I bought a 2016 Malibu from here like 2yrs ago and Rafael was great finished paying for my car and now I m about to get a 2nd vehicle from him I will always gets my car from him never had any problems from him

He is a fraud and he wont speak properly with customers. He is very rude and car conditions are worst ever i seen in this world. I advice no one should dare to rent a car from him. He even won t help when you car got breakdown. He doesn t even care about customers need. Please do not encourage him with his worst condition cars.

My experience here was awesome. They took great care of my Lincoln mkz. Difficult repair, hard to find parts, still got it done the same day for a price just as good or lower than others I've researched. Good mechanics and square business. Highly recommend

Horrible!!! DO NOT USE! Showed up with a stinky moldy OLD limo and it couldn't fit our whole party of 10. The lights didn't work, it had holes and dents in the side, you could literally see the frame of the car from the inside. It was absolutely disgusting and unsafe. Only had 3 doors, only 1 in the back. Against Dallas regulations. The racist driver said if you all were Asian maybe you could fit, but the men in our party are around 6'6".The driver told us we couldn't all fit and left, then the company still charged us $480.. When we called the owner Mr. Allen he was extremely rude and said he wouldn't refund the charge. We now have to call the credit card company to charge back the transaction and filing a complaint with Dallas for allowing this company to put people in danger by having vehicles like this on the road.

This place is a Scam. You will save more money in the long run getting a car from an ACTUAL LEGIT DEALERSHIP. This place will sell you a car that will break down soon after purchasing it. Will pretend to fix it and try charging you $500 or more Just for it to break down again. For example, claimed a battery was changed. Still had the same battery when I got my car back. I cannot stress this enough. Don t come here.

I bought a Nissan Murano from these people six months ago and I ve had problems with this vehicle ever since I got it.. my transmission may be going out now ... when I first walked into the lot every one of these cars had a service engine light on and I should ve ran when I knew that was going on and then the fact that he s dishonest about his taxes and let you know upfront that he doesn t claim them and then I had somebody calling me after that trying to do an investigation on him ... I brought my vehicle in and they were fixing it and when I got it back the back of my vehicle was damaged and nobody said anything and then I gave him a check for some of the repair and he lost the check and never said anything until the next month and told me that he just threw it away .. do not buy a car from these people because I am now going to have to buy a new vehicle and be responsible for the car payment on this one run run run !!!!! This guy is a huge con artist

Y all this place is seriously a scam do not come here for stuff! The owner lies about everything he does.Said he will fix our car and now said that he s not giving it back, that we gave it up .If you wanna save money do not come here. The owner does not know how to run a business. Just sells lemon cars to people and acts offended when you point out issues in the cars.

It was a great experience. Good selection of cars, people there were very friendly, I would definitely recommend friends, family to go there and purchase a vehicle, boyfriend is getting a car from there, my next purchase maybe from there as well, keep up the good work, it's hard to come across good, friendly people

This is the worst company ever.They take your money and give you cars that won t last. Bought my car December been having problems since I bought it. Owners are rude and liars. The whole company is really the receptionist the mechanics all of them. They need to be closed down. Don t buy anything from them. I never ever received my tags bc the owner told me he decide when to release my plates to me so I just stop paying. They kept giving me dealer tags. I don t see how there even open.

Asked whether a certain handicap van being auctioned via the 5miles app could still be converted back to a 3rd row vehicle, and they proceeded to tell me the value of the car and openly assumed that I could not afford it. VERY rude. No wonder they can't sell their stock in person.

Thank you all for the reviews. I had red flags going off while talking to the owner about a car I was interested in. He was rude and disrespectful to an interested shopper!!! I think you all just helped me dodge a great big bullet!

BUYER BEWARE!!!!Raphael the owner of this Shady Car " Dealership " is a crook through and through. Beware of his smooth talking masked lies and seemingly honest guy. He makes his living ripping off innocent buyers. I learnt my lesson..so i strongly recommend that you learn from my thousand dollar mistake and dont just walk but run fast from Allen Auto Sales!

My daughter went there to buy a car and found what she wanted. She filled out a small form and they told her they would call her the next day to let her know who she can be financed through and she never heard back from them. She called several times and got the run around.

Do not go to this man . I got SUV from him and the day I got it there was a check engine light on he said it will go off but it never has . I finished paying for it in may and still haven't got a title . He put on face book that since I want to give him a bad review get it myself. IF YOU WANT A DEPENDABLE CAR STAY AWAY FROM THIS CAR LOT . I HAVENT HAD IT A YEAR !!!#ifyougopray1stthatgowillmakehimahonestman!!!

Car needed repairing, Simon went out of his way to get the car fixed and didn't even charged extra or scammed me with unnecessary repairs. He is one of the best guys!

Got a car here about 3months ago car was of course used so not perfect but EVERYTIME anything went wrong they were a great at getting it fixed im very grateful for Rafael and Rick !!

very bad people. karma comes around at some point.they didnt fix a damn thing on used car my daughter paid cash for. a single mom with 3 young children . i wonder how scum like the owner can sleep at night.

I did a app on a monday or tuesday and i talk to one man at first he said he can get me approved and he will call me back he never call me when he said he was so i always had to call him and he never did answer but i knew this was nothing but a toke the note carlot once i realized that sometime they take the phone with them and say they not in the office.but i end up calling back saturday and one man answer the phone and he said the man i spoke with wasnt around and for me to call him i said he want answer so he said i will call you right back.he called me right back and said the man said he couldnt get me approved.i said to myself wow he answer your call but not mine.but its cool cause yall say yall couldnt get me approved but nissan did.but after all that i already knew i didnt want a car from them they are unprofessional.people leave places like this alone and go to a real dealership and get you some warranty.i didnt think i could be approved at a reap dealership but i was wrong.i payed 2500 down and my monthly payments are good.
