct the problem.I had to get codes ran on the car myself in order to knw the problem.Were is the master machine.I wouldn't recommend anyone to that service center or Auto City # pist

Had a 9am appointment to get my door latch fixed... They didn't pull my car to the back until 10.15am had it back there for 10mins the mechanic drove my car somewhere changed my radio to Spanish music and pumping my A/C at full blast then they charged me $65 talking about that's how much they charge an hr for labor fees... So the point of me waiting until 10:15 is so they could say they had my car for over an hr

Bought a. 2016 caravan on a Saturday the service soon light came on, so my wife took it in. They said it would be two days then and another week. Took my 2014 chevy cruze 4 times for the same issue (head gasket and catalytic convertor) and the problem still wasn't fixed. Had to have a mobile mechanic come out and fix it and he fixed it in less than an 1hr. I bought my own part for the catalytic convertor and found out today the stole my part and put a different one on from the back of the shop off another vehicle and charged me for it all.

Though it's not their fault, I had to take my newly financed vehicle in for service and they wound up having to take it to a dealership for repairs. I was given a loaner vehicle that was dirty, rundown, smelled, and a headlight was out. I was given a second loaner a few days later that wasn't much better. I asked every day about an update on my vehicle and was given very vague answers. After over two weeks I got my vehicle back with old auto parts left in the car and my check engine light is still on.

Had my car done in a timely manner but they need to have a meeting with dealership staff so they can be on the same page as to what is covered under the warranty. What the dealership gives the customer as to what is covered is different than what the shop says is covered.

DON'T EVER TAKE YOUR CAR TO Easy credit repair shop IN PLEASANT GROVE! THEY HAD ONE JOB AND NOW I'M OUT OF A CAR FOR ANOTHER DAY WHEN IT SHOULDN'T HAVE TAKEN NO MORE THEN AN HOUR. IF YOU MESS SOMETHING UP YOU'RE SUPPOSE TO COMPENSATE THE CUSTOMER IN SOME WAY NOT BE A SMART ASS! I'd give negative stars if I could. Jonathan was the worst the white guy almost got slapped. I'm just done with them. I'd be better of paying crack heads to fix my car.

They had my car for 3months to replace a engine that I only had the car less then 1year. After getting my car back the same day 3months later they wanted me to make a car payment. If any body out there is listen please do not take your car there.

They never answer the phone and when they do they have a damn attitude I barely had my car for a month I purchase this car Oct 5 I'm a new customer getting were I just wanna give it back already messing up... You can't even speak with a manager they will just send you to voicemail they don't care about nobody but them..... My car shutting off and etc and going to say we can check and see "IF" it will be under warranty like I have a 3 month warranty shouldn't matter what is wrong should just fix it if I only having 3 months just not far like people got kids to take care of I tried to trust these carlot people just another fail .

Not good at all!! I just bought a 2016 chrysler 200 not even a week ago.and it's already given me problems.it cut on and off while driving and that's a danger hazad to Drive like that

This place is really bad we had our car serviced was at their repair shop and we go to picc up and it was vandalized radio stole wires cut and stuff ramedged thru and they tell us there is nothing they can do what kind of business is that we need something done. They have given us trouble from day one this is not right!!!!

Well since I've gotten this car less then 30 days I had the car let's just say I've been to this shop 5 times I'm not happy about it still have to come back for more work and the car costing me 23,000 never thought this would be me

Very hard to make an appointment need more people to take calls it was very hard to communicate this week I had to deal with two deaths and needed my car fix but because of missed communication and time is wasn't fix and had to take my small car on a 12hr trip and the woman I spoke too just seemed not interested in what I had going on sometimes showing you care will sometimes change the tone of the situation

Took my car in for service they replaced the valve cover so they say but oil was still leaking took it back only to get it back with the same problem and then my catylatic converter went out I bought my own and took it to get replaced and valve cover again now they took my money and part only to find out that my converter still not fixed and still have the old one on now I m bout to go raise hell never ever ever ever take your car here need to be out of business very unprofessional from front desk to the ones working on the carsServices: Electrical repair, General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic, Engine repair

The Service centre is very poor with customers Service you make an appointment and you still sitting for 2 or3 hours Diagnostics check what's the point in the appointment if you gonna have just sit there any way

They are terrible....you take your car to them to get it fix & when you leave it's a whole nother issue...they fix your cars so you'll have to keep coming back & they can keep taking your money...this is the worst shop ever...they throw your car together like it's nothing...haven't even had my car 6 months yet it has already been in the shop twice for major issues like transmission & turn up gas cool air filter etc..I could go on you get it...they are trash!!!!!

Trash. Service is horrible then give runaround when they cant fix the most simple problems keep you on hold for 30+ minutes and staff is rude. Horrible experience with this place
