Best post it on my car I ve ever received!This is the best customer service experience ever. They take a stressful situation and offer some seasonal promotions to provide a valet service with a free rental car and get the repairs done within a week if they can. I had $8,000 worth of hail damage and it didn t cost me a cent to repair it with no rental car fees or extra stress being off routine. If you re a working parent with a commute, kids, and a busy life with no patience for car repairs (most of us!), this is the company for you. Lou the owner and Ivan are fantastic.

They damaged my vehicle to the point where I need to replace it and stole personal items from my vehicle.the damage was electrical, according to the actual Honda dealer ship in Fort Worth.American Hail damaged my vehicle then hired some no body who then roasted my electrical system, none of my features work on my car and Honda showed me where they fried and melted the fuse box, to repair this it would be around the 3,000 mark just to get the vehicle fully diagnosed , the owner of American hail wanted me to let some other no body look at the car and refused to fix or pay for the issue.on top of this the actual work ir poor at best , they didn't complete the job, and I have not heard from them since.Also the loaner car they gave me had expired tags and was filthy when I got it.

After a hailstorm, I found a sticky note on my car and, against my better judgment, called. Turns out, completely legit. My wife joked that my car would end up chopped for parts, but Lou proved her wrong. He went above and beyond, and now my car looks fantastic. I'd definitely recommend him. Plus, his detailer works wonders!"

I really wanted to love these guys they had Great customer service but that's all. The work was sub par. Had to take the car back for a second time as they completely missed a section. I absolutely do not recommend American hail. The car had damage after the second time, they wouldn't take any responsibility or rectify it. No integrity. Don't waste your money here. Use another company, my wifes car was done at IntelliDent Paintless Dent Repair. The work was superior, like brand new. No regrets there, which is more than I can say for American hail.

They completed the hail repairs on my Mercedes and did a wonderful job. My sunroof had the majority of damage and they did everything they could to fix it and now my car is back in great shape! The staff was also great and kept me updated throughout the entire process.

Repaired my car and fulfilled all expectations. The time frame took longer than desired, but this was a result of delays from my insurance and not the fault of the shop. Recommend.

This company is AMAZING!!!! I can t say enough good things! They went ABOVE and beyond!!! I didn t have to do a thing, they called my insurance for me, brought me a rental car at my convenience and brought back at my convenience. Car looks amazing. This is a NO BRAINER!!!! Customer service also amazing!!!!

Great Service!!! And they give you a rental car for the entire duration they are working on yours. Car was spotless too when I got it back. No doubt would come back again if I ever need to.

I HATE leaving bad reviews and will happily change this, because I would really love to give a good review, but I can t get anybody to tell me what s going on with my truck. They dropped a rental truck and picked my truck up on 6 October and nobody will give me any information. Last I heard was it was being towed from Killeen to Dallas and that was 10 November. 2 stars because they are paying the rental fees

These guys are wizards, my car was damaged pretty bad but they made it as good as new, and also provided the rental car for free! Highly recommended for hail repairs.

We found a Paintless Dent Removal Technician job opening for this company on Indeed. My husband has been doing this work for over 5 years so he knows what he is doing.The owner, Lou, told my husband he pays $1000/car. My husband booked a flight costing over $350 and had to pay for Uber. His entire time there he received praise from both the owner and his son. After the car was finished, Lou told my husband the offer is $2500/month with a $500/car commission. Definitely different from what we were told at first. Lou asked when we could make the move. The day after returning home my husband could not reach Lou. We eventually received a text message saying he wasn t offering my husband a job because he ruined the car he worked on. He told my husband to reach out again in March, which we learned is the beginning of hail season. Please don t make a trip to showcase your skills at this company. They do not perform in good faith. If my husband was ruining the car they would have stopped the work as they were watching him do the work the majority of the time.

These guys have done such a great job! Even after my truck was fixed. I was broke down due to a completely unrelated issue with the truck and even though it wasn t their responsibility to come help me, Lou was on it and sent his mechanic out and fixed the issue. Outstanding!

This company keeps on putting sticky notes on my car telling me to call them. Even after l implicitly told them to stop it. It hasn t happen only one time, but at least 10 time, seriously.No it s you ll, same phone number.

I did think it was strange to find a sticky note on my car with a phone number saying please call . Turns out this company is a professional business and does wonderful work. I will recommend American hail company to anyone needing hail damage repair .

They offered a rental which was nice and took care of my deductible. However, when the rental was given to me it only had half a quarter tank and my vehicle had a little over a quarter tank the lady said to just make sure the rental had the same amount of gas i received it with but when my vehicle was returned to me it had absolutely no gas!!!

Hail damage on my vehicle was repaired and returned to me in less than two week. They provided a rental car the entire time and even picked up/dropped off my car. Great customer service!

They took care of our 4Runner that not only had hail damage but also a large scratch on the door. It did take a little while to get our car back but having the rental car dropped off and picked up made everything seamless. Thanks for the great work.

I got my car back last night and promised them a review. Here we go!So I was introduced to this company by people knocking on doors. I assure you, they are 100% legit. Look at my other reviews and you'll know I'm real, and kind of a goof.I talked to Hunter, got everything ready to go, and he left a rental with me and took my vehicle with him. Progressive caused a significant slowdown which I do not fault them for at all, but it did take almost 2 weeks. After Progressive got their act together, my car was taken care of within a few days.In the end, not only was I able to get a rebate that put money in my hand to start off, but my car looks beautiful and hail damage free, with rental use the entire time, and car delivered to me, for a net GAIN of money on my end. They even detailed the inside for me as a courtesy. You cannot do any better, believe me.If you're on the fence, seriously, just do it. My car has regained thousands in trade in value. In this market, go for it. You will only gain.

I was very impressed. Everything they promised they would do they did. They picked up my car at my office and left me a loaner. They reached out to my insurance company and dealt with the paperwork and the adjuster. They did a great job removing all of the hail damage and returned my car to my house very nice and clean.

I m not going to lie, I was a bit nervous about my car being gone for 2 weeks, but when I got her back, baby I was in love all over again!! They did a terrific job with the hail repair, and the free detailing of the vehicle inside and out is to die for. Would definitely recommend and will be using American Hail Company again

My husband & I were super skeptical about this company & their work AT FIRST. BUT then we gave it a shot & it was so worth it! They went above & beyond! took out all our dents even the ones that werent even a part of hail damage!When we got our cars back, we were expecting them to still look the same on the inside But they went FULL ON DETAILING on the inside too. Our cars looks soo good like new & we feel so great driving such a good looking car now! They also brought our rentals to our home & took our vehicles back, we werent in charge of anything. They took care of our deductible & we paid 0 out of pocket! They take value & really care about their clients & will do what it takes to make us happy! I highly recommend this company to anyone!

Lou was amazing. He covered my 1000 dollar deductible delivered a rental car to my house got the hail damaged fixed in 2 weeks and it cost me nothing out of pocket. They even detailed my car. Super easy they are the best.
