Need minor body repair. They were super responsive when I contacted them. Upon arrival to the shop, they confirmed the repair I needed was minor and fixed it for free within 5 minutes. Thank you so much for your kind and honest help! Highly recommend them.

I limped my way into Joe's place when my timing chain broke and my pistons were knocking hard. He was extremely friendly and helpful. Even though he thought the engine would have to be replaced, they were willing to first take it apart to see if it could just be repaired. However, since they didn't have financing options, I was going to have to take it somewhere that does. He graciously let me leave the car there for a couple of days and even sent me a picture of my license plate when I needed it.I also stopped one of his customers on the way out and asked her about the place since I knew nothing about it. She told me she had been bringing her car there for a few years because she trusted Joe. She said he was always honest with her and took care of her car every time. I asked if he was reasonably priced and she said she quit shopping around because of her trust for Joe and that she would just bring her car there any time it needed something. In my opinion, that's the best thing a customer could ever say about a business!In the end, he helped out with the tow truck when they arrived and never charged me anything for the estimate of the storage of my car for three days! I would go to him again in a heart beat if I have other issues with my car!

I highly recommend this place for all your mechanical and body repair. They ve gone above my expectations and more. They re very honest right from the start. And most importantly they fixed my car right the first time. I won t be going anywhere else but here. Thank you All Star Auto Clinic!

They were the fastest to help me I went to a few shops and they were telling that I hade to wait a week. Excellent service my car is in perfect condition, I totally recommend visiting this place if you need cuality work and fear pricing.

My experience was amazing from the moment I called and spoke to Alex who was nothing but helpful and accommodating to help me resolve my issue with my sunroof on my bmw that had shattered. I had been turned away from dealership who wouldn't be able to help me replace the glass until March. Alex jumped at calling his vendors and was able to get me taken care off quickly. He even worked with my insurance who was giving us a difficult time. I was afraid to drive the glass shattered in the car to their shop. They sent their amazing driver Kevin to come out and remove the damaged glass to ensure safety on the road while getting the car to their shop. Tom was amazing as well keeping me updated and informed when Alex was away. I can't speak nothing but wonderful things about this shop. Please give them your business you won't be disappointed professionals and make you feel loved and welcomed. I will be recommending people to them as they definitely have earned my respect. Joe and the crew at All Star Auto Clinic have taken care of a couple issues with my car in an efficient manner and at a great price. They are very communicative and honest about what may be wrong with your car. I'll trust them to take care of all of my future car repairs. You should too.

My experience with Joe and his staff has been beyond wonderful! Since the first time I was referred to him almost a year ago, I have come back for every little thing, from oil change, battery, mechanical issues to even lately, tire replacement. They do an outstanding job on everything they have done to my car and not forget to mention the best prices. They work with your budget.I haven't , nor I will go to any other mechanic for my car ever again. I trust Joe and his staff 200%.

Joe, his team and his wife and down to earth people that truly care about the customer, their vehicle and making everyone part of the all star auto clinic family. I own carson auto care dent repair and have been sending them our customers with mechanical issues for years now and I ve always gotten a thanks for the referral. **I highly recommend this shop.** I'm not much of a reviewer and I don't leave many reviews but Joe and his team from All Star Auto Clinic deserves this. It's the VERY LEAST I could do after everything they have done for me. Mechanical, Paint&Body work all perfect. They found and fixed all the damages that occurred because of the accident. And they are VERY FAST at getting your car back to you while still maintaining high quality work. I had a two week job done in just one week!! They are a small shop with excellent customer service. And I hope this review helps to bring you a lot more business.

Joe and his team are the best at diagnosing and repairing a car and at a fair price. I had 2 serious repair issues that others could not diagnose... a fuel leak and overheating ... but All Star found the issues and repaired them quickly. This is an honest and competent shop that goes the extra mile to provide excellent customer service.They deserve the accolades that show in the reviews.

Amazing experience! Helped me in a blink of an eye, hustling to fix my car s control arm. I showed up and within 2 minutes, my car was in the garage and by 5 minutes, he had the car up and already knew the problem.TAKE EVERYONE YOU KNOW HERE. THESE GUYS ARE AWESOME!

Joe took really good care of me. The job was completed in such a timely fashion. I paid a fraction of the cost the dealership was going to charge me. I am very satisfied with the service and will return if I need work in the future. He showed me the parts that were replaced and took the time to educate me on what exactly was going wrong. I highly recommend!

Joe was awesome. Called him in the morning to change an alternator. Gave me a very reasonable price and was able to accommodate me on the same day. The shop is very clean and the mechanics are very attentive. Joe was very friendly the whole time I was there. The car was done in less than an hour. Would definitely recommend them for car repair.

I love the service Joe and his team provided me. It was to the point and he explained what was wrong with my car and even showed me what was wrong. This is a place I will return without a doubt. Great customer service and great follow up. Also Joe taught me how to know when other mechanics are charging too much for the service provided. I am so happy I found Joe as I feel safe now driving my car. Thank you Joe and your team :)

These guys are pretty awesome! Fixed my entire Prius 2015 driver door when I reversed, scraped the door and broke off the rearview mirror. The situation was a nightmare when I just bought the car. The team was able to fix it back to its original state. Super satisfied. They treat you like a valuable customer and are quite affordable. Will always come back for body repair. I've taken my car here to get heavy suspension work done, and each time they were thorough and understanding while taking great care of my car.As a person who DIY's quite a bit and has recently stopped due to lack of tools, I find it hard to leave my car with mechanics (first mechanic who touched my car before All Star Auto Clinic did A LOT of damage). All Star got everything back to how I wanted it, exactly how I asked.I cannot recommend All Star Auto Clinic enough, and it was a pleasure dealing with Joe, Jojo, and Josh through this whole experience. I will definitely bring my car back and recommend them to friends & family.

Like Joe's other customers, I was initially drawn to his business by plentiful stellar reviews. Across the board, in fact, his reviews are so consistently positive that I first visited while holding reservations that I would be equally impressed.My SUV is past it's warranty, and I'm unimpressed by the cost/benefit ratio provided by my dealer during my auto's warranty years. So I had been doing my due diligence to find an independent mechanic to service my autos going forward. (By the way, a recent issue of Consumer Reports notes that the highest satisfaction rate for customers in the area of auto maintenance comes from independent shops). So I approached Joe with this challenge: Pretend I'm about to buy this car, and tell me everything that needs to be done before I do. At the same time, provide suggested 75,000 mile maintenance as detailed in my owners manual.Joe made me comfortable in his small reception area (complete with your choices from Netflix on a big screen that hangs there), and about 45 minutes later took me out to my car to detail what needed to be done to fulfill my challenge. The list was pleasantly short and the items on the list were unsurprising. (The costs, which I checked online later against the averages in my zip code, were significantly less.)Joe said he could go right to work and since it would take 3 hours or so, even drove me to my residence a short distance away after I approved the work to be done. That work was satisfactorily completed by the end of the day.I have since returned for additional service with the same encouraging results, and I'm planning to take a second auto there soon for the same reasons and with the same challenge. Now I'm quite confident what to expect.Finally, as so many have noted, Joe and his staff treat you with respect and purvey courtesy and cordiality that is disarming (in a good way) because the experience is so unlike what most have encountered in the auto repair/maintenance arena.

I was referred to All Star Auto Clinic by a friend after my check engine light came on. I am very pleased that I did. Joe is amazing, very professional and doesn t try to price gauge. I m always skeptical about mechanics because they try to swindle women out of more money, but not Joe. Thank you so much for being honest and taking care of my needs. I m so glad I found a new mechanic.

I'd had my van at one of the "big box" auto repair chains multiple times for various noises it was making but they always claimed they couldn't hear what I was hearing or that they could "barely" hear it (the noises were as loud as a rock concert to me). I also found out that the last 3 repairs I had done on my van were terribly inflated in price. I was referred to Joe's place by my boss, and after dropping my van off for one day - less than 6 hours really - they had every single issue I was concerned about narrowed down and the best news was nothing was "life-threatening critical" to fix immediately. Also, the cost of the repairs seems incredibly reasonable! I plan to take my vehicle back for the repairs, one at a time. Highly recommend!

I was told You might need to take that back to the junkyard or sell it by some mechanics and all types of other stuff.I had been getting my car worked on from previous shops with little difference in performance. I was on the verge of giving up on my car. I had spent 1000s with other mechanics and as mentioned. My car still ran the same.We took my car to All star auto clinic and Joe went above and beyond to diagnose my vehicle.He found issues that literally 3 other mechanics hadn t. My car had a check engine light with a p0420 problem. I needed to have it cleared in order to pass an emission portion of the inspection test.His team was able to clear the code longer than any mechanic could ever. It unfortunately came back on after about 75+ miles of driving but it passed the inspection! Also, my car runs SMOOTH! I ve never once felt it perform this well. It accelerates much faster, has lower rpm when at higher speeds, preserves more gas. Joe and his team went to serious work. It s a 2010 Volvo S80 with 200k miles running smooth as silk now.Honest mechanic and great pricing.BEWARE. I WOULDN T TAKE MY CAR ANYWHERE ELSE BESIDES HERE.

Outstanding Customer Service and Workmanship.I had to replace the engine on an Audi Q5 (motive = long story). I went to two prior repair shops for diagnostics and spoke to a few other mechanics prior to reaching out to Joe at All Star Auto Clinic in Plano since they were near my house. First the communication was outstanding, their prices were best "in writing" and ultimately I had them install the used 33k miles engine I purchased from another vendor. I was explained the additional parts I need and which parts came with the engine, timeline for work to be completed. When the engine arrived since it looked a little rusty I was given photos and had overall lots of communications with Joe where everything was explained and transparent. They went out of their way on several things and needless to say I was very pleased and recommend them for auto mechanic repair services.

All Star is the best shop.Joe was really helpful and he helped me from the beginning to the end until I took my van back home. I had to go back to get more help but Joe was really helpful and willing to help me and fix the issues. Joe and his team are as good as it gets w auto repair. I take my E63 here for scheduled maintenance and they've done a bunch of repairs on my Armada as well. Each time is a great experience -- quick diagnosis, reasonable pricing, and quality work. They aren't out there to scam or make money off through BS diagnoses or unnecessary repairs. Totally trustworthy and the only place I'll take my car to because they respect your time and money.

Came in for over heating, Joe and his team diagnosed the problem right away. Had some things going on where I needed my vehicle in a timely manner, Joe and his team ordered my parts and had it done the next day a 48hr turn around. Wow! All Star Auto Clinic is so amazing!!! They are the nicest people that I ve ever met. They go out of their way to make sure to take care of you. Definitely go with them over any other auto shop. Also, Joe is the man!
