These guys got my car diagnosed fast and found a lifetime warranty through kia I didn t think applied to me! They informed me and sent the car over, kia is doing the motor replacement under lifetime warranty free and these guys saved me a boat load of money! Thank y all for your honestly, help and getting it looked at fast!

I live in the Lake cities area and I very much love to support my local businesses whenever I can.My only reason for not giving a full five stars is the time that it took (several months) to get repairs done. The challenge had to do with the fact that I have a Jeep Wrangler with a 5.5" lift.The shop had some trouble getting the right sized drive shaft to fit because of that.But the head mechanic is super nice and I understand that my vehicle was more of an edge case to work with.It's really fun to have the Jeep back and I appreciate the work that Anderson's did.

If your looking for top notch auto care these are the guys for you. They new what was wrong when I explained it to them. Great group of guys. They re backed up right now but it s worth the wait. I was blown away how cheap they did the job. I will definitely be back if I need service done. We were stuck on the side of the road for 2 hours with our kids and we took our Rv to them. They let the kids make themselves comfortable in the lobby, let us refill our waters and found us a ride for our disabled mom. This place is awesome and the big man in charge is super cool. So grateful

I don't have words to describe how awesome Brian and his team are. I moved to Lake Dallas, knew no one, and was uber eating to make ends meet. I brought my car to Brian. He worked with me, and is STILL working with me to get my car in tip top shape. The staff is kind, professional and VERY honest. Bring your vehicle to Anderson's. You won't be disappointed. I will have to say Anderson Auto is the best buy far. They are very courteous and respectful. I thought I new what the problem was because Ford told me and wanted to charge me like $3000 but come to find out it was not what Ford told me. My truck is fixed and runs great. Thank you to all at Anderson Auto. They took my girlfriends car for an appointment on Friday morning. After calling all day Friday, Saturday and Sunday, we show up Monday morning to get the car back. After 8 am the shop is still not unlocked and they left her window open all weekend. We got the car back but I ll be finding alternate places to get the service done

We've taken all of our cars here over the last 10 years. Chad and his team are awesome at just getting it done! 5 stars just doesn't do this place justice! By far the best customer service I've ever had, and Brian was even able to squeeze me in on a busy saturday. I definitely won't take my car anywhere else.

No updates and kept my car for over 2 months without fixing it. Went to pick it up and they said couldn't repair it but never called me to inform.

Andersons came highly recommended to me and they've never disappointed. I use the location on Main Street in Lake Dallas. Their service is knowledgeable and the staff professional and pleasant. Ladies, Andersons is an auto repair establishment that will never make you come away wondering if you've been taken advantage of. Their prices are fair and they keep you informed every step of the way.

It was great! I took my car in to have the inspection done. I was expecting to drop my car off but, the nice girl behind the desk got up and went and did it herself! I was in and out in 15 minutes! Thanks Anderson's for the quick service!

I have been taking all of my cars to Anderson's for several years now. They are the most honest mechanic's I have ever dealt with. Their pricing is very fair and they have never pressured me into repairs I didn't need. The best service by far!

I rely on Anderson's for car repair and never had a problem. The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is that they are so busy! Prepare for the work to take longer than expected.

If I could give these people 10 stars I would! As a first timer I was skeptical but took a leap of faith and I am soooooo happy I did. My A/C was not working & they found the issues & my A/C blows COLD COLD air! I am one happy customer! And Laura Anderson is soo kind & kept me updated on everything being done to the truck due to it being there for a couple days..You don t get that at the Dealership! Highly recommend them!!

Fair prices, quick and skillful work. But they are NOT taking COVID precautions. If you are worried at all about your health and safety, I wouldn't recommend until you get your vaccine.

I can't say enough good things about Anderson's Auto. I've taken 3 of my cars there over the years; a Chevy, Toyota, and BMW. They are salt of the earth kind of people and their honesty is second to none. I can always trust them to shoot me straight and lend a helping hand.Very reasonable prices, fast and friendly service.

Anderson's Auto was able to tow my car and repair it at a reasonable cost, low turn around time, without any problems or attempts to up-sell. Friendly and honest, always available if I called.
