Olga and the team are absolute life savers! My car was stolen once and broken into a second time. Olga and the team responded quickly, providing a tow the same day and getting to work immediately. Both times I was extremely pleased with the level of professionalism and care and the exceptional quality of work on my car. Olga was also kind enough to give me a ride to and from work in both instances when my car was ready for pick up the same day. You really can't beat the customer service here.

Ames did a fabulous job with a minor scratch on the rear of my car. They were able to get my car in and completed in just a few days! The dealership was going to take 4-6 weeks! And the cost was much more affordable than the dealer.

I fixed my BMWI3 here twice. People don t know how difficult for me to find a place to fix this car but fortunately I able to find this place! This is a family run business and people here are so nice! Ogla is the staff that helps me and she s so considered and professional. I won t be hesitate to come back if there is any problem with my new car.

I took my 2022 G63 after I got a small scratch and dent on it and they fixed it to perfection. These guys are seriously good and still more affordable than other places I got quotes from. This will be my go to collision house from now on. Thank you Olga and the crew!

The good body work and repairs are overshadowed by the problems at this place. The picture below shows the damage to my car that took almost 7 weeks for the shop to fix. I was quoted 2 weeks for the repair. I understand delays in dealing with insurance companies and waiting for parts, and appreciated they found OEM parts instead of aftermarket which did take a little longer, but bad communication made the problem worse. Setting timelines and estimated completion dates that are clearly not feasible for the shop to meet and then stringing the customer along is unprofessional and worse than just giving a longer timeline for the repair.I heard nothing for the first 2-3 weeks and it was hard to reach anyone by phone. After the repairs had started, I kept getting told the repairs were estimated to finish on a certain day and that day would roll around and then it was another reason they needed to keep it for another 4-5 days. It sounds like they use a lot of subcontractors to complete work and coordinating with them is not their forte and they try to push off delays on other people s busy schedules and not their lack of planning appropriately. For example, I was told repairs would hopefully be completed 7/1 (1 mo. into repairs), sent to paint 7/5 and reassembled by the end of that week. That didn t happen and I heard nothing until I contacted them again and they hoped to have it at paint 7/13 and then reassembled. Then after the assembly, it needed an alignment and the timeline changed to they re all booked up so sometime next week , adding another week to the repair. Luckily Olga the owner did her best to rectify the situation and had some guys work on Saturday, when they re normally closed, and found a shop to do the alignment and did a courtesy drop off at my house.I only used this shop because it was the only one I could find to take the car within a reasonable timeframe after the accident and it may have been better and taken the same time to use another shop and have the use of my car for 4 extra weeks and not burdening friends and family members with trying to borrow their cars.Services: Tires, Body & Trim

Very professional and quality job from Ames! It was such a pleasure working with Olga and Samantha. They take great pride in their work, and delivered every promise for our vehicle. They finished repairs in 3 days, for the exact amount of our estimate. I highly recommend them!

My daughters car was hit and Ames was recommended to us by BMW dealership. From start to finish , Olga and team were so kind and got back to me quickly and answered questions since this was unusual out of pocket from the person who hit my daughter. I would highly recommend Ames for car body work and painting. I brought my Tesla Model 3 in to repair a dent and paint scrape. They were able to get me in quickly, communicated promptly and proactively, we re competitively priced, an got my vehicle back to me on time when they said it would be ready. Sloppy work and mismanaged. Insurance paid $6,000 and I had to come back here multiple times and every time it was a new issue. The owner is clueless and the shop manager threatened me for critiquing his sloppy work. They bare no responsibility for anything. I realized the fifth time I got there that I needed to get my car out of there because they didn t know what they were doing. Just to give you an idea their was spray paint on my brake lights and they said that was there already. I had a new trunk replaced and the paint was chipped on edges and they used one of those repair pens to patch that spot. I promise theirs a lot more but the review would be too long. They damaged my rim and didn t install the trunk and bumper correctly. They used Non-OEM parts and they refused to give me the invoices to prove they ordered OEM parts. They held my car hostage. They are corrupt and you want to use a place that s CERTIFIED to work on your type of car. I looked for this company in the BBB and couldn t find them. Theirs no telling what complaints would ve been filed. Stay away.

Awesome shop, amazing customer service, great staff, and super knowledgeable. I came in for a lane assist sensor on my mercedes benz. They knew exactly what the problem was with just a little description of my issue. They had the car fixed in no time.

We couldn t be happier with Ames Collision Center. Olga and Eddie are the nicest people! We brought my wife s 2021 BMW 330i to Ames after my wife was involved in an accident. My very first conversation with Olga put me at ease. The damage was pretty significant, requiring a new door, mirror, front fender, and headlight. This also required the new door to be painted. They also used OEM parts as requested.The whole process was explained thoroughly to us and communication was amazing. We received almost daily updates with either a phone call or text message.The entire staff went above and beyond. From the great communication, to the incredible detailed work and even helping communicate with the rental car company, we couldn t ask for a better experience.The car looks brand new again. The paint was matched perfectly! Not a scratch to be found.I would definitely recommend Ames to anyone needing body work done, including luxury vehicles.*Great communication!*Friendly and honest staff*Professional staff*High end quality work (much better than a dealership)Very happy customer!

Ames Collision Center was recommended to me by my local automobile mechanic and I am so happy I listened. Ruby Jean (the name I gave my red Mercedes C-250) was accidentally backed into a cement wall in a parking garage; very traumatic for both of us. Some time went by and I finally made the decision to give old Ruby Jean the body & trim repair she needed.Working with Ames Collision Center was an AMAZING experience. They were easy to communicate with, honest and transparent with the work that needed to be done and their prices were excellent and fair.I know the stress that one goes through in finding a new business or company you can honestly say after you've work with them you made the right choice. A business that is fair, quick, reliable, honest, easy to communicate with and does excellent work. I damaged my Mazda 3 sedan pulling into my garage. While the damage was cosmetic, other collision repair companies gave me quotes that called for replacing practically a quarter of the car.Ames didn't; they gave me options, checked to ensure the parts that weren't replaced weren't compromised, and kept me in the loop via text.Great work at a fair price.Thank you Olga!Service: Body & Trim

Ames is a great place to take your car. Their customer service is some of the best I ve seen at any car place maybe even any place in general. Emailed back in a timely manner, gave lots of information, and just overall very friendly. Only reason I don t give a perfect 5 star is the time it took. Some delays and what not but nothing that would have me take more than a star away or tell you to avoid this place. I repeat though, if you value great customer service, this is the place for you.

Hands down the best body shop our family takes our luxury vehicles to!!! Ames does a PHENOMENAL job and provides high quality work at a very reasonable price.Our family first used Ames in 2017 and they have never disappointed us. We used them as recently as Fall 2021 and they blew me away again.Additionally, they are very generous with their time, I never feel rushed, and they respond promptly to my correspondences. They are truly one business I do not mind giving my money to.

When I called to get a quote they were quick to set an appointment and then to give me a quote to do the work. The price was perfect for my budget and they got me on the schedule immediately.Olga was awesome to work with. I don t know her name but their receptionist was awesome!! Friendly and focused on details and customer service. She made the experience the best possible. It isn t very often that someone goes far above and beyond your expectations. Aimes Collision not only communicated great but they went above and beyond and brought my car to me after I had knee surgery. I didn t ask, they just offered. They are so nice and easy to work with and I highly recommend them if you need any bodywork on your car. I have a Mercedes and it s not always easy to find someone to work on European cars, they did a fantastic job. Thank you Aimes!

I took my car mid-October 2020 to get an estimate and decide whether I was going to file it with my insurance or not. I was greeted by Olga who inspected the damage in my car and explained the part that was needed, not only she showed me on the computer how much was the part that needed to be replaced, Aimees collision provided a detailed estimate of the costs and labor which helped to make a decision regarding insurance filing. I appreciate their level of transparency and their prompt communication via email as well. My car was fixed with no delays and both her and the gentleman (forgot his name) were polite, wore masks and overall good service.Service: Body & Trim

They did a good job, but took about 10 times as long to complete the work as promised.The scope of work didn t change throughout, but I was initially quoted a few days which subsequently turned into a week to be safe . I finally had my car back about a month later.I was consistently mislead about the timeframe of repairs and put at the back of the order queue. One night, work was taking longer than expected so I had to change my Friday plans to pick up my car around 6:30pm - a month later I pulled my dashcam footage for a separate reason and discovered that they didn t start on my car until around 4pm when i dropped it off before work and was supposed to pick it up that afternoon. My blind spot sensors have stopped working since they worked on my front sensors, but I need to drive to work, so I won t be taking it back here.TLDR: my car looks great today, but the process was a nightmare

I can not speak highly enough about the team at Aimes. Olga handled everything from ensuring my family was ok to setting up the rental.car and keeping us informed every step of the way. They dealt with the insurance so we did not have to stress about it. Our car came out looking better than it did before the wreck. They truly to pride in their work and I will send anybody I care about to them

Great experience - good communication throughout. One part that was ordered came in damaged and the shop found a replacement quickly. They handled all the paperwork with my insurance so I didn t have to spend time messing with it.

Our GMC Yukon needed some body work and Aimes was recommended. I cannot say enough about the quality of workmanship as well as the price. The repair was done quickly and Edward and Olga even delivered our car to our home! Great company and I will definitely use them in the future.

Just wanted to give a HUGE shoutout to Olga and Eddie at Aimes Collision for taking care of my M! Not only did they do an exceptional job but they also treat you like family, which is rare for shops these days. Olga told me she would take care of my car as if it was her own and it definitely shows in Eddie s work! I encourage anyone looking for body work to seek them out, you won t be disappointed P.S. They also put up with my constant emails, texts and pop up visits So if you re SUPER particular about your car Aimes Collision is the shop for you!
