This place takes good care of me every time. Went here and bought some rims for a flip car. First off they worked with me on the price. They ended up not fitting. I asked if they would exchange for some that would. They didn't have any factory that would fit so one of theirs guys drove me around until we found some after market universals that did fit. Even tried em on one of the cars to make sure. And they were after market upgrade. This will be my first stop every time from now on because they went above and beyond when they didn't have to. Thanks guys.

My boyfriend called this place to price a ac compressor for his vehicle and the woman hung up . He called back assuming it was a mistake and she answers the phone in a rush very cocky attitude. Barely listens to him explaining the make and model of the vehicle before she says; were not gonna have that one and hangs up again. Rude !!

I came in on a busy Saturday morning with a rather large order and the team at Auto City Salvage responded with kind customer service and catered to my every need. They even had all of the parts pulled for me same day! They did an excellent job and I will surely return here when looking for parts.Thank you Auto City Salvage team.

Bait and switch. They gave me one price on the phone and then went up 75% when I went to pay for it ($75 to $125). Lady said it was her fault and apologized. Yeah, right. Very unethical. Even if they had made a mistake, they should have honored the price. On the phone, they said the part was inter-changable for several years. When I got there, they said my year had more than 3 different part numbers. I wouldn't use them again even if they were the cheapest.

DO NOT BUY HERE !!The Company would not give us a refund on a used transmission that we bought form them for a customer at our shop. I highly recommend never buying anything form this place. We are A Goodyear Store and if you are another repair shop wanting to know if they are safe, then the answer is no. We paid $1,000 for a used transmission that does not work. Refused to give a refund or a credit even after they told us to "bring it down" to get your money back. When we told them that they said the person who told us that no longer works there and there is no refund. So we bought another one from LKQ Norht Texas and had no issues.

I am a beautiful African American and I was treated very well today. My sister and I got a bumper and a head light. We asked several questions. They answered all of them. Awesome staff.

I bought an ac compressor, It looked pretty bad i contested that it was in poor shape but they said 30 day warranty, so I took it installed it charged it and of coarse it didnt work. It look really beat up and was missing some rubber for the clutch. When I went back to try and exchange it, even though they recognized me and remembered why i had just been in their store. I garrantee that it was because I was not Hispanic, these people are racist, they stole my money, and dont honor their word as a business. Do not go here they are not as cheap as they advertise and they will rip you off if your white. RACISM HAS NO PLACE IN THIS WORLD DO NOT HELP THEM

Great place to find used auto parts. They have great prices and require that they pull the part but I would watch them to make sure they dismantle it delicately or they will just do whatever it takes to remove the part in question that could possibly destroy it in TV huh e process. They say not to bring tools but some days they will let you take your own to retrieve the items in question

Lots of fake reviews here. The place is a joke, bad attitudes, everything is over-priced and the old lady lies about checking car-parts.com for comparable prices (unless she doesn't know how to use it). I used to shop here A LOT for parts when Eddie & Junior ran the place, my first time back since then and i will NEVER go back again.

The only reason I gave them one star is because i couldn't post with out it but they get negative stars from me this place is the worst salvage yard I've ever been to they rip people off my husband went there to get a tail light paid for it 27 dollars was inside waiting for the guy to go back to get it which is three screw on caps literally I went in to tell him I got one for fifteen dollars and already had it on the car and they kept thirty percent of our money would not give me all of my money so they kept seven dollars and some change cause they sent there guy out to get it and he still never came back in they have a intercom they could have said never mind but they wouldn't plus wouldn't let me go tell him never mind either so basically they not only charge outrageous prices for parts but they charge you to walk in and rip you off while there at it I can only imagine how they rip you off on returns if their part was no good in the first place your screwed very rude and ugly people work here stay far away from here unless you like getting screwed

They are now charging $5 for a second person in a group and now you have to have an employee to remove a part from the salvage vehicle. Hmm

We went in looking for one part that no one carried and ended up finding every part we needed. Very friendly and helpful. They also took a wrecked vehicle off our hands with a fair offer.

Called them to check and see if they had a motor. The girl on the phone told me they did have one and gave me a price on it. I drove over there (120 miles 1 way) and the motor she said they had, they didn't actually have. Never had dealings with this place before, and probably wont again.

This place seems to be under different administration, people are helpful, polite, and the prices are more than reasonable!. The field is cleaner than most yards I've seen, and they have really good merchandise.

If your a guy u may have a pleasant experience at auto city salvage high school. But if you are a woman expect a popularity contest and if u don't quite fit in expect to be refused service and completely lied to for no reason.

I called here a minute ago looking for a tailgate and he seemed to in a rush on the phone and to get me off. After he told me that they didn't have one he was asking someone else could he help them all the while im still on the line and then he hung up. I will not be calling back there.

Do NOT buy here. I was sold a transmission that did not work. The lady admitted to selling me faulty equipment. They don t want to give me my money back. I will be making a BBB complaint and calling immigration.

Worst customer service. My son wanted to come here for his birthday and get an old car to work on together. He isn't 18 so they wouldn't let him in. Employees were extremely rude, so we left. Won't recommend this place to anyone

I have bought plenty of car parts from Auto City salvage but today all of a sudden you can't wear open-toe shoes back in the yard well I didn't know that at the time every other time I have ever came here I was able to wear whatever kind of shoes I wanted to and clearly the sign says when you walk in the door they are not reliable for f****** injuries so why can't we walk in the back again if you're not reliable you lost my business today thank you

Ive been here more than five times. They dont always have the vehicle I need, but when they do, they have been nice to me and their prices on small parts is always good.
