Tony Ruiz is the best! Not only did he help with my very first car but he also helped me get into my second car with ease. He worked to get me in and out in a timely fashion. Auto City definitely is family. Also who doesn't like free oil changes

I dealt with Alex R. had a great and easy experience. Sent over all information he got me approved in no time he told me to check inventory sent him the car I wanted. Alex sent a Uber to pick me up and when I arrived car was waiting out front ready to test drive got documents signed and I was on my way with my new car. No wait got in and out literally!

I was looking for a vehicle with low mileage, a low down payment, a 4x4 or AWD and a warranty. I visited no less than 40 dealerships online and and none of them met all 4 of my requirements. Ariel did an awesome job helping me navigate the process of choosing the right vehicle. This is the 2nd vehicle I've purchased from Auto City. I trust Auto City completely and Ariel is one of the best salesman I've had the pleasure of working with.

I run a sole proprietorship. Due to this fact, they won't even work with me for financing. This is discrimination. Just because how I earn my money doesn't require a DBA or Tax ID for tax purposes, because it's all done thru my personal taxes, they are refusing to work with me. Even argued with me that it was required for me to operate my "business" that I actually don't even have or "operate". But I'll tell ya what, they're real quick to want to try to take a down payment or run your credit for a hard hit on your income even when you mentioned how you earned your money and upfront, there was no issues. So warning to anyone who isn't a traditional w2 employee, run. They won't wanna work with you. Would be nice if they would properly educate themselves on the different types of ways to earn money and properly report it. Because nothing I do is illegal I pay calculated taxes every year. But that apparently isn't good enough for them. Ah well. I'll take my money elsewhere.

My experience at Auto City was great! Alex Rodriguez really helped us out a lot he asked what we had available to put down we told him he worked with what we had and made it happen he broke everything down for us and explained everything so that we had a good understanding of what we were getting into he was very helpful he took his time with us on finding a vehicle I highly recommend Alex Rodriguez if you want a good salesperson someone that will try their hardest to get you into a vehicle with what you have then this is the right guy the right place thank you Alex Rodriguez and Auto City you guys are wonderful keep up the hard work
