Subaru starter motor. We had 2 shops look at an intermittent problem. Neither could figure it out. Took it to Anderson's, they diagnosed within minutes, ordered part, and repaired the following day. Very friendly, helpful, and price was very reasonable. Highly recommended.

While waiting for my turn to speak to Chad, I watched him show genuine care and commitment to each and every customer. From reviewing what a code means and reassuring someone that they are safe to drive their vehicle to Florida for the week, or a customer having concerns about smoke from their engine and it being simple condensation evaporating off their engine and offering his experience and advice in exchange for them to simply keep returning to him for future business, all the way to recommending a fair and reputable transmission shop and calling the shop to get a quote for the customer without receiving a penny for his effort. Based on my own personal experience as a customer, and others (including other mechanics), I believe that you can expect an honest evaluation of your vehicle's issues and a more than fair price for his services

Went to pick up my truck today after they've had it for 7 months. They broke a side mirror off. Which was a new mirror installed about 2 years ago. They said it just randomly dropped which then broke the glass. They also broke a visor clip. Tried to ignore that and drive off, but it kept dying. Died about 20 times trying to go about a block. And my gauges no longer work. And one turn signal doesn't work. By the time I parked back at the shop it wouldn't start again at all. I don't know how it all worked for them and they said it was ready to go, but so much was wrong for me. It was running and driving when I left it; they broke a lot more than they fixed. Also, it's filthy. New, expensive paint job and they left it outside for about 7 months and there's clearly been standing water in it (no top on it) so now my new body work will rust. They could've at least wiped it down. Their excuse is turnover. No one knows what they re doing, Chad doesn t want to work; just sits in the office chatting every time I go in. And he never once called me with an update. I constantly had to call to find out anything and then it was always some new excuse. The worst mechanic, and I ve restored two cars and used many mechanics.

I moved here a few months ago and I was terrified of looking for a new mechanic especially as a woman. Came here on a recommendation from a coworker and I will not be going anywhere else. Chad is a great guy and he has a great crew. It s a smallish shop with a very nice hometown mechanic vibe. Everyone was nice and the service was quick.I ve had people try and rip me off before but Chad was honest and the pricing was fair. Didn t try and sell me anything my car didn t need which I really appreciated.It s not the fanciest place I ve ever been but if you want a fair price and a job well done, I wouldn t go anywhere else.

Just wanted to say thank you to Chad. He was hit with a busy week with an employee out. Was very professional, went the extra mile taking a look at my car to help me figure out was wrong. Even though there were something he couldn t help me with (due to my own decision on my car, which requires special tools to work with) he really went out of his way to do his best. The quote he gave me day one was exactly what I paid when I picked up my car. No complaints about this shop all thanks to chad.

Spoke with Chad about rebuilding engine or buying a used engine. The costs would ve been close to the same; however, the used engine had half the mileage and a year warranty. I choose the used engine because of mileage and warranty, but was skeptical because I knew I took care of my car and had no idea how the previous owner of the used engine took care of it.After getting vehicle back, it runs like new. No problems that I can tell. Customer service was great, and turn around time was awesome! I highly recommend this place to everyone!!!Service: Engine repair

I have brought my Expedition to Chad for the last few years and he is always kind, reasonably priced and honest about his work!! I moved from Lake Dallas to Plano a few months ago and had issue with my truck getting stuck in park. I drove all the way to Lake Dallas for the diagnostic and repair because I TRUST Chad to get it down right, and sure enough he did! There s a reason Anderson s Auto is rate 5 stars! Always my go-to for my repairs and maintenance. Chad gives good advice and never any surprises on pricing. What he quotes is what we pay. I trust these guys completely with both of our vehicles, but especially with my wife's car. I have peace of mind that her vehicle is safe and running properly. That's a really nice feeling. Great service. Always helpful, very competent in their work. Courteous and always willing to help. They were able to get my car in for an emergency repair on a Saturday morning, they replaced my alternator in a little over an hour. Since this is my only vehicle it meant a lot to have the repair done so quickly. I would recommend them highly.

I got to Anderson's Auto Repair by googling. My car's air conditioning blower was not working and I urgently needed to repair it due to the extreme summer heat. I was attended by Mr. Chad Crossett who, with an excellent attitude and always smiling, was willing to solve my problem. My car problem was resolved and the attention was second to none. I recommend it.

the level of service this shop gives is outstanding!!! I have a 96 Ford Bronco that needed some repairs. The mechanics repaired the issues along with some others that I was not aware of. I have lived in DFW for 22yrs, but only been in the Lake Dallas area for a year and four months. I have been looking for a shop like this for a long time. Anderson's was recommended to me by a neighbor. I had a new engine installed here. The experience was very pleasant from the beginning to the end. Very professional, patient and above all, honest I'm fairly new to this area and it's nice to know that there is a an honest shop close by. I would highly recommend this location to anyone needing auto repair services. Keep up the good work!

I love the guy who runs Anderson's. He is straight up, no BS. I have never had any issue with a repair that was done at Anderson's. I first went to Anderson's after another auto repair told me that a bolt that had fallen to the truck floor was not important and that I could throw it away. I went to this other shop, because the mechanism used to shift gears did not work properly, I.E park now occupied the reverse split and drive now was D2. I saved the bolt. Then I took the truck to a real pro, Anderson's. I was told that I was lucky that I had saved the bolt. The problem was repaired, and three years later, the repair has not failed.

Chad is seriously the best! Was in a pinch because I was out of town and needed my car worked on. Had a family member go drop it off and he made the whole process super stress free and at a reasonable price. This place is a hidden jewel. This is what you look for in a body shop. Honest, genuine, humble people that don't give you the run around. I have taken several vehicles here and always have had great price and problems fixed in no time. I even took it in once and they just fixed it for free. It was small but other places would of charged you something. Highly recommended

Caring an honest folk who want to help you out first and foremost. Problem finding and quotes are free and simple tasks might not even make it to the bill. I've been there multiple times for everything from engine problems to belt replacements and coolant blockage and all of them were fixed timely and with a good price with the notion that quality is their best advertisement.

I have 2014 dodge avenger that started overheating and pulled into the shop by accident..... They had my car 2 or 3 hours and found out the problem .. He told me that I could be covered under my powertrain warranty.. I had it towed to the local dealership and they took care of it.. I thank him for his honesty... I would completely recommend him and his shop!! Thanks so much

Chad is honest upfront and he will teach you what is wrong with your car, (if you have a problem) and show you how they plan to solve it, so that you Know they're NOT trying to rip you off. family-owned-and-operated. They're good people, they recently help my church out with an event which was to help single moms in our communitty for Mother's Day. Thank Guy!! UR awesome!!

After looking at multiple places to have my radiator replaced, I went here and they not only gave me a great price but were nice folks. I have since taken it back due to a sensor going off and they researched the problem for over an hour-charging me NOTHING! I plan on returning for future maintenance.
